We had a wonderful time, delicious food, children's menu, friendly staff, and a cozy atmosphere.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a lovely blend of traditional charm and contemporary style — perfect for a relaxed meal or a special evening out. The staff are friendly, attentive, and more than happy to offer recommendations if you’re unsure what to try.

Unforgivable - twice in a row found hair in the noodles- will never return. We have been here a few times. The menu has changed - it’s not as good as when it first opened. It’s overpriced for what it is. Last time we went here found hair in the Hakka noodles about 8 months ago. Came again yesterday, wanting to give it another chance and the same thing happened found hair in the Chowmein noodles! Once a mistake, fool me twice ….. They need to tell their chefs to wear hair nets!!!!!!!!!! Never again!!! And the customer care just isn’t there. They did cancel the dish off the bill but there was absolutely no apology or courtesy. Bad experience! Additionally tables at the front allow for no conversation- it’s just so loud, the tables are large & close together. the male staff were rude as soon as we walked in imposing a time limit. Only the female staff was friendly. A big shame but we will never return.

I had a delightful Mother’s Day dinner at Chin Chin. The food was exceptional, particularly the sushi platter, which offered both non-vegetarian and vegetarian options. The vegetarian sushi was unique and bursting with flavor, making it a standout dish. The mains were equally impressive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting, complemented by attentive waiting staff. It seemed like the kitchen was prioritizing takeaway orders, leaving us diners feeling a bit like the forgotten guests at a party. While I absolutely loved the food, I’d suggest they find a way to juggle those orders better. After all, we’re here to enjoy the experience, not to build a sandcastle with our patience! Overall, a fantastic evening with just a sprinkle of kitchen chaos.

So went on a Tuesday night and service was great. Cant fault the staff. However the quality of the food was not. Duck bao had a very nice sauce but the actual meat was poor. The sushi was mediocre. Also brought bottle of shiraz which was terrible considering the the price. Have been here before because friends love this place because of the weekend buz. Which is fine because it has a great buzz. But when you sit back and look at what you actually get for you money. You have to wonder.

Bizlaw U.K. organised an event in their private room for International Women’s Day and we all had a great time with super service and a lovely menu . Will definitely visit again and plan more events there.

We were there as part of a large group, and the two lovely gentlemen, Jaideep and Milan, who served us, couldn’t have done a better job, considering how many we were! The food was excellent, especially for me as I am coeliac and usually have limited options. Jaideep was very helpful in pointing out all the dishes they could make gluten-free. They use GF soy sauce and even have GF bao buns, so I’m definitely going to revisit with my family to try the dim sum. I had the salmon sushi rolls (Jack Dom?) and tofu curry with egg fried rice, which they made GF. So if you have allergies, feel free to ask what they can cater to. If I had one critique, it would be that the menu is only partially labeled for allergens. However, this was easily addressed by the waiter and chef. Looking forward to returning again soon.

We had a fantastic meal at Chin Chin in Pinner! The katsu chicken bao buns were absolutely amazing—definitely a highlight. We ordered a variety of dishes, including satay chicken, vegetable spring rolls, and chicken & vegetable gyoza, all of which were delicious. While we didn’t enjoy the duck bao buns as much, that was just down to personal preference. For mains, we had the honey chicken, which was lovely, along with noodles that were full of flavour. To top it all off, dessert was outstanding—we tried the chef’s special chocolate cake, which was a perfect way to end the meal. The food, atmosphere, and service were all great, and we’ll definitely be returning. Thank you, Chin Chin!

Excellent choice of food and all dishes were enjoyed. Service was a bit pushy, we went at opening time so guess they weren't too busy then. Music was wrong type for this restaurant so the general vibe was wrong. Overall dining wise can't knock it, would recommend.

We were struggling what to order for a group of 6 with different tastes, but the staff did an amazing job recommending a selection of dishes. It’s was delicious. Great atmosphere too. I recently dined at Chin Chin Restaurant and had a fantastic experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well-presented. I tried the Katsu Chicken Bao Buns, Avocado Sushi, Chicken Gyoza, and Shredded Pepper Chicken, and each dish was delicious in its own way. The bao buns were soft and packed with crispy katsu chicken, the sushi was fresh and creamy, the gyoza had a perfect balance of crispiness and juiciness, and the shredded pepper chicken had just the right amount of spice and tenderness. A special shoutout to Nikita, who was incredibly helpful in guiding my order and providing excellent service throughout the meal. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she made sure everything arrived promptly. Overall, Chin Chin Restaurant offers great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch service. I’d definitely return.

Had a great dining experience for a late valentine lunch today. Food was presented excellently, and tasted completely fresh. Service was impeccable. Me and my wife will definitely be visiting again!

Had a lovely evening, food is delicious and service from Marina and the gentleman at the front was excellent! We popped in next door for a drink and there was a guitarist - great atmosphere. There was a slight delay with the food as it was a very busy night but it was well worth the wait! Complimentary desert which was unreal and a rose for Valentine’s Day! Such a cute touch. The food and drinks were exceptional, with the Tempura sushi and chef’s special being absolutely out of this world! Each dish was bursting with flavour, and the quality was top-notch. Milan, our server, was a true gem. He was kind, attentive, and went out of his way to help us choose the perfect food and drinks for the occasion. His recommendations were spot-on! Thank you, Milan. Unacceptable level of oil in food - ordered for takeaway

Great little restaurant in the Pinner area with fantastic atmosphere due to it's popularity. Food was lovely but struggled to cater with variety for gluten free individuals and our main took a lot longer to arrive than would be expected. If the atmosphere were lacking, I think it would have impacted upon the night. I do think they are overpriced for the dishes on the menu, so I'd consider returning but it wouldn't be my immediate first choice.

The worst dining experience I've ever had. We arrived at 8.30 and there was a large crowd of customers waiting to be seated. It turned out they were a group so we were seated separately. The maitre d selected a table smack bang in the middle of this group; I asked for a more suitable table and was told this one was 'fine'. It turned out to be wobbly and uncomfortable. We were also told the crowd would go but in fact different groups filled the space the entire evening. We waited a long time to be served; eventually we ordered drinks, starters and mains. For starters, we ordered 4 dishes including 2 sets of gyoza, one chicken, one tofu as I am vegetarian. The starters arrived sporadically, the tofu goyza being bought out first and placed in front of my companion. About 30 mins later the chicken gyoza were bought out and given to me. I began eating this, only to discover to my horror that it was meat. I am a strict vegetarian and eating meat is against my beliefs. I sent this back and informed the staff, including the maitre d, who did not even apologise at this point. I was only asked if I wanted the tufo gyoza, which I said I did. We then waited another 30 mins for a second round of drinks, then an additional 30 mins for mains. These were eventually bought out at 10.20pm; we were seated at 8.20pm. My companion's main was cold and by this time, we had had enough. We asked the waitress for the mains to be boxed up as it was too late to eat them and asked for the maitre d. He appeared with the bill -20%, which i believe is the optional service charge. I replied that I would not be paying for the gyoza and my companion's main, explaining once again that I am a vegetarian and was served meat. The maitre d tried to blame this mix up on me, but I relied it is the responsibility of staff to know what they are serving and to whom. Imagine if I had a nut allergy! He went away, deducting about £10 from out bill (£96 to £84) but when he returned, I had decided that this is an outrageous amount considering the fact that we had not even been served a meal. We eventually settled on £45, but upon reflection, this was even too much. We paid £20 in uber fares to chin chin, received awful service, given meat against my strict vegetarian diet, and received no apology! I am loathed that I paid anything at all! The worst part was the outstanding rudeness of the maitre d, who was both unapologetically and insulting. I have eaten at chin chin several times before and never experienced anything like this!

Lovely pan Asian restaurant in Pinner! Cocktails were on point, good delicious and service too-notch! Had a very enjoyable experience evening with my wife here - the veg sushi options are to die-for and the Thai green curry was banging! We will be back and thanks for a lovely evening!

Excellent service, smiles all around from the waiters, food tastes amazing. What more can you ask for? My wife forgot her bag the night we dined at the restaurant, they kept it safe and i managed to pick it up the next day. So thank you to the staff of chin chin.

Service: The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive. It took over 20 minutes just to get water and even longer for someone to take our order. Food Quality: The dishes were bland and lacked the promised flavors. My steak was overcooked despite asking for it medium-rare, and the vegetables were underseasoned. Cleanliness: The table was sticky, and the cutlery wasn’t properly cleaned. It made me question the overall hygiene of the establishment. Ambiance: The noise level was overwhelming, and the lighting was too dim to comfortably read the menu. Overall, it was a disappointing visit, and I wouldn’t recommend this place unless significant improvements are made.

Very nice food! However always let down by the service. Been a few times to chin chin and last experience was not great. From seating at 7.30 took 45min for starters to come and even after another hour had no main course. Constantly chasing for when the food was coming and no updates food finally arrived just after 9.30 and by that time appetite wasn’t there. Very unorganised service only saved by the fact the food is fairly good. Also no suggestion of any compensation for the bill and no apologies from senior staff.

We love Chin Chin. The selection of the food is great. The quality of the food is also great! Their fish dishes are particularly tasty, yum.

We had the most amazing experience here right from booking the table till we left after lunch. The staff spent a great deal of time chatting which did affect the service. The restaurant was certainly becoming busy however the main issue was disappointing food. The tempura batter was thick and greasy, the boa was soft but the filling was drowned in a siracha mayonnaise that destroyed and other flavour. The sushi roll with truffle was missing the main ingredient. The worst was the vegetable dim sum! The wrapper was thick, doughy and the filling was like a paste and unlike me I did return. Looks great but the taste, not so.

A reservation error turned out to be an amazing experience at this restaurant! Sharma made sure that our dietary restrictions were catered for and the staff and himself went above and beyond to ensure everything was beyond perfect. We are so thrilled we didn’t write this place off and gave it a second chance and grateful that we did. The food was absolutely delicious, and the attention to detail in both the service and the dishes was impressive. Highly recommend!

This place has really gone down. Food was not hot and I saw the kitchen staff walking across the restaurant with frozen Gyoza bags (similar to ones in Costco!!!) . When you spend this much in a restaurant, you don't expect to see that!. Rest of food felt like it was reheated and the duck pancakes went hard very quickly like they were over-microwaved. The chicken pieces didn't taste like they were real chicken in texture, felt more like they were pumped with Saline. Bao buns were too soggy. Very sceptical about the how much of the menu items are freshly made food as opposed to bought it frozen food. Really terrible!

What can I say about this place? Amazing place! Perfect for date night or out with the family. You must try their crab sushi. Lovely. The service we received was incredible, staff very attentive. Food was on point, atmosphere was amazing. Very discreet from the outside. Just be aware, parking is limited, especially on a Friday or Saturday night. If you park in the pub opposites car park, make sure you go into the pub and input your REG. Going again soon.

3 visits within 2 months is testament to how good Chin Chin is. The sushi is innovative and fresh, especially the enchanted forest maki. The tofu bao, mock duck pancakes, chilli honey tofu, mock chicken satay, garlic broccoli and green curry are all exceptional dishes that you should definitely order. The drinks are also wonderful with creative mocktails and cocktails available.

We had a lovely evening at Chin Chin, with excellent service courtesy of Milan, who was so helpful and attentive. In addition delicious variety of food, with all halal options. A great atmosphere, with excellent zones for seating which we can choose depending on your desired ambience for your evening. Definitely a place to recommend.

Food was really tasty with great vege options. Reason for 3 stars is they have many steps inside and of course I missed one and tripped. There is a waiter telling you of the steps. However, accidents do happen and when I fell I was told ‘we did tell you’ and no one checked after if I was ok. I was having a tough day and this type of reaction was the last thing I needed. Disappointed with Management.

We have been to Chin Chin three times and it never disappoints. The food is absolutely delicious and staff incredibly attentive and helpful. We had a brilliant evening last night and a huge thanks to the whole team, especially Milan who looked after us also well.

This was recommended to me by a few people so I was keen to go and try it. The food was okay but nothing special. tasty but not very spicy (Papaya Salad was more sweet than spicy). Service was typical of people from the sub continent - no smiles and with a dollop of attitude with every dish. I wouldn’t go back as there are better places in Pinner.

Food here is always on point! Service I see still needs some tweaking….when will they understand that if you have a booking at a certain time you want to be on your table at that time and not on a random shared sofa reading a drinks menu while you wait for them to sort themselves out.

Delicious food and a great variety. The sushi was a top favorite! The service wasn’t as great even though the ambiance and food was. The server didn’t understand us and would get confused when we asked her questions or for extra cutlery and plates.

We loved dining here. I came here with my partner for an after work dinner, having been recommended it by friends. The atmosphere in the garden was incredible and was quickly matched by the beautifully presented cocktails and tasty food. We found that there were a lot of vegetarian options for my partner and will be coming back to try more!
