Great food at an affordable price in the heart of Soho. The burger crispy and seasoned well, and the coleslaw and fries might be one of the bests I’ve had in a fried chicken shop.

Ok so .I've given 3 stars for the food BUT it wasn't hot but food was good.. HOWEVER they went out.of their way to fix it once I told them the food wasn't hot.. they made it again and gave me a hot 1.. so i would upgrade my food rating to 5 then... would happily recommend...

The service is fast and efficient I ordered Thai'd Up and I was surprised by how delicious it was, the chicken was well cooked and the crunch was delicious.

The place is in a convenient location, the food seemed good to me and those who worked there treated me very kindly, offering their help at all times. The price is average for a city like London.

Tried the thai burger meal. It was nice! French fries were well crispy and the burger was flavourful.

Literally just watched one of the chefs sneeze into the cheese sauce and then continue to pour into a bottle to serve to customers and then he denied it when I confronted him…disgusting :/

Had one of the best customer service experience, the girl named disha who was there was very helpful and made the experience 10 x better , would love to comeback 10/10 recommend and the staff was soo nice

Surprised at how good the food was. The fries are really good, best I’ve had at a fast food place. Chicken crispy and sandwiches tasty. The staff member on duty (Disha I think her name was) who was working when I went in was extremely sweet and attentive to everyone who came in, which made the experience really positive!

Food and shakes are really good! Especially the mango shake, it taste like ice cream ! Really good quality too! My chips came out cold but as soon as I advised the lady she immediately replaced it! Definitely, recommend this place for good customer service and of course lovely shakes.

The chicken was super good, with incredible taste. The place is friendly and the staff is very helpful and available. For students, there is an offer of free fries if you visit the staff before ordering. I really recommend!! We will return there on our next trip to London :)

had lunch with a friend here, food was so good and at a really good price. paid a little over £11 for a whole meal. finished the whole thing too (rare). it is kinda small inside and getting seats is down to luck if ur going at an eating hour but we got lucky. the service was great all the staff we talked to were super nice. they made sure our food was good and everything. 100% recommend especially to students

Volcano burger is absolutely to die for if you're a spicy lover. Notes of habanero with a creamy finish and moist chicken with crispy coating. Chips and handmade sauces are also delicious. I had the double volcano and if I lived in London, I'd probably come back too often 😄 Wife had the "straight up", and it was just an amazingly balanced burger. Bread to chicken ratio was on point with her. Juicy but not soggy. Had a hankering for chicken burgers and this place delivered with attentive and friendly staff too!

What a great place to discover in SoHo. Second time. Came with my 15 year old son and we lived the freshness and quality of the food. He loved the chicken. He had Dynasty Burger and I had Thai chicken wrap. Yum!

The best fried chicken I’ve ever had and that’s not an overstatement trust me. If you’re in the area you must try it. I had the straight up wrap in a meal and everything was amazing. The chicken was soft on the inside and crunchy on the out. The chips were crunchy and hot. I can’t emphasise how good this place is.

Great food! Great taste near oxford street. Alhamdulilah delicious & halal. Do not choose Korean food because the sauce is not halal (the waiter told us)

I have no idea why people give this should a 5 star. The burger is same as the McDonald Chicken Burger. Nothing special. Very overrated and pricey. Ordered a Volcano wings, very spicy but doesn’t taste good. Very artificial.

Terrible experience. Overpriced and not worth it. The chicken is overdone, not tender. The sauce taste very cheap and artificial. We ordered chocolate milkshakes and it taste like Nestlquick chocolate powder.
