Lovely bar restaurant, food is amazing, chicken and ham pie is to die for

Have been taking my dad out for breakfast here a good few months on a Saturday morning, top class fry and a brilliant pint of Guinness too

Now this is what you call a traditional pub , started in there at around 1pm on the Sunday great beers had some Sunday lunch and pudding which was spot on Charlie the owner put the Gaelic football on for us , we decided it was where we was going to return later that evening Charlie made us welcome yet again talking to my grandad who is from the next county and making him feel welcome great pub defo recommend.

In our journey in NI, we visited Portadown. We were lucky because we chose this pub to have lunch. It is a real Irish pub. We enjoyed a cozy atmosphere and a very tasteful food. The owners are very kind and polite. I can recommend this pub for sure.

Nice pub. Good for watching GAA. But the bar staff don't really cop on when female patrons are uncomfortable. A drunk olda man kept trying to buy me drinks and refusing to let me pay for my own, the barman kept taking tha man's money, even when I was begging to pay for my own pint.

As a visitor from Liverpool we had a lovely time with excellent food and drinks. The young waitress who served a large table of Guests did so with a great smile ☺ and Service.

I have been Working on the Balmoral Show for 5 days and staying in Portadown for 5 nights. Every night after the show I went for a drink in McKeevers and can honestly say there is no better bar in Northern Ireland. Charlie and his staff showed me the utmost respect and the beer was excellent. The regulars are equally good people and I would not hesitate to recommend this bar to anyone visiting Portadown. Thanks again Charlie and co and I look forward to seeing you all again next year.
