They are very rude when u gave ur order that time they don’t respond you properly specially that girl who works in evening she speak very rude dont come here please

Usually i dont do reviews but i have to warn everyone TO NOT GO HERE. For high prices you expect their quality to be good however this is not the case ive been given horrible food and now have food poisoning. I kid you not, ive been lying down in my bed for past 2 days aswell as been vommiting during this time about 10 times a day so for your own well bieng DO NOT GO HERE!

The rice smelled horrible. I had to stop eating half way. The chicken was okay enough to eat but also smelled bad, not as bad as the rice. The chips was slightly overcooked but was good enough to eat. Overall very poor for £8 meal

Good was so good it was all made fresh normally I don’t enjoy fast food much but this was money well spent I’d go there again 100%. Ooo defo recommend the milkshakes, they do the best ones

Chicken wasn’t nice and tasted old

I have tried this place twice both the time I was disappointed. Last time I ordered was peri peri chicken and I was completely lost my appetite. It was grilled chicken with sauces on it was blunt dish I ever tried. There were feathers lower end of the leg piece. Coming to the stuff was kind of a person who really doesn’t like his job but he was present. He was so serious I felt I was going to be judged. Visit the place with disappointment or else don’t go it will save your taste buds

The foods really amazing and specially wings and grilled chicken superv👌👌 the staffs are really good and the place is always tidy.

£8 for 10 wings.. Chicken cottage fell off How you charging nearly £1 per wing. Way too expensive

WARNING AVOID AVOID AVOID HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS CHICKEN COTTAGE!!! I can't believe I'm even giving Chicken Cottage a single star! Our visit to this place was an absolute nightmare. Despite my repeated requests for fresh chicken, my surprise when we took the food home we were served old, stale, and seemingly reheated pieces that had clearly been sitting there for ages. Not only did it ruin our meal, but it also made the entire family il, children have been vomiting throughout the night! It is clear that proper hygiene practices were nowhere to be found. This shop should be closely monitored by health and hygiene authorities. I wouldn't wish this terrible experience on anyone especially if you have young children! Steer clear if you value your health!

Bad service ,the stuff forgot to complete my order , oily salty raw food even the cats won’t like it

A fairly decent chicken cottage here in Greenford. The woman behind the till is incredibly friendly and always greets you with a smile. Service is quick and efficient. I'll agree with most other reviews here, that the hygiene levels here could do with some work. In my experience, Chicken Cottage's have a distinct taste to their chicken; and this isn't a bad thing! Great tasting chicken at affordable prices. Highly recommend checking out this place if you're around.

One of the best places to dine for chicken lovers @ Sudbury Hill. The staffs are friendly, fast in service, and the place is quiet! I've been twice and never have I been disappointed. The food is cooked perfectly and is delicious! Especially I’m addicted to the wings they are yummy! 😋

Area is very nice and clean (the workers have a good work attitude). Good price for good food. All in all I would say it's a very well rounds chicken shop. I have nothing bad to say

i came here after work and i was disgusted by the quality of the food once it came, not to mention there was a kid at the back picking his nose and then handing us the food! I ordered myself a burger and the bread was mouldy, please don't come here unless you want food poisoning.

I've been there maybe 8 times, but after today, I won't be re-visiting. In the 15min I was there, below is what went wrong: 1. no forks, but was offered a plastic spoon that quickly broke to use with half a chicken.... 2. no soap/hand-wash in the bathroom... 3. the server/cook sneezed 4 times in the kitchen area without covering... 4. had to ask the guy to repeat what he was saying multiple times as he was speaking so quickly while mumbling. Not good at all.

Got 2 chicken burger meals, both burgers chewy and raw....had to take them back. Disgusting...will not be buying from here again.

Passing by this place and popped in. Not grubby and fairy clean overall were my first impressions. Service was quick. Food prepared quick. Portions were good and overall the only thing is say, for a small chicken shop, I thought they'd be cheaper (but I'm used to Southall prices)

Very unprofessional staff. Specially on till women. She is so rude. She can't even answer properly and than she hide behind chicken rack. Never gonna suggest or never visit this branch. And this is not first time but I think owner doesn't care about this.

Terrible customer service. Woman on the till claims to be the owners sister. She was very rude upon asking someone promised me for refund because of rotten chicken was served 2 days ago. She said the person who told me does not have the right to offer me this. Asked the woman to call the person, she refused and asked me not to go there anymore. Where almost every worker in the shop knows me very well because I live near by and go there twice a week, every week. I 'd suggest avoid going to this shop. We customers do not deserve to be treated like this. Shame on you Chicken cottage to have a person like this who does not even respect her colleagues and customers are miles away from good customer service. Shame on you.

They charge for food and then forget to send it. When I ring to enquire why was the order wrong, they offered for me to collect the missing items in the middle of the worst storm in half a century. I wouldn’t even give it a star but it’s required to submit a review. I used to use this restaurant regularly and since I moved away the service has diminished. Not what it used to be.

Just wanted a £1.50 steak burger, after 5 times of saying I just want a steak burger the woman still tried to sell me a meal, then started trying to put more things on my order . In the end my burger was defrosted and I consumed this cold but crispy burger

Amazing out of this world service, sometimes its gems like these that i really appricate and hope this is the benchmark for all restaurants Uber eats bailed on me on the last minute when i had 10 hungry people including children and they despite the order being cancelled they still made it and got it over, saved the day! otherwise it would of been absolute chaos Cannot rate this place high enough alot better than the other branches ive been too!!

Mixed feelings about this place. When I buy larger family meals, they tend to make everything fresh and its really nice. On other occcasions the chicken has been stale, old, hard and chewy and simply not fit for consumption. Intead its been reheated and served up - which is not appropriate. Staff are friendly and polite and more often than not the food is decent, however need to give up the practice of serving up old hard chicken. Keep standards consistent.

i've used CC Sudbury hill now several times without any quams. However, this week was very dissappointing. Ordered regular chips and got half the amount, the strips were cold, full of batter and tasteless. Guys you've let yourself down...

I have been in many chicken cottage for grilled chicken, but here the chicken was too old. It was tasting bad.

Portions are small, prices are same or higher than McDonald’s yet the quality is really bad. Chicken strips are half the size as it usually is at other restaurants and chicken wings tasted so chewy like it’s been refried. Chips are okay but was way too salty.

Fast enough service. Decent prices but hit or miss chicken quality. Fries taste strange.

I’ve ordered many times from chicken cottage Sudbury Hill, always been happy with the food. This delivery was the worse meal we have had. Very old/ hard chicken. My children and husband found it hard to consume. I managed to have one piece of chicken and the rest all went in the bin. The chicken wings was just as bad, wasn’t fresh. Chips was only thing that was tasty & fresh. £35 wasted & family stayed hungry. Prior to the delivery I did call the shop to request for chicken pieces ( legs & thighs) but was told she can’t do it ( when we have always had what we wanted) I guess the reason she couldn't do it is because she gave us what’s been sitting in the warmer for hours hence the hard chewy chicken & has been refried. She insisted the chicken were freshly made and delivered to us. She couldn’t even fool my children. I wish they could admit the fault and improve but this wasn’t the case.

I have been to this shop five times now, and twice only have I managed to order food. Every time I go they tell me that there is no chicken and there is a 15 minute wait! To add, it is not very professional when you have three staff members waiting at the till slouching over the unit waiting for a customer to roll in.

I took Peri peri chicken yesterday it was really horrible.infact I had told them to make it hot but the taste was very sweet and there was weird smell of the chicken .hope so the chicken are fresh but the fries were good.i will never go to this place again. I absolutely loved eating here! The place itself was so clean and hygienic. The staff members are all very welcoming and friendly. Their grilled chicken was hands down the best one I have ever had! Visited today to check out, and found out that CHICKEN COTTAGE AS Chicken shop is not offering a fresh chicken strips, only frozen one.. Price obviously like for the fresh one somewhere else, what a disgrace. Went further up the road and got fried chicken strips from chicken land instead. Shame on you CHICKEN COTTAGE.

Best Chinese take away in greenford

Family favorite Chinese takeout for many years. Always good food.

I paid more than l expected in comparison to buying fish and chips but it was ok. Iike my Singapore rice spicer this one was a bit bland and l found myself adding hot pepper sauce. The spring roll and dry spare ribs were nice to say the least.

Ordered chicken with black bean sauce and prawn chow mein. Chicken was ok, nothing special. The prawn chow mein was disappointing, tasted burnt although it wasn't, so we can only assume it was something to do with the wok it was made in. To be honest, I have made chinese dishes ten times better than this at home using ready made sauces, pre-cooked noodles and stir fry vegetables in a packet!

Been buying take aways from here for the past 10 years and love it. The hot and spicy salt prawns are my favourite.

I think that the client has always right because we tried this food, not you. Why your takeaway food is so different with photos? In the local is only one table and the boys who ordered food eat in, they got food in the paper bag... Please learn to accept criticism, because that what we ate was not good
