Grupo de 9 de nosotros - todos los visitantes por primera vez, pero todos estarán de vuelta. Comimos, bebimos, cantamos y disfrutamos todo. El servicio era genial también - siempre muy educado y atento.

I booked the karaoke room and a table for food for a hen party. We also ordered two drinks packages. Everything ran super smoothly, the karaoke room was great and all the staff were so friendly and helpful, and genuinely looked like they were enjoying their night at work! The live music was good on Saturday night and the singer made sure to make our hen and group feel special! Thanks so much for a great night, will definitely be back!

Había estado antes, pero no para cenar. Estaba usando un vale de "itison" que me dieron de regalo. La comida era genial y el personal de espera era atento y dio un gran servicio. Sin quejas en absoluto 🙂

Had a late lunch and it was very enjoyable. The two female staff,that we saw,were very pleasant and helpful.Would definitely dine here again

He estado aquí un par de veces y es un éxito con la familia. A mi hija le encantan las tortitas, y la esposa y yo siempre terminamos felices con nuestra comida también. Los precios no quebrarán el banco, y el lugar tiene un buen ambiente. El personal siempre es amable, lo que es una gran ventaja. Sin duda vale la pena comprobar si estás en la zona!

La comida era fantástica, la mejor ensalada César de pollo que he probado en siglos. El personal no podría habernos ayudado más. Muy amable, siempre comprobando que teníamos una copa. Fantástica decoración, gran energía y vibra allí

La chica que nos atendió fue muy educada y servicial, el pedido de la comida fue tomado y servido muy rápido, la comida era muy sabrosa

Called in for some lunch with the kids. Menu was very small, but we each found something to order. I had a pasta dish. Would have really liked some garlic bread with it. No sides were listed on menu. Drinks were served quick, lunch not too long after. Food was ok, not fantastic. Staff were very pleasant and polite. Good tunes. Enjoyed reading the little tidbits on the walls about the building.

Food was lovely and great how they serve brunch until 2pm at the weekend. However was really let down with the time waiting between ordering drinks, then waiting to order the food then waiting on the food itself. We were never told in advance that the food was going to take a long time to come out, so wouldn’t advise coming here in a rush. Would’ve appreciated if the servers had said "sorry for the wait guys". Apart from that beautiful decor inside and would come back for the food.

We visited this restaurant for the first time on a Sunday morning, using a voucher for brunch. We arrived exactly on time and our first impression was not encouraging. The pop music playing was so loud, we couldn’t hear each other speak. Our order was eventually taken and then we had to wait over 45 minutes for the food to arrive. Our coffees did arrive before the food but so far ahead, we had drunk them before we got to actually eat. The waitress ‘ apologised’ for our wait saying that ‘everyone seemed to come in at once’. When we arrived there were only three tables occupied and another one couple came in after us. I don’t think that this constitutes busy, considering how many covers this restaurant says it can deal with, both inside and out. The only redeeming feature was the quality of the food. It was well cooked, well presented and tasty. We literally couldn’t sit any longer than when we’d finished our food due to the excessively loud music and children, who were allowed to run about, including going outside with no adult supervision, despite being right on a main road. One of the small boys had actually fallen and hurt his head. All in all it was not a relaxing Sunday morning experience and, sadly, we won’t be back.

booked for an evening meal for a family birthday. Waited quite sometime for our main meal to arrive. When it did it tasted nice but portion of pasta was tiny. I usually struggle to eat a full pasta dish when I'm out but this was not the case here. When we finished our main we waited for someone to clear the table but a large group of students had arrived so staff were too busy serving them and we were ignored. We had to go to the bar to order desserts and more drinks. All in nice exterior and interior. Cocktails were lovely, food was nice but for the money we paid portion was poor for pasta. Service wasn't great wouldn't rush back

Best food in Dundee, fantastic and quick service, in a very friendly atmosphere. Prices are extremely good value

Honestly can't say what the food is like as unable to visit. Very, very poor and indifferent customer service. My work planned the Christmas event fir this year at casa. Having a number of food allergies, abd it being a set menu, I contacted the manager. I asked a number of specific questions in relation to the menu, listing ingredients I had to avoid. No reply to my query but a sweeping statement about being unable to guarantee no environmental allergies. I again queried the ingredients in specific dishes, listing what I would be concerned about. The response was there would be no variation in the set menu and that casa would be 'hesitant' to provide any food. Such a poor service. I have never had this issue before, normally venues are happy to accommodate if given prior warning. As a result I cannot attend the staff event

Been here a few times for breakfast/ lunch now and always really enjoyed it and been very impressed with both the food and service as well as the price. The menu has a good variety and the portions are a good size, highly recommend the pizzas and the loaded fries! Previously I had been at night mainly for nights out and always enjoyed but have been in more recently during the day and have been impressed with both the quality of food/drink and atmosphere during the day. I find a lot of venues which are good at night sometimes feel a bit out place during the day but casa is perfect for both. As someone who is very picky about coffee, I was pleasantly surprised how good their coffee is as well as having an unreal gin selection! Probably the nicest venue in Dundee, the decor as absolutely stunning and the staff are always very attentive and approachable.

Staff nice but the was food very disappointing. First time visit. Staff were friendly and the service was fine. But two of our party ordered the carbonara which was very dry. The two meals were sent back and when presented again had obviously had butter put through the pasta and cheese added on top. Slightly better but still not great. My own portion of chicken with black pudding was very small and the sliced potatoes were basically crisps. The other meal was a pizza which was fine. Not impressed.

I would not recommend booking this place for any celebrations or parties. Absolutely shocking service I have received. Had a baby shower booked for 2 weeks time and due to baby arriving 10 weeks early I am being refused my deposit back due to them not being able to fill the booking. Management of the place is very rude and not understanding

My sister and I came here for a couple of drinks and dinner. Drinks were great, food was nice… however, my portion (I had the Mediterranean chicken) was very small and for £12.95 I was really expecting a decent portion. The (very small) finely sliced chicken breast came on a bed of about 5 vegetables. No one asked us during our meal how the food was and when we went up to pay, I let the manager know that the food was lovely but the portion was very small. His response was that ‘no one else had ever complained’ and that it was the first time he had heard a complaint about the portion size. I felt this was an invalidating response, as, how other people felt about the portion size didn’t concern me, it was too small. My sister was asked how the food was by another server and she explained that it was nice but that mine was a very small portion and she received a response of, ‘well I’m not a chef’. Very disappointing customer service. We won’t be eating here again.

Service was terrible. Waited ages to be served and for drinks to arrive. Short staffed so not their fault but needs a bit more organisation when they know they’ll be busy

Amazing, came here for the first time , not knowing what to expect, we were greeted and seated courteously, it was our anniversary so we're hoping for good things, and they didn't disappoint, had a couple of mocktail and they were delicious. Burger was fantastic, and the cajun chicken was delicious too. All in all 💯. Staff were very pleasant, friendly and seemed happy enough . Thank you

The food was absolutely fantastic; the service was comically bad There didn’t seem to be a bartender on duty. The waitresses were doing the bar stuff and seemed unable to pull a pint nor make a cocktail. My partner ordered a Singapore Sling which arrived undrinkable. I ordered a Long Island Ice Tea and I got a Ginger Beer & Lime. I politely said to the waitress that the drink I had wasn’t what I ordered. She took it away but came back with a bottle and said, quite defiantly, that ginger beer was in the recipe. It really wasn’t. There was a long wait from being seated to ordering and even longer between courses. We didn’t mind as we weren’t in a hurry but I could see people being upset with the length of wait. As I’ve said, the food was brilliant but there’s no way I’d go back again.

We had an itison voucher for 4 main meals & a drink each. We all had the whole hog burger which was great & so filling. Nice glass of Merlot also. Both Euan & Anna who served us were lovely & very accommodating. Thanks guys for a nice evening.

After an important event for our family decided to pass by for a quick brunch, receieved by a highly talented hospitable staff and seated in a very digestive outdoor terrace, order was taken in few minutes, prepared and delivered in a standard timing, we've chosen different types of cuisines specialities and we were happy to recieve a good quality food and well presented served in a very good way The most impressive thing was the level of service and the high hospitality and welcoming from everyone passing by to make sure that all is ok Thanks CASA for the nice experience and hope to pass by again

Literally the worst cocktails I (And my friends) have ever had. None of the ingredients were right for a Zombie cocktail, and my friends had daquiris which were filled with cheap garbage booze. All of this would be fine for a place if they didn't then proceed to charge the same price as a real cocktail bar. Avoid at all costs, stick to basic drinks, the staff didn't seem to know anything about the cocktails they were making nor how to make them. I have had many a cocktail in many a cocktail bar, the world over, and these were the worst by a country mile.
