Accidentally I gave her 30 pound instead of 10 that I was holding in my hand as I got distracted by thoughts. I said hey I ment to give you just the 10 and she quickl hid the money as I was looking at it and told me I didn't give it to her. She started being rude and shout so I didn't argue but decided to leave this review.

Very very poor customer service , the lady taking orders is very very rude and just shouts, I did not stay to make my order, stay away from this place

Food delivered fast, was nice and hot unlike some places delivering food that's just warm.

Very disappointed in their service. My wife and myself have been using the place for 5 years and last night they gave me the wrong order. When we calmly phoned to explain the situation they said it was our fault. Terrible service

Have ordered the same thing for a while now and tonight our order was wrong. When I called to say I ordered the vegetable chow mein and got something with prawns in it I was told it was my fault because I didn't say "mixed" veg chow mein (have always and only order a veg chow mein) I took the meal back and on entering the lady behind the counter started shouting at me. When I tried to explain what I was wanting she answered the phone on 2 occasions - So rude! When she came off the phone she shouted again about it not being her fault. I was then told I could have the mix veg chow mein with a discount. I refused to pay because I already paid...she then shouted at me again and more or less threw the new order at me. Won't be back. Have used this place for years and recommended to others. Mistakes happen but to have an attitude like that is awful!

First time using, service was good could have been better just seemed communicating wasn't the best. Think for being a business in the community for a number of years they would understand more than they did. Seemed nothing to do or anything to listen to or watch while waiting on food. The food was quite nice but could have been better. Seems with the chicken curry and rice in same dish they go tight on the curry sauce as noticed wasn't mixed with the chicken and onion which they provide with the curry. Front of house / shop floor clean when I was in would be happy to eat my food in store if that was an option very clean place.

Great value for money, flavour, one of the best takeaways on the street

A basic chicken curry with boiled rice. First mistake, they give me fried rice. The onions under cooked, the chicken was chewy and the curry sauce was just salty muck.

Absolutely disgusting customer service I called to make sure I’d ordered it for delivery an not collection but didn’t get the chance to ask as was shouted at down the phone! An still didn’t get the extra curry sauce I paid for NOT HAPPY

Just ordered noodles with prawns, the noodles came with all kinds of horrible meat, very salty, thy were nt fresh at all. I ordered before this time was sticky wet and very salty

Ordered a portion of soft noodles (thick) that came stuck together and not edible they where drowned in some sort of sauce and very greasy never seen noodles like it. Called and was told I should have specifically told them to make them dry. Never in my life of ordering Chinese and ordering from many many take aways and eating out over all these years have I had to request dry. How do they know someone hasn’t got an allergy and they are just throwing in ingredients of there choice? Noodles seemed like they weren’t fresh egg noodles anyway they had turned to mush which makes me think they’ve been egg noodles which would explain why they’ve needed so much sauce and oil and water to cook them. Yuk! Customer service is disgusting woman was extremely rude and didn’t even offer to replace them not that it would have made a difference as by this point I wouldn’t have touched another thing they sent I will never eat from here again whole lot went in the bin.

Normally excellent food and service but they let themselves down by not listening to how I requested my food cooked and I was so disappointed that my food got put in the bin, sorry but what a waste of money

My dinner was delicious and fast , the food arrived hot and the drinks nice and cold 🥤🥤🥤. Will order again!

Good food at reasonable prices. However think they have new delivery driver and twice have waited over an hour and a half! Not acceptable China Chef!

The meal was great but the W.guy that they have to speak to customers is a bit standoffish. The first time i was there, i made a joke about the customer and business relationship and i combined it with tHe weather conditions of that day; it was precipitating. I said "A customer is king and im reigning right now" after taking a while to chose what i wanted but he seemed not to get what i meant for his pal interrupted my moment of joy and authority with an assumption that i was talking a out the rain. Well, afterwards i just sat down waited for my food because i'm not the type to re-explaining a joke like the humour in it is still contained. Other than that, the chef makes some wicked singapore rice noodle and beef... i nearly beat my tongue and i remember refusing to share that food with my appreciation, i just ate like no one was there because there was no one there i could notice. One can say they have not seen a person devour his takeaway whilst still in the take away. Lol Thanks and be sure to pop around. Craigmillar is heavenly now because a son of God is amongst them.

Absolutely rotten even the prawn crackers were tasteless dnt know who made the curry sauce but it's was bland and tasteless , that was there last chance so never ever again I'd rather wait over an hour for one that you can actually taste the curry !!!!

The worst chinese takeaway i've had in my life. Burnt butterfly king prawns in normal crumb and fat as hell. Food oversalted 2 of us couldn't finish main... spring rolls and prawn crackers ok. First takeaway in months and something like it...Blahhh. No offence but it was digusting :o. Never again...I would prefer to donate money spent to scottish SPCA if i would just knew it before :o

I bought curry and chips. Very hard to get the information on allergy and diet related stuff like nuts and vegetarian as the lady at the counter did not know. But the taste was very good and so was the price.

Because they take many orders , in short time, that you don't get what you ordered, which is a shame, nice food , no_one speaks good English?so half the they do not know what you have orders are😏 ,then when you get your food , there is some items miss.? Then you don't enjoy food 😶

The food was perfect. The duck and the chicken curry was perfect can't find a single fault. Will be ordering from here again very impressed.

Good food (lots of it!) at very reasonable prices and with great combo deals. Plus they do deliveries and order for pickups!
