Love old diners and spotted this a while ago on my trips down the Ayrshire coast. Birthday day made the excuse to jump in for a get away from the miserable weather pit stop and was treated to a decent all day breakfast, square, link, bacon, black pudding, tattie scone, mushrooms, tomatoes, fried egg and toast with refill coffee, the missus topped hers off wi a caramel cup of suitably gooeyness from Sutherlands cakes.

Glenapp Castle Glenapp CastleWe had Sunday Lunch here and it was 'Perfect' - the Setting, the Atmosphere, the Service, the Staff and (of course) the Food. The 'Welcome' & 'Service' from Jen & Abi was delightful and gave our excellent meal the 'Wow' factor. Thank you to everyone involved in creating this new dining experience 👏👏👏❤️

The Bothy, Auchincruive, Ayr KA6 5AE, United KingdomIf I could give 10 stars I would. Stunning location lovely friendly staff and the food was very very good. Thoroughly enjoyed. If I had one annoyance was the price of the canned drinks. £7 for two cans of juice is a bit of a p take but the food was reasonable so kind of made up for it. Many thanks.
