Believe the hype! As an American stumbling upon the nearly flawless Google reviews of this fast food joint, I was skeptical to say the least. But lo and behold, these fried chicken sandwiches are EXCELLENT. Crispy, juicy, and flavorful -- all the things it should be. Fries were perfectly done, too. And the service was great: the fella helping me order couldn't have been nicer. Will return next trip!

Food is fresh cooked for your order, very tasty hower a little on the pricey side but happy to pay the extra for good food and service.

Visited the chicken shop for the first time today and was seriously impressed — probably the best fried chicken I’ve had. Everything was fresh, crispy, and full of flavour. What really stood out though was the service — Mohammed was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, made the whole experience even better. Will definitely be coming back!

Clean, fast and lots of seating. Part of me wants you not to discover Chicken Shop so it will always be mine. But the staff are so nice, let’s all support them and their delicious food. It’s the best fried chicken in London.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised! I had the Straight Up wrap with cheese fries—both were delicious and generously portioned. Prices were very reasonable, too. Definitely worth a visit.

Honestly it was lovely food great customer service but id say the process of using machine to order was long and complicated also wish there was an option to make the bread toasted as my sandwhich was cold and fell apart so ended up eating with a fork also i wouldent say any of it is spicy and i love spice could be better

Worst ambience, THE WORST STAFF that you could possibly expect on a god damn Friday to deal with! Also probably the worst review I’ve written for a restaurant! Attached are the pictures of all the unprofessional staff members who should have probably had some experience before dealing with customers. Rushed us into ordering, asked us to leave the restaurant way before the closing time, and were reluctant to provide decent service!

I paid £20 for a standard chicken burger meal, which is outrageously overpriced. The burger bun was ice-cold — clearly taken straight out of the fridge — and it made the whole eating experience very unpleasant. I ordered a BBQ chicken burger, but it barely had any BBQ flavor at all. Instead, it tasted awful. The chicken itself was dry and completely bland. Honestly, you could get a tastier chicken burger at McDonald's for a third of the price. Definitely not worth the money or the visit.
