Chill Grill in Peterborough

The food is the most disgusting I’ve ever ate. It honestly made me feel sick. When I asked for a refund I only got £5 back. 2 burgers and 2 chips was literally £15 for the meat to be uncooked. The bread was so stale. The people serving us starting swearing and all sorts. Only good thing about the place is the music.

Should be closed down and charged . Serving drinking people uncooked food. Questioned the food and was replaced with completely different meat. Need investigating asap

Had burger and chips tasted rank and been on toilet all morning and was charged £5 for it.

Idiotic place guy behind counter does not speek english you say one think he will do totaly different....

Told 30 to 45 mins staff can’t understand me say something in English don’t know what they say then they hang up on you. Avoid

Terrible! Didnt put my order in. Wouldn't give a refund when requested. Really dissapointed in staff. Dont go here!

Nice food friendly people quick service

It’s only good when you are drunk and then It tastes like a piece of beauty from Gordon Ramsey’s kitchen. If you are sober and it’s still daylight... just keep walking past. God knows what they do to the food.

I know them language very little one day first time I order some PIZZA FROM this place they talking each other take he's MONEY 💰💰 and then give him some things. After long waiting shop was so quiet not busy they give me my Pizza 🍕 very bad one I was very hungry I didn't look 👀 it first. And then didn't bother. So I think 💭 they never bother about customers to cam back again . They so serious faces . Me there never again.

Food was extremely undercooked. How they have a satisfactory rating I don't know.
