Great good 8/10 fresh and flavoursome only suggestion is thay cheese sauce is a bit bland but the chicken is some of the best I’ve ever tried. Vijay gave excellent service and was very courteous to all customers. Props to him for managing a very busy store full of customers efficiently!

First time trying out this restaurant. The food was good. Personally, like the Bombay Bad Boy Burger. Vijay (an employee)'s service was superb. He constantly came to ask if we need anything or if there is any issue. I would definitely come to this HALAL restaurant again.

The Chicken Shop is one of the WORST, chicken shops in london and is NOT 4.8. ITS ALL LOOKS, no taste. The fried chicken wings - 1/10 - Not crispy, the batter should be crispy but was soft. Appearance was deceiving. The Korean bbq sauce tasted bad. Spicy Chicken Burger - Again, not crispy, was soft chicken and the slaw and taste was poor. KFC is WAY better. Fries Drenched in mint sauce, too much sauce, was a mismatch. Was supposed to be a spicy fries but had mint sauce all over and the fries were soft as a result. Terrible. I asked if the mint sauce could be removed. Was told to use a spoon. 1*. Rubbish. Terrible and not deserving on 4.8. Honestly KFC is better, cheaper and tastes better. Don't waste your money. Also spent over £50 for this tosh to be just binned. Came with my partner too. Avoid

Mate, Sloppy chicken, sloppy food and, no taste. Even my cat would spit it out. Obviously fake reviews 🙄. Shut it down

Absolutely no complaints. We came in and went to order and a very lovely joyful worker came up to us and asked us if it was our 1st time, he then informed us that students can get a portion of chips for free and helped us through the process. The food was amazing, I ordered the 'double spice your life up' and for a little extra the loaded fries, alongside a refillable drink. The chips were great on their own but the sauce made them some of the best I've ever had. The burger was outstanding, the chicken was perfectly cooked imo (crispy but not dry), the bun was nice and soft which complemented the chicken and the sauce (again) was amazing. I highly recommend this place, I'm so happy my friend suggested it and I'm definitely coming back.

Vijay was FANTASTIC!! excellent customer service and super helpful, during Ramadan, iftar and fasting!! Super accommodating and he recommended what time to order to so that it would in the right time. Would definitely come again. The food was AWESOME!!! Loved it!! We ate very well: the chicken was tasty and well cooked, and the staff were welcoming. Despite a somewhat small room, and a fairly high price, the experience was pleasant. If you are passing near Piccadilly Circus and looking for a halal address, I recommend it without hesitation.

Great restraunt. Like a better independant version of KFC or Chic Fillet with a oriental twist. Got loaded cheers fries two gunpowder fries a chicken wrap and 2 of there chicken burger from the menu. Ne was hoison and one was Thai. Food fantastic staff fantastic shop is clean and nice in appearance. Just small. Defo be back.
