Superb Burgers,chicken and donner wraps. Now called Mighty Bites.

Always a good place for a food fix after a night out on the town! I've been going here for years now and will continue to do so for the potato wedges alone. The staff are always nice and welcome everyone. The only downfall for me is some of the crowd that go are particularly rowdy (probably because of the drinking) this is why I chose not to eat in as much. Thare have been times I've eaten in and met some good people after a night out, however, there always seems to be others that will spoil the night. Not the staffs fault at all and they control it the best they can and handle situations with professionalism.

Absolutely pants mate, the bloke behind the counter gave me three mozzarella dippers and charged me 3.50 what a waste man

Went last night due to it reportedly being cheap however £18 for a large garlic bread a chicken burger and a portion of chips is ridiculous, especially when other takeaways open at the same time are act a fraction of the price. The chips where tasteless and greasy and the garlic bread smelt and tasted off

Place was absolutely packed but the food I had was terrible. Spoke to other freinds who also got food there and they all had similar thoughts. Would avoid and spend your money elsewhere.

No option for salad or sauce on anything £30 for really basic food, won’t order from here again

Love coming here after a night out, I've become a regular over the past three years of university and I will miss coming here. They do a smashing kebab and donner wraps. They're always generous with the portions. Went last night and was given a free drink of fizzy mango to try. Just so ya know it was amazing and I would definitely purchase it next time. Cheers guys

Not been to chicken bar for a while, not the old staff, half the portion and twice the price. No where near as good quality either. Very disappointed and won't be going back

Absolutely love "chicken bar special" pizza, these guys sure know how to make and bake a good pizza. I can honestly say they are the friendliest fellas ever. Proper service with a smile 🙂 👍🏻

Came here after a gig in Sheffield, and at first glance I was impressed. The food (chicken kebab and a mixed kebab)looked beaut, decent portion size, exceptionally quick service, was super looking forward to eating it. Got stuck in, was pretty tasty...then it all was pretty much gristle and a long hair made an appearance 🤢 really put me off, such a shame cos it could be very nice if more attention was paid.

Chicken and Chips fine at Midnight - not forgetting tomato sauce. Good Service, decent nosh after a night out drinking. Seats and tables. Can’t complain. Been going here for last 3 years off and on after coming out of Genting.

My friends and I stopped by for fries and honestly? Kinda regret it. The fries were alright but way, way too overpriced. The portion was small and we had to pay for sauces, which you usually never do in 'restaurants' like these. The staff stared us down until the very second we left. I definitely wouldn't come back.

Wonderful garlic bread, if you're suicidal

Our flat love chicken bar, often singing the classic "oh chicken bar is wonderful" on our way there. An appropriate end to a night at plug.

My girlfriend had a chicken burger and I had a mixed Kebab. I check my online banking in the morning and the company had charged me around £21!?

Had a few beers? I guess there's no reason to avoid it. We clocked 'the chicken bar' during our taxi ride in, and decided that a bar of chicken was definitely worth our time. A few drinks later and we took the 10 minute walk there. First impressions was the price, 3.50 for 2 pieces and chips wasn't exactly cheap for Sheffield, and each extra piece was a quid more, no big deals for bulk buying. As for the service, efficient enough, perhaps slightly rude if that would bother you, but fine. The chicken itself however was the biggest disappoint. The chips were half cooked, and although the chicken seasoning and outer layer was cooked and fine, it was no better than any other chicken had before. Past the outer layer and the rest was greasy, flavourless and tough, each piece unfortunately worse than the last. No regrets for trying, but would never revisit the chicken bar. A takeaway that did not raise the bar for chicken.
