Never received food said we not open but took money !!

Very rude woman on the phone, no customer relations what so ever, no food turned up and she hung up on us.

I've had the food from here at different butlins. It's definitely crap. Chips don't taste like chips . There's something cardboard about them . The fish is small and overpriced. Water has more taste than the gravy served. The battered sausage have no taste. There something definitely off about the food from this outlet in all the butlins.

£8 for a Morrison's frozen fish is a bloody rip off with frozen chips aswell will not go again chipshop on trunch lane should open so you could eat propper fish an chips
