Cecilia's Pizzeria in Craven

The best pizza in Craven! The base is delicious, toppings choices are good , loads of cheese and very reasonably priced for the quality.

Last weekend we had the pleasure to stay at the adults lodge. The lodge itself is a little gem located 2 minutes away from the pub! There is a fire in the lodge, which is amazing when you come back from 11 mile hike soaked! 😅 there is bag of wood provided for free. There is also essentials provided like tea, coffee, sugar, shower gel etc. And the lodge has a fridge. The owner Cecilia is lovely and friendly person also makes an amazing pizza which is easy to order and you can pay contactless! We couldn't fault anything, even the weather didn't stop us from exploring the beautiful scenery around the location. We will definitely be back!

What a rip off £13 for a very disappointing a meagre few pieces of pepperoni and one sliced mushroom! Morrisons pizza at home are far superior.

Ordered our pizza the night before asked for half and half . Cecilia was very accommodating. Give a certain time to collect and bless her she was waiting for me as soon as I opened the door. Pizza was amazing.

Cecilia's Pizzeria is what success is about. Cecilia has decided against the corporate capitalist lifestyle and chosen independence, freedom and true girl boss power. Sat peacefully amongst the Yorkshire trees, she creates the most outstanding pizzas that any trekker or explorer could ever dream to devour. I wish Cecilia every success she could ever dream of in Yorkshire, the country, or the world. And one day I hope to follow in Cecilia's footsteps and escape the chronic rat-race that society wants you to live in. Long live Yorkshire. Long live Cecilia.

Cecilias saved the day with her delicious pizzas! 🍕 10 of us were staying in a campsite nearby. Is started raining so we couldn't bbq and all pubs/restaurants were fully booked. We have found Cecilias pizza and she made us 10 delicious pizzas and saved the day! We've ordered a selection of pizzas and they were all absolutely delicious. Thank you! Happy campers

Absolutely delicious pizza. Ready to order just as we arrived to collect it. Love pizza and this was one of the best I’ve had in the UK. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying nearby (or indeed travelling through!)

Staying in Starbotton and delighted to find Cecilia's pizzaria a 5 minute stroll away. Great selection, good value and great pizza. If you are staying locally or driving through, this is a great find. Very happy to support this small business.

Lovely traditional cooked pizzas

Who would have thought you could find delicious homemade pizza in the tiny village of Starbotton.....well thanks to Cecilia you can! We had pizza to take away and it was great - lots of topping on a homemade base. A hidden gem and well worth a visit.

Old charming building. Free from the modern nonsense. Old wooden furniture, paintings etc. Bedding like you have at home - not just like a white colour the whole of a modern hotel will have. Just one guest room to rent. Amazing host, very friendly. Very tasty home made pizza with handmade base. Would stay again.

Great, tasty home made pizza made by Cecilia. If you are living or staying in the Dales this is definitely worth a try. She does take away and eat in all from the kitchen of a country home.

Fantastic pizza! Absolutely delicious and a great price. We were also made to feel extremely welcome today and hygiene and distancing measures for the current situation taken reassuringly seriously all wth a warm smile. Can’t wait to return.

Nice little campsite, friendly hosts, beautiful pizzas from Cecilia's. Toilet and shower basic but adequate, lovely hot shower. Very handy for nearby pub Fox and Hounds who also serve lovely food. Plenty of local walks.

Lovely pizza, great value for money, and one of the best I’ve ever tasted, made by Cecilia exactly to individual specifications. I couldn’t manage to eat all mine so it was nice to have boxed to take home. We took our own wine and the corkage is just £2/glass. This quirky restaurant is in a room open plan to the kitchen in a beautiful old house in Starbotton. There’s old fashioned games to play and a record player with selection of vinyls. Dogs are welcome also. I highly recommend this friendly, cosy pizzeria.

Starbotton is not a big place, so to find a B&B that was also a pizzeria was a surprise. The accommodation was good, even if it was old fashioned - what do you expect in an old house. Pizza in the evening, of course, was great and breakfast was good. WiFi was a bit unreliable but that wasn't a problem.

Got two takeout pizzas and both were delicious. Good value for money and friendly service. Definitely recommend!

We had a lovely pizza here with a very good crust! We liked that you were able to customise your toppings, and all for a very decent price. The ability to eat in or takeaway makes the whole enterprise a flexible feast. But eating in gives you the added benefit of access to the games cupboard! Recommended!

Ordered pizza, they were great. Service was wonderful. They were cooked on time. Just a word of warning.... the hot and spicy IS hot and spicy, I don’t know where she gets those jalapeño peppers from but I loved them.

Delicious food in a beautiful location!

These are some of the best pizzas that I have had. We ordered them as a family as take aways. They really are excellent. Well made, well presented and using really good ingredients. It is the first time we have tried them and we will be back. The restaurant itself is inside a really grand and lovely house. It was warm and cosy and felt very cosy.

Fantastic big pizza’s highly recommend them. The best pizza I have eaten in a long time. Nice friendly staff. Phone orders are taken as well as walking orders. A nice wide range of pizza topping to choose from with a eat in or take away option. I would highly recommend going here if you love pizza you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful pizzas with a great choice of toppings. We have been to Cecilia's on a number of occasions and are never disappointed. We live locally so are able to treat ourselves every week or so.

Cecilia’s is an eat in “restaurant” as-well as a takeaway but if there is a large group of you I would ring ahead. They do not serve garlic bread or any starter. They do not serve alcohol but they do have a great range of non alcoholic beverages. No starters but there is a small desserts board. When we arrived we found the layout rather strange and solemnly silent but were soon made to feel very welcome and shown a record player with a wonderful selection of vinyls. There is also a small games cupboard with some classic board games for while you wait. The food took some time to come but it was worth the wait. Bear in mind that there are only 2 pizza ovens so if there are quite a few of you, service will be staggered. We will return. I would advise Cecilias to allow guests to bring a bottle if it’s not served and get some simple starters and accompaniments on the menu but that’s all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our last evening in upper Wharfe dale dining here. Great pizzas, unusual non alcoholic drinks and delightful service from Cecilia, pizzas cooked to order from fresh ingredients. Will definitely return .

Cecelia's pizzas are delicious. It is how pizzas should be: a light crust, flavoursome and covered in fresh and with generous toppings. Everything is homemade at Cecelia's including the pasta dough (which is not always the case in many so called 'home made' pizzas) . The dining area is comfortable with interesting furniture, photographs and artefacts. The evening we dined a fire was burning in the grate and records were playing on an old turn-table. The atmosphere was delightful. The menu is short but varied and an interesting variety of non-alcoholic drinks are on offer. Those who want to imbibe in wine or beer can easily get their aperitif or even a digestif across the road at the old Fox and Hounds inn before or after their meal. There is also a take-away service greatly appreciated by locals and passers-by. Excellent.

We found dining at Bridge House quite special. This is not your usual restaurant and don't be disappointed if you find yourself the only diners. This is a tiny village and Bridge House is a new venture - but I am sure its reputation for good food will soon spread. Cecilia, your host, will serve you a meal that she has loved to cook - and you will love to eat! Home made honey ice cream! Wow!

I recently visited again one of my favourite places in the Dales - Starbotton near Kettlewell - and my friends and I were very pleased to find a fantastic and friendly cafe has opened.
