Unfortunately delivery was late by about 15 minutes time to the suggested time it should of been hear by , Food was ok was meant to have hot wings but ended up with pieces of chicken which didn’t get eaten as husband only eats the wings so was gutted about that. Pizza boxes was wet and soggy from grease and condensation, chips also slightly cold

No salad, food was cold, hot wings was soggy and chips reblanched. disappointing.

Never came or rang when outdide

Food was lost and admittedly capital sent the order again but I ordered a large chicken wrap and this was far from large and I payed for stuffed crust on a pizza and it was just ordinary crust and all in all I'm extremely disappointed

Great food for price, quality of food was great too. Never had food from this place but can’t fault as delivery and food was perfect.

someone here makes really good pizzas he works certain days obviously sometimes they are so lovely !! sometimes they are burnt and hardly any toppings, nice one to the good pizza maker to the not so so good pizza maker sort it out

Food was good as always, only bad point was asked for cheesy garlic bread and got plain garlic bread

Love this kebab so much, chips wernt great, tasted reheated and some were quite overcooked and hard, however the Donna meat 😍😍😍 was amazing and the pizza tonight was probably the best we have had from there. next order on Friday 😆

Fantastic food. Burger and chips were amazing. Pizza we're gonna eat today as we were so full up! Loving their new chips which were bigger and more like the type you get in chip shops rather than those smaller ones you usually get from kebab shops. Highly recommend this restaurant Just Eat fans. Great stuff!

Another amazing kebab order. First tune ordering the triple cheese burger and wow massive. brilliant will order again next week 😀

They have horrible employees who don't respect the clients They also have services that don't do what they are meant to The menu is very different frome what they give you in person For example, I ordered the capital special kebab, and on the leaflet, it showed that it was a big container made of aluminium, and in person, it was a cardboard box also the garlic source that we ordered I was all over the place The employees are rude and don't respect the clients before he ended the call he cussed me out This is the worst kebab shop ever

The chicken was 90% grease, grey and smelled off. The grease from the chicken soaked the entire box the chicken was in to the point it looked like it had been out in the rain! Will not be ordering from there again

Ordered food at 23:51 was told be half hour an hour later not turned up phoned them and asked them where it was and the response I got it will be with you shortly told Them don’t worry about it as I’m now in bed and they still delivered it and I know that a I have a ring door bell and it’s woke me up after doing two 12 hour shifts not happy glad I didn’t pay for it

Always our first choice of kebab, the portion sizes are spot on and the meat/salad is in separate containers which we prefer. Haven't disappointed us yet

Fantastic meal. Everything was hot. Burger was epic and even asked for some jalapenos which I haven't had for years from a kebab shop and they didn't let me down and sent a nice sized portion for me, absolutely fabulous thank you. Highly recommend

Lovely cooked food, and nice fat chips, so fed up of skinny fries, which go cold quick.... really enjoyed our food.

Ordered to caravan site met driver at reception item missing phoned back met him again once this time got garlic bread instead of the original missing pizza phoned him again wasn’t bothered

Pizza was burnt paid extra for stuffed crust and couldn’t even eat it

Worst ever kebabs. Full of gristle - went straight in the bin. The pitta bread was awful too and stale. The salad was nice though. Please don’t bother having kebabs from here. Will never go there again.

A change from my usual, I tried a large special doner kebab. I was not disappointed. It was perfectly cooked and really tasty. Well done Capital.

First time ordering will be the last delivery upto 1 hour still 15 minutes late called the shop the lady said she will talk to the chef didn’t think kebab shops had chefs I was told with delivery driver 15 minutes after delivery arrived chips were cold an hard the doner meat was bland no taste the meal was disgusting never again waste of money 😡😡😡

Without doubt this is the best kebab in Great Yarmouth.

Wrong order at 1st restaurant replaced for the right 1 but nearly 1 hour late and food was cold 🤔🤔 sad to say but it's true. I'm costumer ov restaurant for ages guess was a bad day (hope they pay more attention to the orders next time )

The pizza was great however the chicken strips were really over cooked and not edible which was a shame, couldn’t eat them

I would like the delivery to may address not a car park 10 minutes away and ask me to go to the car park That is not a delivery when you ask me to pin point my address before I place my order

This place accepted our order and then cancelled it without any notification. We sat waiting for our food for an hour as supposed they may be running late and recommended wait time is 45 minutes. Call them to find out they’ve cancelled it because at first they had no drivers and then suddenly they admitted they chose not to deliver our food because we didn’t spend over £20 even though their minimum delivery is £10. Had to force an apology out of them, they’re liars and cheapskates. Get a life and learn some customer service idiots

Worst kebab I've ever seen. Always used this place too but won't be again. Shish smelt off and was covered in a slimey residue, chips were brown and soggy all in all the only thing edible was the salad.

Waited over an hour for food, only for me to call and they’ve said how they have cancelled our delivery. I said they should have called or text to let me know they have cancelled however this never happened. They would not allow me to come and collect because they had then closed their machines down. He firstly said they had no drivers and then had said the drivers went to more expensive orders instead. Poor.
