A gorgeous café with a friendly atmosphere serving delicious food at very reasonable prices for such a good cause. Enjoyed my gluten free (I'm not gluten free) fish cakes with the most amazing potato wedges 😋 Looking forward to going again

Bustling friendly cafe. Just had coffee (mocha) and cake (black forest gateau), both of which were delicious. Booking is virtually essential if you want to have lunch - we arrived after 2pm and it was still busy. Plus it's only going to get busier in the run up to Christmas, especially with lots of groups already booked in for Christmas lunches.

Excellent quality, freshly prepared meals with friendly service. There are meals for smaller appetites and they happily adapt vegetarian options for me (as a vegan). Nothing’s too much trouble. I particularly like the all day breakfast (with delicious extra mushrooms instead of the egg). I take my elderly mother there once a month and she always has the fish dish. There is a choice of wonderful cakes too!

I've a breakfast there in the past which was very very good,just lately I've been having coffee and cake and.its been spot on,my next taste test that's been recommended to me is the fish finger sandwich

This is the best cafe in Wrexham, hands down. Not only is the food reasonably priced and the staff amazing, but you also get the added bonus of helping out Nightingale House Hospice. I had the Full Welsh breakfast, my mate had the poached eggs on toast and both meals were delivered quickly and tasted amazing. And yet it was basically empty on a Saturday morning.

Just a coffee break. Attractive menu. I'll eat next time

Lovely freshly made toast and tea and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would have given 5 stars if the coffee machine wasn't broken.

NOT TO BE MISSED. We came across this little spot on Apple Maps while looking for coffee and ended up walking over because the breakfast menu looked great. Wow were we impressed. The cafe is attached to a hospice and the proceeds support the patient care. What a fantastic cause, and the staff at the cafe reflected that good hearted nature. They were so absolutely lovely and welcoming. We were in Wrexham for the first time to see a football match and had come all the way from the States, and we fell in love with the city mostly due to the cafe staff. They made lovely conversation with us and the breakfast and tea were great as well. Please don’t miss this!!

Great staff and food. Hot food arrives on plates at approx. temperature of the sun, so keeps the food warm for ages, just need to watch you don't touch the plate itself

A friendly, very popular café attached to the Nightingale Hospice in Wrecsam which, I understand, provides hospice patients with their meals. Staffed by very friendly and helpful volunteers, the café offers a select menu of reasonably-priced meals - with deliciously tempting cakes as well (that should be hidden from my gaze as my conscience drags me out!). Highly recommended!

A group of 10 walking friends sat down for the 2 or 3 course Christmas Menu - wonderful food, great welcome from the friendly voluntary staff, excellent value for money. The food surpassed expectation all round. Would thoroughly recommend.

The food is excellent, both the quality of the produce and how it is cooked. It is matched by the great service and lovely surroundings. We were just visiting from York but if we were local, we'd be regulars! Can heartily recommend.

Good home, freshly cooked food, well worth a visit and you will be supporting the local hospice. "The fastest cake in the shop... The fruit scone with clotted cream and jam" spot on!

Fantastic all round, fantastic food, service & wonderfully friendly staff. Food is excellent value for money. I’ve been there a number of times with family & friends. I have never had a poor meal. It’s also for a great cause, funding towards Nightingale House Hospice

Turned up just before 11am Ordered 3 coffees and 3 sandwiches. Went back in after over half hour to order second coffee. 45 mins after arrival my friend nipped in to ask about our sandwiches which we had paid for they hadn't even been ordered. They turned up after the second coffee and over an hour after we had turned up. Wasn't even that busy. Sadly disappointing

On behalf of Wrexham Trefoil Guild, I would like to thank all the staff at Caffi Cwtch for our lovely belated Christmas lunch last Tuesday! The food was delicious and we even had mince pies. As usual, the service from the very helpful, friendly staff was amazing. Thank you.

Supposed to close at 16:00 arrived at 14:50 to be told closing at 15:00 due to function. No sign outside to advise this. Disappointed

Been here twice bow for breakfast in 3 weeks. It is served hot, the food was great quality, and really nice overall experience. Would highly recommend.

Visited today for lunch, had the soup of the day (Lentil) tasty and thick. Friend had tuna sandwich malted bread. Food allergies catered for. Lovely clean place, friendly staff, varied menu. Would definitely recommend.

Visited at lunchtime, had afternoon tea and soup, winter vegetable soup was homemade to perfection and the afternoon tea my wife who said the scone was delicious and I shared . Absolutely superb great value for money but remember to book in advance gets very busy.

Busy. You definitely need to book, but then we were not rushed to vacate and move elsewhere. We only had drinks but quality was good with coffee in a cafetiere. Friendly place.

First time at Caffi Cwtch, it definitely won’t be the last. Spotlessly clean, very bright and airy cafe. My husband and I had the full welsh breakfast, the quality of food was excellent and a generous portion. The staff were very friendly and helpful and service Was quick. Excellent value for money and supporting nightingale house.

Went with a group of 8, the whole 3 courses were lovely, fresh Turkey was delicious and starters and desserts came in good portions which were nicely presented. Crackers and iced water at no extra cost. Even though it was busy as we had booked we didn't wait long to be served. Friendly staff, and excellent value.

Always great food here! It's a special restaurant that support a great charity?

Up to now I've only had coffee, with scones or shortbread whilst visiting a patient there. But main meals look excellent too. My scone the other day was the biggest, freshest I've had anywhere, with a generous portion of butter in a dish, rather than foil wrapped from a fridge! Drinks are brought to you with friendly and helpful service. A lovely place to have refreshment.

Spur of the moment decision found us here for lunch. We were lucky to get a table as it was very busy. Staff were very friendly and efficient. A good variety on the menu, eventually we chose fish and chips and for a change Glamorgan sausages served with a few chips,salad leaves and red onion marmalade. Pot of tea for tea for two which was brought immediately by a friendly waitress. We did not have long to wait until our food arrived. All freshly cooked and hot. The Glamorgan sausages were delicious and complimented by the marmalade. Clean plates all round. No complaints at all. We will return soon ( but as it’s nearly Christmas we will book).

Our visit to caffi cwtch was a truly lovely experience with very friendly and welcoming staff ( who are mostly volunteers!) The food was excellent, a good choice and well presented. It felt Good to know that all the proceeds go to the hospice, we will definitely be paying them another visit soon!

Went with 20 friends for afternoon tea. Everything was excellent from the food and service to the organisation. There were many people there who were having lunch and the food looked very appetising and plentiful. All profits go to Nightingale House Hospice. It is certainly worth a visit.

I was so impressed with this cafe. Spotlessly clean, bright and cheerful, the menu had plenty to offer. We all enjoyed our lunch. Son 1 had the all day breakfast, son 2 had a fishfinger butty (big lush flakes of fish), husband had fishcakes and I had the Welsh tapas. Only teeny niggle was that a piece of toast or bread would have been gratefully received with the tapas to go with the pate, but son 1 donated some toast from his brekkie. Everything was delicious. Sorry we were only passing through Wrexham or I think we would be regulars.

I have been coming to Caffi Cwtch for about 2 months. The food is excellent, all freshly prepared and very tasty. The staff are very helpful and friendly and everywhere is extremely clean with a very pleasant ambience. Would definitely recommend a visit.

We visit this cafe regularly for lunch as it’s close to work. It’s bright and airy and volunteer staff can’t do enough for you. The food is really tasty with a good choice of vegetarian food, not just run of the mill. The Glamorgan sausages are gorgeous and you’d have to travel miles for better chips. Parking can sometimes be an issue. We have had to drive off before now when we haven’t been able to find a space but you can usually find one. Do visit. You won’t be disappointed.
