Caffe Nero in Lisburn

Delicious coffee and food. A good place to start a day and visit the city afterwards.

Went there for a morning coffee. The coffee was ok, multi grain croissant was pretty light and good for breakfast. Worked two hours on my laptop there, was quite mellow and relaxing experience. Not too crowded before 10:30am. The staff are energetic, welcoming and chatty. Overall, enjoyed my morning there.

Cozy, unique cafe with quick, premade food options. Get here early for sweet treats. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The coffee is very flavorful. Highly recommend coming here.

I was served almost an empty cup of cappuccino. The cup is small why not add the coffee that pours out on both ends the all the foam. Very disappointing!

Not bad for a Nero’s to be fair, but I would suggest there are better independent options nearby to try!

The best thing about Cafe Nero is the coffee! I love the drip coffee. The food is ok. The croissants are good but not excellent. They are slightly less flaky than real french croissants... The sandwiches are ok but again not great. The atmosphere is also ok. I like the gas fireplace and the holiday decorations. Cafe Nero is a nice place to sit and relax or to work on your computer. I like that all of the locations are uniform so you know what to expect. I have tried the latte's the espresso, and the drip coffee and it is all excellent. I also love the coffee frappe although it has a lot of sugar..

Love this coffee shop! The pastries and breakfast sandwiches are delicious. The coffee was so good I had to grab another vanilla latte to go after we ate our meal.

Very nice neighborhood coffee shop for the South End! Quick service and good assortment of breakfast options. My husband and I actually went there twice on our trip to Boston. The coffee, pastries and breakfast sandwiches were all good! Would go back to this cafe if we were in the neighborhood again!

One of the best cafes for "wake-me-up" coffee and delicious pastries. Vanilla latte with oat milk is my go-to. Almond croissant and caprese sandwich are also my staple here. This location offers a homey atmosphere with a new england aesthetic of brickwork, etc. This location will be closed between Sept 25th to Oct 1st 2023 for renovations.

One guy one with attitude problems. Took an Uber here to get a coffee to make it on time and the 15 min wait with 2 ppl in line ahead of me negated that time. He made drink and gave it to me and I had to wait for another drink to get made just to pay..

I hope you change your seating layout as soon as the safety restrictions allow that. Those booths are taking all space and accommodate just a few people. With folks working and studying there, your chance of sitting in this cafe with a cup of coffee is negligible…

Probably our favorite of all the little coffee shops we went to. You can order very small coffee here and just sit and read it study to your hearts content. It's a comfortable and inviting atmosphere with friendly service and shelves full of old books to give it that scholarly feel you expect if a town full of ivy league students.

The coffee is always good here as is normal in any Caffe Nero, the staff work hard so it's unreasonable to expect a friendly, smiling face every time. The worrying aspect is that the cleanliness of this outlet is on a downward trend, it's normally busy and therefore generating income that should support the highest of hygiene, minimum stands should demand that tables are wiped down when first become vacated.

Earlier today a very angry and sad lady served us, the food that was unbeatable, we really like the other Nero locations. But the experience here was very heavy and sad.

They are fast, convenient and bake their own bread. Their coffee is strong and flavorful.

Unfortunately, the staff at this location is particularly rude and unfriendly, painfully slow, and they seem completely uninterested in keeping even the minimum standards of cleanliness in the shop. The condiments (sugar, cream etc.) table is a complete mess, with broken, dirty jars and carafes. To round it all up, the food looks old and lifeless. So much for the Italian style!?

Almost all caffe neros are the same but what makes this one special is the people who work here. They are so respectful and kind, one man especially. I didn’t catch his name but as I was sitting quietly doing homework there was a woman who seemed to be lost looking for directions, he took the time to explain everything to her and even proceeded to give her his own person umbrella to take because it was pouring rain. Made my day :)

Ok place to hang out with nice chairs and a comfy feel but they declined my online order right in front of me then after 30 min when I asked about my missing order they said there was no order.

Coffee was either too strong as strange as that sounds or burnt. In fairness it was my first time in the place and I took it black instead of with honey how I usually have my ice and hot coffee. Nice selection of pastry and hot sandwiches and they offer boiled eggs which I thought was nice and actually bought some. Pretty good all around , I’ll be back.

A nice little cozy cafe that resembles what a typical Rome or Paris style. Nice outdoors option where you can see downtown although there are a lot of unsavory characters, it still a nice place to drink, chat, and study.

I like this coffee house because of their coffee quality. I think it is a good option in a rainy day, to catch-up with your friends or simply to enjoy with your favorite person. It feels like a place to sit and talk, read or think. Of course don't forget the bakery, they have good options for those who love something sweet.

I'm a huge fan of all the Cafe Nero locations in Boston! This place has a great vibe and good coffee. Would definitely go back here again.

Danny the Barista was super helpful! I'm a little picky and needed to change my drink bc I accidentally ordered the wrong thing. He was super friendly and even made a great recommendation! The place itself was clean and the atmosphere is just want you want for a coffee shop. Cozy and happy. In the end I had a delicious meal and a delicious coffee. (Seriously the foam on my latte was amazing??? Plus the beans were rich but no acidity, my girlfriend loves sweet things but even she liked it.)

The pastries and sandwiches are better than anything you'd get at Dunks or Stars. However the coffee stands up to the competition and the atmosphere cant be beat to enjoy a great coffee!

Very quaint with a rustic touch. The food leaves a bit to be desired so far...banana bread was greasy and the apple crumb coffee cake was over dry and the topping not fresh. I have had these items at other Café Nero with no issues. This was the one on Tremont st Boston. Now that being said, the employees were great! Clean, helpful, and following Covid Protocols. I surely hope the franchise owner or store manager really appreciates the employees at this location! I happened to look down the stairway employees have to use multiple times a day! And....wellllll.... yeah! Steep, a lot of them, and just in less than an hour one worker had to ho up and down 4 times before another partner got there to help her out. Nothing wrong at all. Just what these employees have to go through to make sure we as customers get excellent service. I haven't seen another Café Nero with such working conditions. It is in an older building which brings character, however makes the emoyees jobs much more challenging! I was very appreciative they still had smiles on their faces and helped customers like they really cared! I will definitely be going back!

Clean, rustic spot for a quick coffee. A 16 oz ice coffee was about $4, but that's what you get for ordering anything in Boston. Covid precautions, so no bathroom but outdoor seating!

Good but they don't know what a breve is and refused to warm the half and half saying it creates problems with the machine so they don't make them. That was fine I just had them leave room so I could pour half and half in myself.

Honeslty my favourite coffee shop, absolutely love the white chocolate mocha and raspberry and white chocolate muffin. My only problem with this particular Caffe Nero is the size of the shop, its so narrow that you can barely get a pram down the aisle, not great when your'e out for coffee with your girlfriends and you can't fit the 3 prams anywhere.

A quiet place for excellent coffee and pastry on a Sunday morning when other places have huge lines and noise.

It's just ok I guess. The seating is a bit small compared to other locations oh and the net when dissconnected I couldn't sign in again, maybe I overstayed my welcome.

We were met with an aggressive attitude, so much so that we had to leave the cafe and find another place. Aggression and hostility is not appreciated nor will it be tolerated by customers, if you are working with people in the service industry, leave your attitude and hostility elsewhere, period.

Just watched your employee dumping trash barrel down a storm drain with coffee cups plastic bags and other products in it and he sat there and looked at the trash sitting on the ground a few times and then turned around and walked away. Hope that you guys have better procedures in place and it was just a stupid employee!

Enjoying the day in my neighborhood (South End) always includes a visit to friendly Caffe Nero. People and dog watching at their best...followed by a trip to neighborhood grocer Siena Farms.

This place is my go to networking coffee spot. I use it on occasion as my outside of the office office. Great things to nosh on while you scan the paper. I also love their community cork board and learn if lots of events from scanning it while waiting for my order. I also like the homey decor and the fact that every shop looks different. Their tables turn over without them kicking ppl out or having timing rules either.

Unlike the house that the 'Mermaid' built, this regional chain has big tastes, and hints of that well-worn cafe on some college campus. With ample space to greet friends or have short meeting with colleagues, Nero has a great cup of Joe, cold or hot, and the standard forms of blended or espresso filled. Although out of a couple of the sandwiches I asked about, the snacks and quiche I chose were de-lish! There was a warm vibe throughout between customers, and the barista working was very professional.

Not on the cheap side but good quality. One of the best caprese sandwiches you can find. A mature hot chocolate, probably made with dark chocolate giving it a slightly bitter taste.

This cafe used to be my favourite place to go in Lisburn but it has really gone down hill these past 5 months...dirty utensils and staff could be friendlier!!! Really hope things pick up as I actually used to really like the place!

I love the coffee, baristas and food. It's over priced, but out paces Starbucks every time. With a customer loyalty card every 11th. cup of coffee is free. The only thing I hated about the Tremont Street location we're the entitled younger female clientele in yoga pants. I try to miss their arrivals and departures. There goes the neighborhood!

Lovely relaxed atmosphere, very friendly helpful staff, good variety of hot/cold drinks and sweet and savoury foods, reasonably priced for being a branch of a chain of cafes. You wouldn't think you are in lisburn when you are sitting relaxing with a good cuppa.

One of my favorite places in Boston to get some work done in an amazing coffee shop. Prices are fair and there's an awesome selection of foods and snacks. Ambiance is clean and quiet, just what you want and need!

Delicious Cold Brew. Super smooth coffee. I had been walking around Boston all day, over 30k steps and counting. Busy day, right?!? I needed my coffee fix, and was told that this would be a great place to grab coffee. My friend who was giving me the tour doesn't drink coffee, but swore that it's a very popular joint and heard it's good coffee. I had him try my black coffee, and he enjoyed it as well. Didn't get a chance to check out their pastries. I had already planned to walk down the street to grab a donut. I know, I'm a fatty. The place has a very old, vintage, hipster feel. It's quite dark inside and a bit stuffy actually. It was busy inside and a lot of people were in there reading and using their laptops. It's very difficult to escape the heat and humidity. On this particular day it was raining, so people were inside hiding from that.

The vegan berry muffin is great. Love how moist it is. Really comfortable atmosphere. Laid back vibe. Excited to come back in the winter for the fireplace

Wish we had these in Portland. We would make the switch to this coffee shop permanently. We went here three times while in Boston for a week. The chai latte was the best chai latte we have ever had. Great coffee, delicious pastries. It's no wonder the place is a Poppin place in the mornings. We almost had a punch card filled out we loved it so much.

I live the coffee at Cafe Nero. The cafe can be crowded but it is my preferred take out coffee chain.

Good coffee but employes didn’t appear welcoming and service was not them asking what you needed but you having to tell them yourself, they would simply say “hello” and then you order.

Very cosy place but the latte wasn't great.

Best pains au chocolat in town. Caffè Nero is my favorite place to get French style breakfast. French myself, I am very picky when it gets to "viennoiseries" and their pains au chocolat and croissants (try the whole grain option) are truly delicious: perfectly baked, with soft chewy buttery dough inside and crispy crust outside. I was told the product come frozen from France. Not the best option for the planet but I totally forget that when I get the first bite in my croissant :) To complete the experience, the coffee & green tea are also really good. Bonus: they are dog friendly, and your furry friend will often end up with a delicious treat himself.

This place is really classy. I love the fact this can actually replace a library. This has many newspapers, magazines and books. It's a cool place to study and surf internet for maximum four hours. I really loved the cappuccino and zucchini bread on a really cold and windy day. It's close to Calderwood Pavilion. The people who work here very positive. Wish to visit soon!!

Good location in city centre on main shopping street.I like this place not only because of the coffee and muffins, which are consistently good, but also that it opens up early in the morning, well before the others. This makes it great for those who are either early birds or on shift duty, such as hospital workers. (Thank you)

Went for coffee with my other half 30th Jan. 1. The table we sat at wasnt cleared and wkuld take 20secs to clear. 2. The Smokers outside is degusting its the same people day in day out. 3. One of the workers was on his break and left 1 to run the coffee bar but, the other guy sat with him leaving the bar empty which clearly didnt look good for anymore customers coming in. Apart from those 3 reasons i do like the coffee. I think if the smoking tables were taken away it would make the outside cleaner and more inviting
