Food was cooked fresh, plenty of it and very tasty. Menu in chalk wasn't ideal for viewing and without pictures made ordering a little more difficult.

18th june 2022 update. Just had 2 portions of chips both uncooked. And a battered sausage that had almost an inch of batter( was as thick as shaquille O'Neil d1ck) and wasn't cooked thoroughly. So not getting any better) Obviously not training the staff properly.

Chips are far from the best. They need to take more pride in their food. The first time there was lots of black bits and they were do hard I thought they would break my teeth. The second time they were like sludge and squashed together

I don't know if they leave the chips in the oil for too long or what but they are disgusting they used to be so good been a few times to see if they'll be any better but they aren't but they definitely leave the chips in the oil for way too long. My son and I couldn't even eat them they were that bad. It's such a shame.

Had fish and chips, it was delicious. Fish was huge,and so fresh,and the chips were cooked perfect.deffo will be going back,next time I'm in the area.free car park opposite, and lovely staff! Highly recommended!

Chips were cold some uncooked.Lots of crispy bits of potato .Very poor.Second time had poor quality food from there.No more for me sadly as do believe in supporting local business.

Battered sausage not cooked propally chips could be cooked a bit longer

Ordered from here the first time last week thought we’d give it a go as our usual chippy was shut. Delighted they did delivery and accepted card payment. Delivery was relatively fast. Food was hot, we ordered chips battered sausage and fish bites and curry sauce. One of the sausages was black in the batter and the batter was solid, yet the other sausage was fine. I’m assuming it had been on the heat for a while and gone hard. But the other sausages were edible. The chips were average, nothing wrong with them and the curry sauce was quite pleasant! I did enjoy my fish bites until I had one with a large bone hanging through the batter and then a mouthful of smaller bones in one of the fish bites.

Really nice, just never seem to have cheese 😔
