First time eating and everything was spot on and all the burgers were amazing we had Thai, spice and normal burger. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come again and tell others to come.

This is the best burger I’ve ever tasted in my life. I almost collapsed when the flavours melted on my tongue. It was truly delectable and also great customer service. I definitely recommend.

First time eating at Chicken shop. Was greeted by a kind guy working on 28/10/24 around 5pm (I’m sorry I don’t know your name) but he kindly told me that if I download the app and order after scanning, I’d get free fries. The food was hot, crispy and fresh. Only downside was that the fries were abit too salty. Atmosphere was good and everything was clean. The member of staff was super friendly, attentive and ensured everyone who was at the Chicken Shop at the time was happy and had everything they need. Will be back!!

Love to Ahmed who took care of us during our meal man is hard at work and the chicken is delectable honestly and Ahmed was very supportive and helped us with deciding our meals and made sure to check up on us. No crumbs were left standing.

Excellent experience I would trade the world for. My server Ahmed made it super easy to order in less than a minute and the intersectionality of the flavours intertwining was a letter on my lips sent from heaven.

Ahmed was the BEST server EVER, he guided us excellently through the online menu and showed us how to receive rewards and everything. The food was outstanding!

Had the Thai chicken sandwich which was ok. The chicken itself tasted fresh and not too dried out, which is a plus. Fries were a little greasy for my preference. That said the customer service was top notch, from ordering to checking on you throughout your stay if eating in. Very friendly and attentive. Impressive for a QSR.

Don’t get me wrong the food was amazing, and the customer service provided by the staff, including the guy with the glasses who was in on Thursday afternoon, was very good! But the reason why they aren’t getting five stars is because it is very expensive. I paid £20.85 for a Thai’d Up Burger and Chips, and 3 Korean Wings and a bottomless drink. All the sauces and dips expect mayo and ketchup are extras too. So if you are going with a few mates or family, the bill will be in excess of £50. I understand all businesses have costs and financial obligations but, let’s face it, for fried chicken that is silly expensive! The food was delicious and the quality was amazing, I enjoyed the meal but nothing beats your local PFC whose meals are within £10! But trust me, this place is worth the hype it gets on social media, and the food did not disappoint!

Really crispy chicken and clean, lovely people. Portion size are really good too. If you are not too sure about flavours then order a plain chicken and you get dips in the flavour you want.

Unfortunately, this place TWICE when I have visited recently, has been CLOSED with no notice on website. On the door today just says closed for 'maintenance' or 'repairs' or something similar. So beware if you are planning to eat here. Their opening hours are as reliable as their 'reviews' 😉
