Cheltenham kebabs-burgers-pizzas in Cotswold

Worst spot ever, avoid. Food ain't that great and the staff aren't interested if you have any kind of problem. Told them I won't order from them again and I'd advise order from any of the other local kebab/pizza places.

Truly the worst food. Utter dog. U could not believe the shitness of this. I thru straight into the bin outside. Terrible.

Wow, discusting. Making money on the Cheltenham wildlife that can't walk straight after a couple of drinks. Lamb kebab which resembled dog faeces in a pitta that tasted like gandhi's flip flop. I'm questioning why I eat it, I doubt a starving African child would have bothered with it.

Mixed order up asked for no salad gave me salad with chicken instead of lamb had the audacity to say I was causing him problems absolutely appalling service would not recommend

Went here as this is where I first met my wife (it was the Cotswold kebab at that time). We ordered a beef burger and a chicken burger. Beef burger was ok ish, chips completely cold. Chicken burger was revolting, went in the bin. Prices were ridiculous, more expensive than burger star which if you know Cheltenham is a good quality takeaway (but not open at this time of night on a Thursday). Used to be a regular visit for us years ago but never again, so disappointing (new owners ?).

Don’t bother absolute joke of a company I ordered two kebabs and two portions of cheesy chips the fact that I ordered two kebabs but one with sauce and salad And he be with only salad would indicate two orders placed however once the order was place it placed only one kebab and 3 cheesy chips. I phoned the provider he told tough that’s what you ordered. If you are thinking of ordering from the don’t even bother so many more better kebab houses in Cheltenham, dont bother with this one.

Straightforward doner outlet. Nothing fancy, but does what it says on the tin. No heartburn afterwards which was a pleasant surprise. Reliving my misspent youth !

Great place if you are hungry. Their special kabob plate would feed 2-3 people, and has a great mix of options

We ordered a pizza on New Years at 2am. Told it would be 30 mins, after 2 and a half hours it hadn't even been made. We kept ringing to see where it was, told it would be half an hour, rang again and got 'sorry mate we'll be 40 mins, rang again another 30 mins later to see how it was doing and they told us it would be 30 mins (this was now over 2 and a half hours later) they then told us, they hadn't made it. they then had the cheek to hang up on my boyfriend on the phone. Very annoyed, Awful service and will never use them again.

If you don't mind waiting 1h30 minutes for the wrong order (that does taste nice), this place is for you.

I am a very loyal customer to Cheltenham kebab and have recently just changed addresses and accidentally put the wrong address for delivery (which I did apologise for, mistakes happen) But the delivery man was so rude to me I shall not be ordering from here again. Literally disgusted that I was spoken to like that. And the food this time is below par. Standards have slipped.

Ordered a lamb doner, what i got was pale under cooked meat, which had gristle and bone in it, there was so much grease the pita turned into glue. Chilli sauce was nice and went some way to masking the rest of it.

Food was ok, service very poor. Nowhere on their part of the site does it state if you live over 2 miles from them you will get charged extra for delivery, yet they phoned and said it would cost extra! Won't be using these again! Con artists!

Food took an hour and 20 mins to get here. It said it would be 40 mins. I had to phone twice and was told the delivery was on its way. Which it obviously was as the food was cold when It arrived.

Soggy Onion Rings and a kebab that tasted of nothing. Very poor quality. Which is a shame since they are excellent when you walk into the shop...

Cons: their website is not working. Have ordered online, went through payment details but they did not get the original order. Pros: affordable, decent sized meals; staff quick to answer the phone. Food was nice although the fries were a bit too soft. Delivery time was average, about 30 min like in most places.

lugar de calidad. Fui a ver la ubicación en tripadvisor pero fue por su ubicación. Estaba equivocado. Este es un centro de la ciudad, más tarde noche 'grasienta kebab shop", que es algo pero - por lo menos, estaba a 7,15 h en una semana! Un montón de gente pasando por, gran menú pero un montón de pedidos a pedido. Hay un montón de cosas que vienen desde el teléfono así que había una respuesta rápida y nada estaba sentado en la pantalla para largo. Mezclado kebabs era 8.50 libras (debería haber ido un poco más y nos dieron la 'Casa 'especial' que se han añadido una brocheta de pollo por un extra de £1,40 .) mejor Doner carne que he comido - muy sabroso y sabroso (están añadiendo umami? !)

Kebabs were amazing, but the chips from here are pretty rubbish. Chewy and a bit like cardboard - good place to order from if you don't order chips!

Ordered a kebab and got pretty much a box full of salad, some meat but was curled up, old, hard meat! Will never order online again, such a shame really as this is my kebab place after a night out, poor poor food!

Llamé para una comida para llevar. Tuve que esperar un rato para el kebab para ser cocinada, pero el resultado fue increíble. Me recordó a un kebab que tuve en Chipre septentrional - absolutamente encantadores. Primera comida en mi opninion. Realmente bueno. Pruébalo!

Chips should be under the kebab. Should have the option to not have pitta bread. Need more sauce. Or the option to have extra.

Meat was over cooked and hard and the pitta bread was soaked in grease ..won't be using them again very disappointed 😔😔😔
