Latest delivery driver is terrible! Previous delivery went to wrong house and tonight claimed to have rapped door and no one home despite people being upstairs and down so order near 30mins late. Have used this business for 5yrs but sorely tempted to stop after these two experiences 😒

I am a huge fan of Chilli Masala. always go here for family take away nights. I am so disappointed tonight. chips where chewy, and tasted old. I couldn't eat it. they forgot my drink. The chicken burger was your saving grace.

The food was very exactly on time, if not early, though it was a very small order. The quality and taste of the food was very poor, I did not enjoy any of the food I ordered and especially for the price was not good. The samosas were too fatty and greasy for my liking, the naan bread was chewy and tasteless and the vegetable kebab wasn’t very interesting either.

onion bhajees were completely burnt and kebab extremely dry. disappointed as it was my first time ordering from there. good portion size.

chips where horrendous bottle of coke wasn't recieved.. the kebab was decent an the delivery was quick but wouldn rush to order again from it

Chips, chicken pakora and onion bajhais burnt to a crisp. Very disappointing. Usually a brilliant feed.

Got a mixed kebab ' the donor meat looked like it had been hacked off the pit with a sword ' big chunks instead of nice thin strips . Plus it didnt taste good . The bits of steak in it also was like chewing rubber . The chips were almost black ' I would consider changing your oil in the fryers more often . Disgusting . It's like no one cares . Will never order again. Massive improvements needed in that place.

Doner kebab was ordered with chilli sauce but was swimming in sweet chilli..which is horrible!!

However, our first choice is always the clubhouse grill, we did enjoy the food entirely!

Food was lovely had to wait an hour on food being delivered and then it was 20minutes late but I didn’t mind because the food was great and they were obviously busy.

Chips were burned as was the fish! Pizza was very dry over all it wasn’t good

Ordered a plain burger and got a cheese burger. Can't eat cheese so food was inedible. This restaurant used to be really good but we are finding more and more mistakes like this recently. normally just dips so not worth complaining but when you can't actually eat your meal its pretty poor.

The food was amazing!!! Great portion sizes and absolutely delicious, would order from them again in a heartbeat. My only criticism is that I ordered for a particular time and it was very early. Still amazing though :)

My girlfriendand i live in gilford so its handy for us, but we all know how far you would travel for good food, double cheese burger is enough for a horse to eat and cooked so well, i love and meaty pizza, ohh yeah, you should try his steak and kabab pizza, believe me id travel 50mile for it

45 mins late on Sat night and 3 items missing meaning meal was not eaten together.
