Yo no volvería.

Thought I would go out with as friend and as other places were busy, thought we would give this a go. I loved Afghani cooking when I tried it in Pakistan. The place has recently been refurbished and opened. The quality of the work done in the refurb is not great. The prices are fine dining prices, We ordered and the starters were very nice. They were very tight on sauces at the table, not putting much in. When they took away the starters, they left the plates for us to use with mains. When the mains arrived, a Karahi and lamb meat kebab. The nan we got was stone cold. I don't think they make them, I think they are bought in. I called the waiter over and told him. He said he would sort it out, he microwaved it and brought it back (I know because I had torn some when I picked it up) Microwaving makes a nan rubbery. It was now warm only. I was expecting a fresh nan. A nan out of a tandoor, fresh is lovely, crisp at the bottom and fluffy though out. A kerahi is typically a dry dish. this was not. It had lots of fat in the pan, The meat was OK but there was about 1/4 of it bones and gristle, it was not cooked enough to make it tender. It was the same for the kebab that we ordered, about 1/3 was gristle and bone. We had to ask for additional sauce, each time they only put a bit in. The only plus with this visit is due to the government offer, it was 1/2 price. It is a shame, I would not go again.

Å spoons is a spoons is a spoons. The food is wonderful, the staff polite and helpful (even when I asked for stuff that was on display but not set up on the system, they really tried)

Ordered from uber eats, burger bun literally had mold on it. The worst part is i didn't notice until I had a few bites, so I feel very ill and violated. The chicken also smelt spoilt but I couldn't tell if it was the sauce or the chicken itself and I was too scared to even try it so that just went in the bin. Very terrible experience, they need to have some sort of quality control. Definitely do not recommend
