Castle pizza in Dudley

Ordered online, had to call the place twice after 2 and a half hours, they said they had to turn off their justeat system as they were overrun with orders, they were sorry but they still hadn't sent out my order, but they would give us a freebie for the wait, another 25 minutes we waited, and when the delivery driver arrived he was sarcastic, also he found that us waiting almost 3 hrs for our food funny, was difficult with the money, made a comment that we should be grateful as a discount was applied, yeah the discount that was on the offer before we ordered, the freebie wasn't included and the chips were stone cold, genuinely one of the worst places I've ordered from, if you can't keep up with demand, close up shop guys

I’m not one for reviews but this is a must. My partner went into this shop hoping for a decent pizza. And we wasn’t disappointed. The staff are very nice and very polite. They went above and beyond. Made us a fresh halal pizza and it tastes amazing.

This was the first time we have had a meal from castle pizza and I have to say it was delicious the chips were hot and crispy, chicken in pitta was lovely the best I have had, it had big chunks of chicken. The delivery driver was on time and very pleasant. We will definitely be ordering again from castle pizza. It was a wonderful meal Thank-you

I couldn’t believed they do halal food until I step in to the shop and friendly staff explained because of couple of non halal ingredients they use they haven’t halal sign but 95% products are halal and use halal cutlery.highly recommend

Absolutely shockingly bad. Would give 0 stars if I could. Order was wrong, I ordered a Margherita for a vegetarian (the most basic pizza you can order!!) And they delivered it with meat and jalapenos on? I don't understand how you can screw up a Margherita! Chips were greasy and cold beyond belief along with the pizza which was just inedible. I will be doing everything I can to get a full refund for this order because this is unacceptable and it's possibly one of the worst places I have ever ordered from. Never again and I avoid everyone to avoid.
