Cleopatra Pizza in Redcar and Cleveland

Had a Parmesan, bloody lovely. Worth the 50 mile trip from Shields all day.

order was wrong rang to sort it person on other end of phone couldn't understand me except to me you no order that (its on the email order comfirmation list) manger just as rude and condescending !! food was rubbery and tasteless greasy!! id avoid this place like the plaque bad food patronising and appalling customer service dam right rude !

Items were missing from order, when I questioned the missing items they would not acknowledge it and hung up on me. The chips were re heated and greasy. Disgusting 🤢

Nice food but parmos getting smaller, large is medium now, and the price for garlic,chillie dip is extortionate May have to try else were.even the boxes are smaller.....

Chicken so bland I thought Jeremy beadle was gonna jump out and say it was a joke , Lamb was tougher then Lee Duffy in his prime and drier then Brian cockerills top lip after 3 days on the crack , this place has gone downhill faster then a fat kid on skates wearing a backpack full of lead

Overall I love this food it is my absolute go to the service is great as well as the delivery time for the preparation time

Awful! Asked for a mixed kebab and got what looks like boiled chicken and Iceland's rubber kebab meat thrown in a tray. The salad out of a bag was the best part. Next time I want a takeaway I will go pick up some 2 day old roadkill as that's a better option!

We always use Cleo's for takeaway but decided to use them for our son's 30th birthday party catering, we had around 45 guests ordered pizza's, parmo's, chips, wedges and garlic breads, all came on time, fresh and all hot needless to say the food went down a treat and nothing was wasted wasn't disappointed at all thankyou

Absolutely awful. Chips were hard and overcooked. Parmo chicken was hard did not taste cooked. Will never order from here again.

I order from this take away probably twice a month, sometimes they get the order wrong but sometimes they get it right Today, I ordered a half and half pizza. One half I asked for tandoori and garlic butter, the other half I asked for just chicken tikka The pizza arrived as chicken tikka with jalapeños on and red onion..... and the tandoori was just plain tandoori.

Ordered at 6:30 tonight for it to arrive at 8pm absolutely scandalous service. Not only that but the food was cold and the garlic dip we payed 1.40 for was busted and leaked all over the boxes. Pizza was stodgey and not cooked through and black bits in two of the pizzas. Only good thing about this place is the polite delivery driver other than that I wouldn't go again if you paid me. Rough.

Recently stayed in Saltburn with my partner, sister and grandma. We were craving pizza, and found this place with decent reviews and a good offer, so we decided to order and go pick it up (as we saw reviews said bad waiting times). The deal we got was "Offer 5" of three 10" pizzas for £16, then some sides and another pizza for the fourth person. We went to collect, bit difficult to find parking, but managed it. They were just boxing up our wedges and bagging the order up as we arrived, so it was super fresh! It all stayed warm the 15 minutes drive back to our apartments. Amazing food! Lovely pizzas, flavourful with good toppings, nice crusts, well cooked! The wedges did look a little overdone but tasted absolutely fine! Now, the garlic dip is next level. We definitely should have ordered an extra couple of pots, as we ended up sharing 2 pots between the 4 of us, but it was so good! Overall definitely recommend pizzas from here for pick up. Sure we'll swing by some time we next come over :)

Unfriendly staff No please or thank you when you ask a question the staff start talking in the own language then laugh which is unprofessional. Now the food Very bland pizza the base was not cooked properly but the edge was slightly burnt Very little toppings Below average food never going back there

Very disappointed, have regularly ordered takeaway from here for three years, however lately the quality is deteriorating and portion size reducing. Tonights Parmesan was truly horrible chicken like rubber and tasteless!

The shop was spotless and staff very polite and friendly. All wearing face masks and goggles. Food was gorgeous and piping hot. I couldn't fault them on anything. Best burger I've had in years. Would highly recommend them and their food

Always order from cleopatras and have never been disappointed. Their food is fresh, flavoursome and great value for money. Delivery is always on time, and never cold on arrival. Staff are friendly and well mannered. Ordering online is so simple too.

So far tried pizzas and kebabs, they are lush!!! No grease, always fresh and the cheese on pizzas is just delicious. Food is always on time, recommending 100%☺️

I asked for, a portion of chips with chilli sauce, a thin base pizza, a portion of kebab meat and chips and a tandoori chicken wrap...not all for me obviously.... The wrap was very very tasty, the chips were good, no chilli sauce though and the pizza, unfortunately wasn’t thin base...although tasty. Delivery was within the hour, as they said and all the food was hot and I would have really really enjoyed it all...but the pizza for me spoilt it....I have a gastric issue with “ full fat “ pizza dough....hence my request. I use Coleoptera because I used to get a nice thin crispy base. Otherwise, fine, will use them again....but will re iterate the pizza requirements.......amazingly tasty tandoori chicken wrap....highly recommended

The cheese on Cleopatra’s pizzas is unreal. I have had a few from here and they have always been hot and fresh. If you telephone order they send you a text so you can click the link and pay by phone before you get there! Handy if you haven’t got any cash on you. 😃👍

Haven't ordered from here for at least a couple of years as it seemed to go downhill. Only tried again having come across an online discount code. Ordered delivery pretty late for a Wednesday evening (around 10.30pm) arrived in about 45mins, delivery driver friendly and cheery. Food was fresh, still piping hot and all of it spot on. In fact the best takeaway from a pizza shop we've had in ages. Will definetly be our first choice next time we order, fingers crossed it stays the same.

Ordered our food at 8:20 still not arrived by 10. We were told they were busy so had changed the delivery time from 9:20 to 9:45. Rang them at 10 to say there’s no sign to which we were told it will be another 10 minutes. Nearly 2 Hour LATE😡 very disappointing. Food was lukewarm when it arrived and no seasoning on the chips. Ordered from just eat.

Delicious and very friendly staff!

Not only do you get a great portion size here, the food is cooked to order while you wait. The menu is wide and varied, with something for everyone. Best of all, a good deal of the little extras are prepared on site. I like a good kebab, and their Cleo Kebab not only has a bit of everything, the kofteh is clearly hand made. You can't go wrong.

Average, not that flavoursome, dry based pizza but was given quick service, is reasonable in price and is convenient location.

Waited an hour and 40 mins for food when said would be less than an hour. Food was cold and unappetising. Whilst there was plenty of food and 20 quid would have been a good deal won't be using them agsin

I ordered a full parmo (big mistake as I'd forgotten just how big a full parmo is - enough for two really). The parmo was excellent and it came along with a separate very nice crisp salad (not a dried up side garnish). From what I have read from online menus Cleopatra's do the cheapest parmo in Guisborough. Our party also ordered two pizzas which were excellent.

We've bought a few of the family meal deals over the last few months. Excellent value for money, great delivery drivers and excellent food. If highly recommend Cleopatra as we've never had a bad meal from them.

We were not happy with our parmo. The chicken was raw, pink in colour and of tough texture. We could not eat any of it. We bought the parmo for our tea after work and were simply too tired to go back and complain about this. Very disappointed.

Called tonight and asked especially if they could make a tandoori parmo, they were only too happy to oblige! I was quoted 45 minutes, but it arrived in less than 30! the food was well cooked and hot on arrival. The salad and chips were both much better than average. The parmo itself was nice and thick, tender, with plenty of cheese and a generous amount of tandoori chicken to cover it. I will order this again, and would recommend other to do the same who enjoy a parmo with something a little different on.

Nice pizzas well priced - the Cleopatra special is one of my favourites. Came here after another pizza place in town consistently showed a lack of interest in customers and Cleopatra has not disappointed. Recommended.

Cleopatra' s has been the choice of take away for myself and family and friends for many years now. The food is always lovely and pizza toppings are generous and consistent with their quality. We are treat like friends when visiting to order and always made to feel welcome. Although a take away and always busy staff are happy to take time to ask how we are and clearly order themselves with making the best pizza in the town. If ever any one asks from outside of Guisborough where to order this is with out doubt the place to go.

This is our place of takeaway choice in Guisborough!!! Stuffed crust pizzas are always tasty. Parmesans good size and plenty of chips and salad. Garlic sauce is really nice Staff always friendly and pleasant and good value!!!!

We always ask for q American thin style base. Amazing fresh and the place is extremely clean. Love it we get a monster 16 inch and it's amazing
