Never received food said we not open but took money !!

I've had the food from here at different butlins. It's definitely crap. Chips don't taste like chips . There's something cardboard about them . The fish is small and overpriced. Water has more taste than the gravy served. The battered sausage have no taste. There something definitely off about the food from this outlet in all the butlins.

Very rude woman on the phone, no customer relations what so ever, no food turned up and she hung up on us.

well recommend, food was very tasty and well cooked with generous portions

It's called food point now but still the same company, these people rob you by giving you low standard food I.e. no pineapple on pizza and no pepperoni or kebab meat it is low standard
