First time here. Nice menu, good selection of wine & beer. Friendly staff, good service, maybe touch slow at times. Fabulous food, generous portions - we had a starter each and then pasta, brought half the pasta home (too good to waste!). Overall v impressed, will be back...

The most luxurious retaurant I’ve been to in the whole of midlands, the food was amazing and well made. The customer service is amazing everyone is very kind. The kitchen chef was very friendly and the shop was very clean aswell.

A little bit disappointed in the sea food risotto. All very overcooked soggy rice ,chewy calamari and prawns .To be fair I was offered another meal but I was part way through it then .

I visited this restaurant because it was recommended by a local person. Since it was an Italian restaurant, I ordered carbonara and Neapolitan pizza and it was delicious.

Very charming little Italian. Great menu choice, wine list and staff. Good value for money - but not the cheapest. Visited early evening so no need to book but restaurant filling up as we left. Will certainly return

We very much enjoyed a mid-week meal out here. There were a good choice of starters and we both enjoyed what we chose. Vegetarian mains were a bit more limited, but I loved the mushroom risotto and my husband enjoyed the vegetable pizza. The wine and beer were cold and nice, and the service was great. Thank you.

Family event. The pasta was apparently "to die for" (gluten-free). They cater for ceiolacs. The calzone was top-notch, too. Tasted great, looked great. The restaurant is a nice setting, and the staff were really nice and professional. A touch on the pricey side.

Fabulous dinner. Professional friendly service, delicious food. My husband had lasagna, mother had funghi risotto, my sister and I had sea food risotto 😋 with a great great prosecco.We each had a different dessert. All were amazing. I can highly recommend it.

An excellent Italian restaurant bedtime we have ever had. Authentic food delivered by very helpful staff.good sized portions.

First visit with friends but won’t be our last! Really enjoyed the atmosphere large open space in the back orangey area great for large groups as not to noisy. Comfy seating Dry good quick service. Could see the kitchen but it wasn’t over bareing or smelly. The food was hot plenty of it well presented and ver6 Italian. Really enjoyed the creamy tomato Gamberi starter all our fellow dinners tucked into the linguine all a pescatora and risottos nine was left! My only moan would be the tiramisu was too creamy and not enough sponge coffee or booze.

Slow service unfortunately. Had to leave after waiting 15 minutes to order puddings. Amazing food however!

Very good, comfortable and relaxing restaurant with an extensive menu. The place is clean and bright, the cutlery etc is clean and shiny, which to me is most important! The food is well presented and flavoursome. The staff are cheerful and attentive, without continual interruptions. An overall very good experience. Will certainly revisit!

Fabulous restaurant with a great menu and a really helpful and friendly team. It was very busy the evening we went and the service was superb 👌 and all foid was piping hot. The ambience is great, and I'd definitely eat there again, if visiting Evesham.

Looked for a restaurant to eat out with family on a Monday night in Evesham - most restaurants / pubs closed. A little put off by external appearances but had looked at reviews prior to booking and we were not disappointed. Lovely atmosphere. Food excellent. Staff friendly and attentive. Thank you for a lovely evening!

What a lovely restaurant! The food is excellent and there is a great ambience. Very enjoyable evening and will hopefully be this way again for another visit. Highly recommended.

We had been recommended by friends, and used the website which showed a much more extended menu than we were offered when we arrived. Clearly the website is not being updated. Most noticeable were poor single fish choice, typical italian dishes such as calves liver. We were a table of six and the ladies had dishes such as risottos and these were very good with perhaps overlarge portion sizes. The men all selected sirloin steak, and these were all very tough. Our party included a chef, and he thought the steaks had not been properly prepared as all three were the same. Service was also a bit hit and miss.

Delicious pizzas and mocktails! Staff were really pleasant. The food was really quick and of a high standard. Great delicious thin bases with delicious toppings. Would recommend

Very tasty food and decent service. The seafood linguine was tasty with plenty of fish although slightly too much tomato sauce which took away from the flavours of the seafood. Scallop starter was delicious. Does lack a bit of atmosphere

Attended as a large group of 9. Overall the food was excellent although very large portions. Everyone struggled to eat their main course. The scallop starter was a particular highlight as was the calzone. Highly recommended both of these dishes. The service was poor. We did not seem to have an allocated server and had to continually try to grab the attention of someone to get drinks ordered. We were sat under the large glass conservatory roof part of the restaurant. This made it very noisy with sound echoing around. If we were to visit again we would request to sit in the front part of the building where it is cosier and quieter.

What a find! - delicious food in generous portions. The Pesto (flat bread and pesto) "nibbles" was a bowl full of delicious hot flatbread slathered in oil and pesto; the goats' cheese and asparagus starter was tasty and I loved the pine nuts. For our mains, a Bistecca with peppercorn sauce, juicy and tender, and a seafood risotto - perhaps a touch too much chilli - and then tiramisu and affogato, all as it should be, and very reasonable I thought.

Had an evening out with friends. The food was ok. I was a bit disappointed with loads of tomatoes with only a small slice of bruschetta and only having 3 meatballs with a massive pile of linguine. It was expensive for what you got. The service was mediocre.

Place looked lovely and had booked, but we were seated in an alcove away from everything so couldn't enjoy the atmosphere, and was told there wasn't anywhere we could sit unless we went in the backroom which was empty so didn't see the point. But food was fabulous and will return .

Casa has very very few vegetarian options. While other restaurants have increased their choices for vegetarians and vegans Casa seems to have gone the other way. But despite there being no indication on the menu that there is flexibility and the option to remove meat from some dishes, the chefs will do it and (in my experience at least) do a great job. It’s been a few years since we visited Casa, despising pretty close by. We used to go as a family a lot but the kids are bigger now and my wife and I made the most of a kid free evening for an evening out. We’re both vegetarian and we’re surprised to find fewer veggie choices now than we remember from our last visit. While every vegetarian option had the option to “add chicken for £2” there was no “remove chicken and save £2” option to be found anywhere. Even a “can be ordered as vegetarian/vegan option” would have been both good and easy. I asked if I could have the “Penne pasta with chicken and pesto” without chicken and save £2 and was told I couldn’t save the £2 but could change chicken to other ingredients. So I went for mushroom and chilli as a chicken replacement and I have to say that the result was outstanding. It’s such a shame the chef’s obvious ability to make varied and interesting meat free dishes isn’t reflected anywhere on the menu, this review would be 5-star if it was.

We popped in for dinner on a Monday night, hadn't really planned to, but it had been a long hard day away from home. Our welcome was warm, we were quickly shown to a table and our order taken by our friendly and efficient waitress. We both went for the lemon chicken, didn't have to wait too long (it was early on a Monday evening, so relatively quiet) and were pleased with what we were served. So much so we went for dessert; the chocolate mousse and tiramisu were both very good. All at reasonable value too. We were pleased with our impromptu visit and would happily visit again.

Nice restaurant, had Pizza here this time and it is OK. Friend had Pork Saltimbocca who said it was excellent, so a bit of food envy.

Whilst in Evesham today we decided to pop in on the off chance for some food, it looked nice from the outside and upon walking in we were greeted and shown to a table, the menu full of great Italian dishes at reasonable price's, the drinks were quick, the starters straight after and the mains soon came out after, we were full but of course had desert too. The food was excellent, the service exceptional, the restaurant itself with a clean and smart atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

6 of us and we all very much enjoyed our meals, starters (Goats cheese Bruschetta/Scallops & Gambrel) and mains (Carbonara/Penne Arabiata/Risotto/Pollo Con Fungi/Mussels). Service was good, nice atmosphere.

Lovely venue, very comfortable and relaxed, attentive staff. Food, what can I say ... just make sure u r hungry !! Feeling stuffed .... would recommend and go again.

Average. Risotto tasty but nothing special for £18 with chicken. Thought it expensive. Ambience a bit lacking with no music and dark interiors. Italian waitress charming but did seem a bit put upon - only staff member who knew what she was doing. Need more attention to detail with front of house.

Whilst this eatery boasts of being able to cater for up to 110 covers, goodness knows how many days it would take to serve two or three courses to this number of Customers!? The quality of the food was fine 7, maybe even 8/10; however, authentic Italian it isn't! Yes, the dishes are of Italian origin, but if there is an Italian chef present, whatever you do, don't entertain Mama, or she'll disown you! My Wife and I ate on a Saturday evening, arriving after the rush. We assumed the level of attentiveness could/would be better at this time - WRONG! What is needed is a properly trained Manager/Maitre di sala (Maître d'), who can then, in-turn, train the waiting staff. There doesn't seem to be much of a system in-place, and if one exists, then it needs retuning, as it's not fit for purpose! The waiting staff were definitely not attentive, much of which, comes with training and experience - the rest, down to a desire to achieve high standards; I suggest there might be a lack of 'team-spirit' - which subtends from the top down. There's an ocean of difference between a relaxed atmosphere and the apparent casual indifference displayed, and it should be possible to motivate the youths employed, to willingly provide a higher, more cheerful, level of service. Even with the absence of the owners, who live elsewhere, with greater attention to detail, this venue could easily, not only double its turnover, but become a Mecca to Italophiles near and far. We came in the hope of countering the opinions of others before us, but left, disappointed to find we couldn't award 80% (4 out of 5), only 73%; therefore a good 3 out of 5.

I don't usually do a review of a restaurant after only one visit; however, since we don't go out for dinner in Evesham often, I decided I should do this one. A truly wonderful experience here. The waiter was knowledgeable and attentive. My wife and I started with the Bread and Olives with dip. Then, moved on to our mains. My wife had the vegetarian pizza and I had the Linquini alla Pescatora. The mussels were well presented and very tasty. We had a bottle of Italian white wine with the meal which was very good and reasonably priced. We are looking forward to our next visit and hope to bring more guests.

It was utterly amateur. My husband's food & granddaughter's pizza were nice, but my starter was absolutely laced with salt. It had the potential to be delicious; gamberi - but it was almost inedible. And I love salty food - if it's too salty for me, it's salty! Told the person who appeared to be the manager for the evening, gormless and useless and no attempt at an apology. Said she'd informed the kitchen not to put too much salt in our main course - that was it! Tonight we ordered pizza for takeaway, as our granddaughter is staying with us again. One Margerita (it's the only pizza she'll eat) and one Con Carne Mista (which my husband had ordered on our first visit) for us. My husband drove from Hampton to collect. When it came to dishing up, our pizza looked odd and we didn't think it was what we'd ordered, but we weren't sure. It had prawns on it and we were pretty sure the one he'd had in the restaurant didn't. I bit into a piece, and omg, the salt! It was disgusting, and clearly not what we'd ordered. Husband phoned up, and yes, they'd got the order wrong and he had to drive all the way back to collect what we'd actually paid for. In the meantime granddaughter had started to eat her Margerita - only to reject it after 2 slices as it was overcooked and hard - burnt in fact. See photos. Phoned husband to get him to tell them but he'd already left the restaurant. Staff at restaurant apologetic over getting the order wrong, but no attempt at refunding any of the cost to cover the inconvenience etc. After gd's pizza was inedible and our pizza being wrong, not to mention biting into a God awful salty prawn one, by the time we got the right one neither one of us was in the mood for pizza or food full stop. An expensive and highly inconvenient evening. After first eating there and being impressed, we thought we'd found a new go-to place for dinner, seeing as the other Italian eateries in the town are not open in the evenings. But never again. If they can't maintain a standard over three visits then forget it. And there's no excuse for poor service, especially when there's three waiting on and the place is virtually empty. They've lost lunchtime, dinner & takeaway custom from us. The personal service, the quality of the food, and the attention to detail are all far superior at Delicious & Flavours - what a shame they're not open in the evenings. Quite disgusted with this evening's experience at Casa. What if one of us had had a shellfish allergy . . .

We ate here for my brother in laws 60th birthday. The staff were all friendly, efficient and very hard working. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and the restaurant accommodated bringing our own birthday cake. A very enjoyable eveving.

Went as part of a family birthday party, staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The food (Penne Chicken Pesto) was absolutely lovely, tasty, hot and plentiful and very reasonably priced! Thank you Casa!!

First dined here 6 years ago. Always said that if we were back in the area we would certainly come back. We booked with some friends for Wednesday night. The meal was excellent as expected. Great value, and extremely generous portions. Staff were very friendly. Interesting point was that we mentioned that we were eating there to a local shop owner. She said that her and her husband ate there on a regular basis. No hesitation in recommending. Honestly, can't understand the poor reviews. Living in Leeds, we're obviously not short of fine Italian restaurants, I would certainly place Casa in the top range for overall experience.

We had a birthday celebration family meal here recently, enjoyed by all! We all thought the food was delicious and the portions were very generous! The wait staff were very polite and attentive and were even happy to sing “Happy Birthday” to the birthday girl when bringing out her desserts, to make the meal extra special! A lovely place to eat in Evesham!

Visited on Saturday evening for the first time, as we were staying overnight in Evesham for the battle weekend. Can't fault the food here, both our starters and mains were of generous proportions and of great quality. Service from the waitresses was good, the only downside being the length of time it took for the food to arrive - about 20 minutes for the starters and over an hour later for the mains so my advice is don't be in a hurry if you want to eat here. Otherwise a great experience in a restaurant to be recommended!

Do not touch this place absolutely shocking service this evening and the so called manager didn’t care and when highlighted the meal was rushed he did nothing but walk off. Will never visit this place again.

I hate to leave a negative review on what used to be one of the best places to have a meal in Evesham, but we left feeling very annoyed. All myself and my husband wanted to do, was to have a romantic, quiet meal and leave. We knew it would be busy on account of the fact that it was a Saturday evening, but it doesn’t excuse the slow and subpar service. We were seated fairly promptly and our starters and drinks were quick to arrive. The waitress asked us if we wanted our main and starters together, or if we wanted a gap. We asked for a short gap. The starter was absolutely beautiful but that’s where the positivity ended. After our starter, we were sat for about an hour waiting for our main course. During that time, no one bothered to come over and see if we wanted any drinks or anything else. Even when I started to look around to try and get the attention of the staff, I was ignored. Eventually, someone came over after I put my hand up. I asked her for the receipt for the drinks and the starters because the main was taking far too long. She sent the supposed manager over, who explained that our main courses would be five minutes and then went on to say that there was a large party who’d had to preorder. However, we weren’t to know this. At no point was there an apology. Another TEN minutes went by and then our mains came out. My husbands calzone was undercooked and my chicken dish was liberally sprinkled with rosemary leaves (which I almost choked on). When we received our bill (after being there for 2 hours and 15 minutes), there was no apology or reimbursement or any drinks on the house to make up for the long delay. Had there been any of those, I wouldn’t be writing this review. But they clearly couldn’t care less that they had spoilt our evening. Which is a huge shame because I’ve always loved coming to Casa.

An Italian person would get a heart attack going to this restaurant! The waiter didn't know the menu, no recommendation, no up selling, no check back, no management around. We waited a long time for our food (I understand fresh food takes time to cook but our dishes did not required such a long time to be prepped and the restaurant was not busy). The pasta were over cooked. The pork saltimboca was swimming in water. Lack in seasoning. The garden wasn't looked after very well and the middle of the restaurant is dull. This is definitely not an authentic Italian cuisine!

Our food was excellent and the restaurant itself had a good atmosphere. However, service was not the best and we ended up waiting quite awhile to get the bill and leave.

I first visited Casa Cucina in 2016 and wrote a positive review. I enjoyed several more delicious meals but hadn't been since before lockdown. I have just had dinner there with two friends and the atmosphere, quality and service is still excellent, as I remember it. My friends enthused about their pasta arrabbiata and risotto. I had pork saltimbocca, my menu favourite, but was a little disappointed. The pork wasn't very tender, nor did it have the wonderful flavour I remember. Maybe they have changed suppliers? That said, the accompanying potatoes were beautifully cooked and the wine and sage sauce was delicious. For dessert we had affogato which went down a treat. So refreshing. Will come again, but perhaps avoid the pork.

We had been recommended to Casa by the lady receptionist at our hotel. After a nice evening stroll we arrived early doors to a really nice welcome and the most fantastic meal. Certainly 5 star in my opinion and without doubt return on our next visit to Evesham.

Always happy to eat at Casa!! Can never doubt the quality of the food or atmosphere here. However, there were two observations from yesterday evening. As far as I could tell, Casa use pint glasses that are a pint to the rim. I understand that...

Food average to poor. Atmosphere loud. No smile from the staff or asked if the food was ok. Smoke came into the restaurant area because customers were smoking outside the back door. We won’t be returning.
