Chutney Chat in Barking and Dagenham

The food was very nice here. I really appreciated that a group of men came together and prepared such tasty food. They take pride in their food and it is very clear by the taste. Definitely wouldn't turn down an opportunity to order food from here again.

Very disappointed, tried after reading the reviews but the food was below average. I believe its a Bangladeshi restaurant not an Indian/Pakistani. Never again!

Great tasting and well spiced food..whole family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed and want more. And £49 was certainly good value for food of that quality. Will definitely order from here again.

0 stars!! The worst take-away I’ve ever had. My husband’s king prawn butterfly was completely dry. His king prawn saag and my lamb balti, were disgusting. They tasted nothing like they were meant to. Hardly any spinach in his and no onions, peppers etc in mine. Both were a load of slip absolutely swimming in oil. Biggest waste of money and time since they were late as well!! The only thing we enjoyed was the bottle of coke and chocolate mousse desert… the two things the restaurant (if you can call it that) didn’t make. The chefs need sacking!!!! My advice… do not even bother with this place!!!

Ordered twice in two weeks and both meals were delicious, service was excellent and delivered with in the time given. Would definitely recommend as it's the best Indian takeaway we've had round these parts in years!

I had a delivery from this restaurant. I ordered chicken biryani and chicken tikka. Both the dishes were so good and the chicken tikka was awesome.

Ordered over the phone, customer service was next level, arrived promptly, piping hot. Not expensive, generous portions, well packed. Food was abs delicious! Fresh quality ingrediants, not heavy, really enjoyed that. Garlic fried rice was life changing lol, seriously though, I must recommended Chutney Chat very highly.

The food here is the best I’ve had by far. All was fresh, tasty and hot, the lamb is so tender and made on time. Staff are amazing too, very good customer service. I love that they have an open kitchen so you can see where the food preparation is and this area area is spotlessly clean. Will go nowhere else now Thankyou.

Amazing quality tasted like homemade authentic dishes the biryanis could have had more meat and more flavour, the mixed grill was really nice. Definitely recommend

Absolutely incredible food here. I live close and went in out of curiosity - very impressed. Traditional Bangladeshi food which I haven’t had anywhere else. The open kitchen is a winner also. Will use exclusively.

Just had an amazing takeaway from this new restaurant. Absolutely blown away with the quality and taste. Trying a new restaurant is always a bit hit and miss, but this place has won 2 new regular customers. Give them a try, you won't be dissapointed. Yum yum in my tum!

Ordered for the first time today. I ordered shatkora and my sister Dansak. Absolutely beautiful. The chana masala was so much better than I have had before. We will be ordering from this restaurant again. The food is excellent.
