It is disgusting place to go the workers are very rude as u asked for chips they give u fries and when u tell them it’s chips they say it ur fault the food is roar and not cooked really well the oil it’s dirty as it has not been cleaned for long I would not be coming to this place again I would not recommend this place to anyone as there is better places

Service is very bad, old chicken in month of Ramadan. Very bad rubbish, prefer Big Fish chips shop, AK chip shop or spices chip shop. Never again wasted £24.

Amazing fish and chips and cool staff

I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAS HAPPENED WITH THIS CHIPPY JUST HAD SAUSAGE AND CHIPS. CHIPS UNDER COOKED SAUSAGE COLD.WE USED THIS PLACE REGULARLY. I FOR GOT HOW RANK THE FOOD IS NOW. KNOW WONDER EVERY BODY USES GLEBE FARM CHIPPY NOW.

Since covid food quality has deteriorated, friendly staff though.

Chips were not fresh and chicken donner was over cooked and burnt.

The fast food shop is popular within the local area due to it's range of food and its low price. The shop is always busy and as a result at times service can be slow. The portions are plentiful but at times the quality of the end product is not high enough and sometimes over looked by price.

Fish was very dry and small for the amount of money I paid it was too crunchy my son couldn’t bite on it. Waste of money

I used my bank card in this shop for one can of pop and they’ve taken that transaction 4x I know it’s only £4 but it’s the principle I’m not a happy chap right now

Dugusting over priced food.just had 1 x peice chicken chips from there today , cost £3 . It was dry and the chips had been fried in dirty old oil and they tasted disgusting and the food stank . I've been in the restaurant trade and know when food outlets are cutting corners. Atleast clean your fryers out instead of just topping up the old oil. I feel sock 😫 right now . Wont ever be using you again.

They charge £3.2 for a single cheeseburger when a takeaway just across the road charges £2.99 for a whole meal. Complete Rip off. Never coming back here again.

Expensive for what is just a regular chipie. £3.30 for Masala fish on its own. Worse fish n chips I've EVER had, so oily and bland, no taste whatsoever.

Fish was cold and the chips were under cooked almost raw. plus no tray for your food just paper. What a waste off money.

Very bad service, can't even give you what you ordered and treat customers very poorly. Wasted over half an hour of my time and then gave the wrong items, asked for 3 large fish and chips and they gave 3 small. Their excuse? They gave it to another customer, do I want to wait another 20 minutes? Won't go here again, avoid.

wish i could rate it zero stars. its an absolute mess. my chicken was raw on many occasions, ive had food poisoning from here more times than i can count. floor and counters are always filthy and the staff are rude and have their earphones in with their phones out when theres people waiting. the whole place is a blaring health hazard and needs to be closed.

Prices have almost doubled. Pie&chips £4 was £2.50 Doner in naan £6 was £4 Samosas £1 was 60p

Prices are on another level now, and depending on who you get served by, they will tell you something other than what's on the board behind them. There's never been a better time to stop eating greasy junk.

Can't beat the price of large fish and chips for £4 plus size of the fish cooked fresh highly recommend.

Love their donner meat and fish with chips. Only downfall is the understaff. This place is very very busy. To an extent that customers are queing outside. Sort it out classic...!

I visited here a few weeks ago and was really appalled at the service, they're actually quite rude, I asked one of them a question and he told me he wasn't working, and then the other one butts in and tries to imply I'm jumping the queue by approaching to ask a question. Then when we finally order, I ask how much it'll be so I can go get the cash since that's all they take, and he rolls his eyes at the inconvenience. Then when we finally get the food, he forgot something that would take 20 minutes more (was related to my original question!) so we had to leave that. I hardly finished the food, chips were undercooked and tasted of grease, and burger was tasteless with too much mayo even though I told em too go easy on it. If you want chips, go to a place that does them well and knows that their customers are what make them...or you'll be left with a bad taste in your mouth, literally and figuratively...

Do not eat from this dirty place I was in the shop waited ten mins to even make my order even tho Asian people came in after me n got their food before I even got spoken to don't think they like white people plus their place looks grimey and dirty

Wish i could give 6 stars. A worker let me come back the next day to pay for my food as the maccies was closed n only had my card. Cash only ! Been back again since and i would highly recommend due to the service alone. Fresh food, decent pricing, Good selection of drinks too. Would highly recommend :)

Customer service is a absolute joke. The staff just can't be bothered to work. They take there time to take your order. We are in 2022 and this is shocking, whoever the owner is they need to do something with there staff because there food isn't that bad at all.

Decent food but could be better. Service is good. It's better to order over the phone and than go collect during busy times otherwise you will end up waiting for quite a while.

Love the flavour of the chips and the chargrilled chicken wings are to die for. They are also very generous with the portions. We were very well fed for a fiver today!

Love this chip shop been going here for years prices are reasonable and we love the quality of all the food. Gets extremely busy and sometimes have to wait a while but all in all would recommend we travel past several chip shops closer to home to go here definitely worth the drive! Husband has Donna meat on naan with salad, Chilli and Mayo for £3.50 and my 12 year old has mini kebab meat and chips which is the perfect size!

There Mix grill is delicious but the only problem I got is sometimes there chicken tikka is burnt and even sometimes not well cooked otherwise they are good. 👍

One of the worst unhygienic shops i have visited with the worst staff poor customer service all they want is your money the food was rotton cold i should have went back for a refund never going to go back just remember to always ask for fresh food and dnt let them take you for a ride health officials should give this place a regular visit

My fav chip shop, even my fussy kids love the food here. We've tried alot on the menu, and everything has been tasty! And very reasonably priced. Its always busy when we come in, shows how popular it is!

Cheap and nice highly recomended

Fish and chips are nice, we purchase regularly from them. The fish is crispy and the chips nice and chunky. The only criticism is you wait for ages to get your order out as the guys take their time to pack the food.

Food quality not as good as it used to be. Quite disappointed as I used to be a frequent visitor to this branch. Hopefully they realise this soon. And also every time they charge me different prices for the same order. Quite strange and portion sizes vary on the person who is serving you.

Foods always amazing afew times ended up with chip bits rather then actual chips but that's only happened a handful of times compared to the 100 times of been here.

Went there a couple of days ago and the shop was very quiet with only one customer waiting for his food but still had to wait 15 minutes before I could get served as the staff was too busy chatting and playing around amongst them selves. A middle aged man with silver colour hair came to serve who had a very bad attitude and was not interested in taking my order! Really got me angry the way he was talking to me as if I was some kind of an idiot! Everything I was asking for they didn’t have for some reason! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE will not be returning again 😡

Just had kebab and chips, the kebab meat was dry,old and curled up, the chips not much better. Disgusting and straight in the bin, used to use this place alot, hadn't realised the standards had disappeared completely

The food was completely unacceptable tikka & kebab were burnt completely no cleanliness last time found a roasted cockroach this was the last not anymore going to complain to the council

Very good food, portions Vary dependent who sorted you... sometimes smaller sometimes larger. Chicken meat at the end of the day reheated and fatty. Overall, I recommend it because there is no such value for money in the area. Anyway more places like this.

Only time the food seems to be right is when the older guys serve you asked for a pie and chips with a tiny bit of chilli on it the guy drowned it in chilli sauce can never seem to get your order right previous time they put so much salt on the chips you couldn't even taste the food.

The food is cheap but the attitude of the staff is rotten. Called up and asked a simple question of opening hours and whether or not I could place an order before collecting and I was given abuse on the phone before they put the phone down. Rude and unnecessary.

Sometimes great food an great portion size but if booked via just eat all items are smaller portions and more expendive
