Really delicious chicken and fries—probably one of the best in London. Great tasting food with amazing flavours. Clean and hygienic environment + top notch service from the employees. Shoutout to Saima who was very attentive and kind from the moment we stepped in :)

Nicest staff & good quality food!

First time trying this and I had the thai up and korean wings. Food was good but was more impressed with the service of the staff who was in charge for the tables at Saturday night. Very attentive but not like overly friendly. He saw we didn’t order right away, approached us to offer help, and we told him we were still downloading the app. Worked efficiently even volunteered to take our food from the counter as the place we were sitting at was so crowded. When we busted our tray he also acknowledged this gesture.

Really friendly staff who offer to help with your orders through the screen, and though the food was to collect at the counter, it was brought out to everyone's tables which was so nice. The menu had something for everyone and I also saw a vegetarian range for my sister. The chicken is very hyped and it didn't disappoint, the loaded fries were okay. The service was fast and the lunch rush was not too crazy and they had many tables inside and out.

Awesome burgers and wings! Price wise it is quite reasonable as it is very good. Juicy, crunchy, and plenty of flavour. Much better compared to going to any other popular fast food chain. The guys working here are also awesome. There was a man handling the tables and stuff, he is very friendly and attentive. I was busy downloading the app and signing up for an account before making an order and he offered his help if we need it. He also helped me to get my order which is amazing. Kudos to him!

Chicken Burger is easily one of the best, moist, soft and rich with an amazing addictive slight buttermilk flavor. The stand outs for me are the House sauces that need to be tasted. Rich and unique , the Hoisin BBQ is sweet with an addictive, slight oriental flavor. The 'Chilli crisp Mayo' is just how a "Chilli mayo" sauce should be. Flavors of slight fruity chilli, totally mild and creamy and the mayo is flavored with red pepper. Great effort, miles better than the very average Popeye. Saima was so kind and helpful with her Service.

Incredible chicken. I’m a frequent customer and make the very long 12 minute journey each Friday for a bulk office order. The only reason I’ve given 4 stars and not 5 is due to their sporadic larger supply - an absolutely essential item in the fat boy Friday order. Luckily, however, their buzzer frequency does reach the nearest pub, The George. So anyone that has previously been put off by the lack of beer, can now safely return. Ps. Do not order the medium rare tenders, they didn’t sit well with me.

For some it may look like every other fastfoodrestaurant from the outside, but let me tell you I had one of the best burgers & fries I ever had. Would recommend anyone who fancies a somewhat cheap alternative to other horrendous fastfood restaurants. Chicken & fries were both crispy and the flavors of the burger with the sauces and the slaw were amazing. Would come here again

Honestly this place is really good. It's a bit more expensive than a regular chicken shop... But I got a burger and chips for less then £9. And the chicken was really good. Definitely would come here regularly if there was one next to me.

This is the best burger I’ve ever tasted in my life. I almost collapsed when the flavours melted on my tongue. It was truly delectable and also great customer service. I definitely recommend.

First time eating at Chicken shop. Was greeted by a kind guy working on 28/10/24 around 5pm (I’m sorry I don’t know your name) but he kindly told me that if I download the app and order after scanning, I’d get free fries. The food was hot, crispy and fresh. Only downside was that the fries were abit too salty. Atmosphere was good and everything was clean. The member of staff was super friendly, attentive and ensured everyone who was at the Chicken Shop at the time was happy and had everything they need. Will be back!!
