Great service, happy friendly staff. Curry made by Harry was fab, and the burger was very tasty. Lunches are great, even had a cheeky cocktail. Spectacular views while you eat!

Came on our first night, food was nice enough chips were very crispy & lovely. Came on our last night, got the same meal…. Wasn’t great, no side salad, no coleslaw, chips were limp and quite greasy, burger was very gristly. £16 for burger & chips I would expect it to be much better than it was.

We used to eat here regularly and recommend the restaurant , really do not know what has happened to the place , definitely gone down, will not eat there again , think the staff are aware of the poor quality as we were not asked any questions regarding our food

Not a very good menu. Food was average, nothing special. Should be more selection for a holiday park Staff were pleasant enough.

Had a very good Sunday lunch.Service was efficient, and the main course was delicious.Meat was very tender, whilst the vegetables were cooked well and were hot and plentiful. The decor in the restaurant is of a high standard.

A recent visit for family and friends to Charlie’s. we were a party of 6 adults, 3 children and a baby. Table booked for 7pm on a Wednesday evening. The restaurant itself was great following the recent refurb, however that’s where the positivity ended. After a lengthy wait our drink order was taken, after another period of time orders were taken. The majority of the group went down the vegetarian burger route and the kids pizza for main and a variety of starters. There appeared to be just 2 staff members. 1 running the bar and restaurant and the other serve ring the food. The starters were fine, a little over done but fine, however after a VERY lengthy wait we got the mains. I’m not sure that the chef knew what a vegan burger was or else he had run out and made something up on the spot, it was more like bubble and squeak in a bun ! The pizzas were burnt and the veggie sizzler missing half the listed dish. The ribs and chicken were hot, but very fatty and chewy. Overall the servers did their best, clearly short handed but the food quality was terrible. As a group we didn’t feel it was value for money and definitely wouldn’t return. We left direct feedback to the servers as they need to address the issues, so we’ll see if we get a direct response.

Had another delicious Sunday lunch at Janz. As usual, a lovely warm welcome for all of us including our pooch. Great atmosphere and service was impeccable. Can’t recommend enough.

What can I say... Everything was fantastic! The only place to go for a real burger and fries......oh and a cider!

Sooooooo good. We had the Shack and Pulled Pork burgers with a portion of chips. They were all amazing, juicy burgers with thick bacon, cheese and full of flavour. We will definitely be back. A little tip: pre-order via their Instagram or Facebook page to avoid disappointment and lengthy waits. They are only open three days a week, the other nights there is a wood fired pizza place operating from the site so pick your day carefully
