Have been using Chopsticks for years now. Generally fast service, they have always gotten our order correct. When we use delivery it arrives quickly and is still hot and fresh. Collection orders are normally done very quickly to.

Order took 1 and a half hours to arrive, flat cold ,when I complained they were rude and disruptive, will never order from there again.

lovely rice and curry, the spring rolls are tasty too, the seaweed had too much sugar in it though and prawn toast a bit over done but overall nice meal

Food had zero to no taste, rice was anaemic, chicken balls were just batter and bbq sauce was so sweet, I’ve never ordered from here and I won’t do again.

Paid for sweet and sour king prawn balls got chicken instead. Hopefully a one off/error.

My favourite takeaway and the best delivery driver!

Ordered takeaway from here tonight as our local was closed, and it was so good! The sweet and sour sauce was actually sour and really tasty, the chilli beef was great, the egg fried rice really nice. Didn't feel *too* greasy. Fiance had the spring chicken and really enjoyed it too! Will be returning for sure!

There was barely any meat on the duck, not enough to fill 6 pancakes never mind 12. It was over cooked and dry.

They need more than one driver ad i have been waiting over an hour for my food and had to phone them to be told it would be an extra 10-15 minute wait they really really need another driver as this is ridiculous phoned again today but the same thing happened again so they really really have to get another driver AND I HAD TO REHEAT MY FOOD

Curry lovely but chips cooked in old oil so they are always dark and not tasty. If the chip oil was changed frequently for the cost of the chips

The Friedrich dishes are not brown. Beef with spring onion dish was watery didn't look appetising. Not impressed at all! poor poor poor quality of food for the price!

Some of order was OK but the pork in black pepper sauce not worth money only got 6 small pieces of meat of which 3 were fatty, hardly any sauce and just mainly a box of veg

Excellent food and wonderful staff. My go-to for Chinese food. Highly recommend the salt and pepper shredded chicken and any of the Chow Mein dishes as well as the beef curry.

Beef in black pepper, Singapore Chow Mein and Sweet and Sour mixture all a bit bland. The 'free' prawn crackers were definitely not worth the price if actually buying them. Overall, not the cheapest in the area and only ordered as none of my usual Chinese takeaways were delivering.

I live in a high rise on 14th floor. The delivery driver would not deliver to my doorstep. He insisted I went down to the ground floor to collect my food as he was in a hurry. By the time I summoned the lift and got down to collect it he could have delivered to my door in person and been away quicker. I paid for delivery so did not have to expect to collect my own food from outside.

Whilst the Singapore Chow Mein was ok, the satay chicken skewers were a rip-off. Three skewers, each with two pieces of chicken the size of my little finger for £6? Come on!

Possibly the worst special fried rice ever had from anywhere! Everything was clap cold. The chips tasted days old and reheated several times. Chicken foo yung had an odd taste and the chicken and mushroom was spicy!?!? Never again! And very late.

I have ordered from them for years! But today was abysmal. This was the restaurant fault and not there very polite and very pleasant driver. When I rang to say about food they was very quick to say driver on way and cut me off the phone. When driver arrived he explained and apologised but it’s only one driver to deliver food and my food he was only told to pick it up 10mins ago after his delivery in Armley. I know it’s not the driver fault and the restaurant needs to Be careful and be honest when food he so late! Plus food was not as hot as it should of been!

I love their Singapore vermicelli,although at times it's a bit dry and not seasoned enough for me,but still better then from anywhere in Beeston

Absolutely disgusting customer service - items were missing from the order, I appreciate human error but what I did not expect was to be told that I am lying. After a conversation on the phone for close to 10 minutes (all whilst the rest of the food goes cold) I was told that they will send the missing item out but will have to wait 45 minutes, pointless as the rest of the food would be flat cold . As we've ordered from here numerous times I had expected better, after the phone call I had earlier though I will not be ordering from here again.

Great experience. My orders were taken easily and the food brought out fairly quick. Hot and exactly as we ordered. Top marks to Cameron for all did to make our meal a good experience.

Was late originally said it would be 5:20 then 5:40 then didn't get here till 6:15. Food was lukewarm at best. Gravy was just water and chips dry.

Good I ordered: Chicken balls. Was more like stodgy chicken goujons. Special chow main was almost meatless. I’m unsure why I paid more opposed to a veritable chow main? And egg friend rice. I can bet 95% that this was a microwave packet. Colourless and tasteless. I will however be claiming money back for half these items.

Food was tepid when it arrived, driver was being asked to do too much hence the late delivery.

Food was cold chips tasted like they was refried onion rings I payed 3.80 for was the cheap nasty ones you get from a supermarket not homemade Chinese onion rings over priced rubbish deffo never coming here again

The food came and the manager said I hadn’t paid but I had so she wanted me to re order the food so the same food could be re delivered I don’t know what state the food would be in had I done this, definitely clap cold etc.
