I ordered a kebab there as usual, I received raw, wet meat that had no taste or smell. I almost vomited after biting it. they raised prices and the quality dropped significantly. the kebab ended up in the trash. I do not recommend, you have lost a customer

The food is absolutely delicious here my family and I really enjoyed it

you have to change the hours on the door because 7 days a week until 11pm is not true. I was there on Tuesday at 9.45 it was closed :(

Average burger and chips. Shame the chips were oven style frozen chips. Otherwise pretty fast and reasonably priced.

Great pizza and food in general

XL doner and chips was £14 which is on the pricey side. Meat was good tasting and fresh but the portion was not amazing. Chips were on the soggy side, could have done with a few minutes longer in the fryer. Sauce and salad quality and quantity was good.

Good for Kebab lovers. Pizza is great too. Take away only.

Ozkans are shocking, £5 delivery local, when one of the servers swears and shouts outside rude and obnoxious staff, never again. ,

Been calling since 10pm No answer

4 portions of donar meat, costing £18. Less than 5 min to find the food was not even warm, I hazard room temp. All portions were well under temp, The man who served me couldn't care less while other staff hid round the back being secretive and saying shhhhh don't say that. I wonder if that meant don't say the meat has been laying out for ages just use that. I will never use this nasty little hovel again. Unfriendly uncaring staff and food that should not be sold with regards to temperature control. Not one staff member wearing a mask no hair nets etc. Food poisoning is a real risk if temperatures are not correct and food is cold.

On the whole a really good kebab, occasionally get the order wrong even after we have double checked.

Wouldn't even give them 1 star. I want them shut down as they robbed myself and fiancee of money. Told me 1 price. I was £2 short and only take cash. Went to get cash and when came back it had went up to £6 short. Because myself and finacee had a drink they thought they could get more money. When I confronted them they realised and offered money back. Business's like this should be shut down. Warning everyone to check prices especially if they have had a few drinks. Must think they can take advantage. DISGUSTING

Not great. Meat was raw in the middle and salad uninspiring. Shame because we'd had a good experience at the Galashiels branch.
