I can't think of a quality this place lacks. Great, cosy atmosphere, lightning fast delivery, friendly staff, and food that will make you think you're right back in Goa. 10/10. No notes

I went with a friend to this restaurant last night, and what can I say ? I truly felt like I was tasting this type of food for the first time ! You could taste every single spice. Highly recommend the paneer with chilli starter. 🌶 they will ask you what spice level - we opted for medium and be warned this was quite spicy indeed yet delicious. Our waiter, Revanth was helpful, polite and was a true gentleman offering great service. Me and my friend have promised ourselves we will go back and work through the whole menu. Bravo! An excellent addition to São Brás de Alportel.

Well, if you know what Goan food tastes like - then please stay far away from this place. This place serves junk and is an absolute disgrace to Goan food. We had the fish thali and the fried fish tasted like it had been fried several hours ago and reheated in the microwave before serving. This is a big NO. The other dishes ( Ras omelette, etc. ) lacked any flavour. Best to avoid.

Restaurant interior looks very run down and DIRTY with no care given to it whatsoever. We ordered only starters- cherise pau, beef croquettes and a fish cutlets plate thinking they would taste like how Goans would make it. Unfortunately not. The croquettes were minced so much and had a weird taste- it definitely was not freshly made, they were definitely in the freezer for ages. We couldn’t even eat it as it tasted very bad. The fish cutlets were so strong as well and again very minced down to the point it looked like spam. The Cherise pau was not Goa sausages. When it came to pay, we refused to pay for the croquettes and the fish cutlets as we couldn’t even eat it but the waiter refused and tried to make excuses that we were wrong even though he could see we didn’t eat it. What kind of customer service is that?! When we finally paid, the waiter gave us the receipt and on it, it clearly says “items are refundable within 14 days of purchase” can you please explain why we were had to pay but then you offer a refund!?! This is not a proper Goan restaurant at all.

A very sweet restaurant greets you as you head down the stairs of this restaurant off the high street. We had a thali each. One Chicken and one Fish. They were delicious. More so they have a tv in the corner displaying their sumptuous menu in photo form. My mouth was watering at my future trips here to try them all.

I had heard alot about this place. Ergo, when I got the chance to visit this place, I went without a second thought. The Service was very quick! Kudos to the team. The waiters are very compassionate. However, when it came to the food, I felt that they were quite stingy with their quantity. I had ordered thali and got half of the kingfish fillet. The other missing half made it look as if the fish had been eaten or something. The taste was sublime. I liked the prawn curry. The chops were like more of potato and hardly any mince. Lastly, the chicken soup was served in the mini soup bowls which Wasn't worth the money!

This place has great food with fun and cozy atmosphere, with plenty of options. We usually leave with stomach aches with eating so much great portion with reasonable price. We have also tried the Juices selection were gr8, and the waiters are usually fun and fast at helping you with your needs. I love Casa De Goa.

My family and I were in London for a couple of days and happened to stumble upon the restaurant so we decided to take away some Goan food. We ordered the mutton croquettes, the potato chops, the choris pav and the steak pav. Unfortunately, not a single dish was up to scratch. The croquettes were the only item that I would deem close to average. The rest of the items were well below average. Even a healthy serving of ketchup couldn’t salvage the steak pav. If you are used to your moms home cooked Goan delicacies and are craving for that taste in the U.K., this certainly isn’t the place you’re looking for.

Food was ok, The restaurant might need a little of cleaning though. Sorry to point this out, but the packed dark environment made us feel a bit sick of the place. The toilets aswell were really dirty.

Casa De goa catered for my brothers funeral yesterday. The food was of great Excellency and quality mouthwatering goan cuisine. The manager Rahul made the day stress free and met all our requests and was very professional. The staff were very hardworking and provide a fabulous service. I would definitely recommend this restaurent and will be using them again.

If you are only looking out for some Goan specialities this is a great place. Very good value for money. Do not expect any restaurant style comforting in this eat out. Very basic and honest to their food offerings.

Everything was very expensive… I drank a beer and ate some lupins and had to sell a kidney! I won't go there anymore.
