Caffe Nero in Maldon

Siempre visite cuando esté en Solihull. Me encanta su jamón / queso tostado o su pollo / tostado de tocino. delicioso. También su sultana danesa... ¡Yum! El café es bueno y me gusta sentarme afuera, a menudo Baz el cantante de country está viajando por Costa y así obtiene entretenimiento gratis! Usa mi descuento suricato, 25% de descuento en comida.

i went to cafe nero for the first time and ordered an iced honey oat latte (£4.35) without cream as the barista suggested. it tasted very nice and wasn’t too sweet which i really liked! i really liked the atmosphere too. it was very cozy and peaceful, there wasn’t too many people since i arrived an hour before closing time. the tables were clean and spacious, i would definitely come again soon!

Great coffee and a nice relaxed place to go. I use the app to order takeout which works really well as they text you with the progress of your order.

Member of staff insulted me and my appearance and was asking me questions which have nothing to do with her. I just went to buy coffee instead I was insulted. She started to gesticulate and show me how bad I look in her opinion. Don’t know her name, she looks Chinese. I do not want to here any bad comments about my appearance, especially with this crazy gesticulation. I had to leave. Please explain your staff not to interfere into peoples life, not to comment on their looks. If I will need a professional advice- I will ask a medical practitioner, not your barista. Had to leave in frustration. 3 stars only because I like this cafe.

Caffe Nero is our 'go to' place wherever we are. We ordered two cappuccinos here today and it would have been lovely if we had ordered just 'coffee', but cappuccinos should have froth on the top - lots of it, sadly lacking today. The only difference to an ordinary coffee was the cinnamon floating on the top Perhaps trainee baristas should be fully trained - or at least supervised - before being let loose on customer orders.

I visited the Mell Square store today and unfortunately the coffee machine was broken! However the service I received was 2nd to none and well organised. Thank you to the two wonderful ladies serving for your hard work and enthusiasm in adversity. Despite the difficulties they were obviously facing, they were cheerful, welcoming and provided excellent service as usual. Great store, great service and great drinks. Highly recommended.

Mell Square Branch. Arguably the best Coffee house in Solihull. It must be something they put in the coffee, all I can say is the customer service here is on another level. The quality of the food and beverages are always consistent. BIG shout out to Mel & Steph who know how to treat customers the right way. They are always smiling, and happy to help, and they go the extra mile by asking you how you are, and if you’re having a nice day. Sit up and pay attention “Costa Coffee”, this is how it’s done Food & Beverages 10/10 Customer Service 10/10 Overall … 10/10 As one of the top 1% Trip Advisor critics - trust me, this place is awesome

Due to strange times I met a friend here due to the fact it has some outdoor seating. Enjoyable coffee, as expected from this chain and the selection of cakes was amazing. Everyone is getting used to the current rules and social distancing was being observed.
