Nice lovely place with caring staff , food was delicious and hot. Would recommend might get busy at night and take a bit longer for food but that’s normal since everyone is human

I've been in London for 5 days and this is the best burger I've had so far. The chicken patty was crispy on the outside, yet tender on the inside. The hot sauce that I dipped my burger with has just the right amount of spice and sweetness. The fries were perfect as well, especially with the bbq sauce. Would definitely come here again to dine. You guys should give it a go!

Have you ever been to a halal fast food chicken joint in the centre of London, where the staff assist you in ordering and even bring your food to you? I have and it was here. Great service. I had the hot chicken tender meal with bottomless water and other drinks.

We had an amazing experience at The Chicken Shop near the British Museum! The burger was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the visit even better. What’s even more fantastic is that it’s halal, which is such a big plus. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

I am a worker and I went to make a collection at this restaurant and the restaurant employees treated me badly and prevented me from using the bathroom because I am a delivery person and said that I cannot use their bathroom. It is a bit embarrassing because we are the delivery person and we are a representative of the customers of this restaurant.

It was my first time at the chicken shop, didn’t really know what to get. A member of the staff helped me and gave me tips on this best sellers and also asked me weather I preferred sweet or spicy. Hats of too asma for the advice. And great service. Definitely recommend.

We got a spicy wrap with cheesy fries, the food was amazing! the fries and the cheese sauce were steaming hot, and the wrap was great because the slaw was flavored and the chicken was the right amount of spice :) the staff was sweet and friendly too, however the space was very crammed resulting in people inconveniencing one another hence reducing the quality of the experience, but overall 9/10!!
