Friendly staff Excellent coffee Always busy

No rating as only had a coffee and croissant.

Not a good Nero. The staff member who served me was really miserable and didn't even say thank you or goodbye when she passed me my drink. I had a mocha and it wasn't very chocolatey and just tasted of bitter coffee.

Good coffee ☕️. Well prepped. Too dark especially with dark painted walls.

Walked in the staff member was on his phone, didn't even acknowledge use, we asked if he was working, to which he replied Yes. And carried on using his phone. RUDE .So walked out.

I ate panini toast today and it was not heated enough. I am usually a regular customer of coffe nero and I followed the employees. They do not wash their hands after petting the dogs that come in. Don't get me wrong, I love animals very much but you are doing food business and you do not pay attention to hygiene. It is extremely bad.

Shame they allow dogs to sit on the seats the customers are supposed to be sitting on nice hygiene right out of the window.

This is the best Nero in the country. The team are great and know their community really well. Everything is spotless and service is always quick. This team deserve all the great things in life ❤️

You double charged Ms Wendy Glassenbury for a coffee,on the the 5th of October. Reimburse her when she visits you. You wouldn't want me to deal with the problem

Currently there's a construction work going on in the cafe even though they were serving for customer's thank for that

It was fine - you know what you're getting when you go to a Caffe Nero! Quick service, fairly tasty coffee and a good range of snacks and lunch things. Would be better to see more vegan options! Often understaffed but very very friendly!

Popped in for a coffee on a cold winter's day. Comfortable seating and nice coffee.

Service friendly. No proper cups as the dishwasher was broken and washing up by hand is a lost art!

Love the coffee and pastries but sort the toilets out. We visited early in the morning and the toilets were filthy already. Obviously hadn't been cleaned for days 😔

If you like good coffee and aren't put off with the location, this is a good refresh stop. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's just a pity the town centre is not looking it's best.

Never had a poor service here. Particularly impressed with the level of detail from the trainee barrista. Also very noteworthy is how wonderful they treat dogs here. We had just sat down outside and the staff member came along with a dog bowl filled with fresh water for the dog. I did even have chance to ask for one either. Lovely to see thoughtfulness for animals too, shows the quality of the values within the establishment, I feel.

I regularly visit this neros and the staff are always extremely friendly it has a good atmosphere and the coffee is great..

Quick service, and they are (almost) always nice and friendly...except for the last time I went there, when this lady made a mistake in my order and "accuse" me for that when I asked her to fix it...her attitude was really poor and she looked like she doesn't want to be there.

Perfect coffee. Extremely friendly staff. I love going there. Genuine conversation and attention to detail. Very clean and perfect smoking seating to enjoy the characters of WSM.

Ordered my usual drink, it was made way too sweet and was not even drinkable. Went back to the counter to ask for a new drink, to which they responded by saying “well yeah it’s a coconut and caramel ice latte” and then tried to explain to me how the drink was made. I asked for a new drink again and they made one, and it was extremely watered down and warm.

Was in the High street in Weston Super Mare with my Mum (86) who had an appointment. As we were early and the sun....for once! was shining without a cloud in the sky. I noticed the Coffè Nero. Nice name. Anyway it had lots of tables and chairs outside and a few were available so I went in and my Mum grabbed a table. We both chose Cafe latte not sure about the spelling as I usually have a Cappuccino. Anyway the lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful and explained what a latte was and it sounded good. As she was preparing them I looked around and the layout and design was really nice with a mixture of modern and antique, pictures and posters on the walls,tables and cubby holes filled with groups and everyone was chatting. She put the china cups on saucers and asked if we wanted sugar. I have type 2 diabetes which surprising to read is increasing dramatically. I asked for Saccharine and she put enough for 3 people on the tray. I went out and we sat in the sun and the coffee tasted really good. It was a perfect place to sit and watch the world go by. I would recommend this place to everyone who has time to kill or to rest their legs. We didn't eat anything but there was a plethora of buns and cakes and also other delights. Well that's my review and I couldn't fault it. It's on the left as you walk down the high street across from Boots the chemist or near enough. The summer will give them alot of business but I'm sure there will always be a space inside and out as coffee doesn't last that long no matter how good it tastes. Check it out,!

A lovely place to have coffee and a catch up with a very special friend.

Came in for a coffee which is the only coffee my husband prefers out if all the other coffee places. What impressed me most was the multi toilet seat in the disabled toilet. A smaller seat tucked inside the lid for young children to use.

Can't really comment on the food as we didn't stay. The upstairs seating was closed, so there was no seating downstairs, and the service staff were struggling to keep up.

This is bet place to get hazelnut hot chocolate. They make great coffees and hot chocolates. They also have soft drinks available and the staff are happy to help out. They also have snacks and lunch items available as well. They are also dog 🐕 friendly. They have a jar with treats for the dog.

Lovely cozy place to sit and enjoy your coffee. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about what they serve. The cakes always look amazing!

Usually love it hear but there's this 1 woman and she's so rude and gives dirty looks and says my normal drink isn't on 02 priority app which all the other staff do for me I'm not happy at all don't know how she's still working there
