Das Kaffee bietet alles was man in einem Kaffee erwartet. Gut gelegen und ordentlich ausgestattet, ist dies ein guter Platzfür zwischendurch.

4 of us visited and all had the 'full English'. We all either had a tea or coffee. The toast tasted stale, and that was confirmed when, towards the end unfortunately, mould was spotted on the last piece, so had we all eaten mouldy bread? This was pointed out and a "oh, sorry about that" was all we received, and when we paid we were either charged an extra £1.50 for tea or £2 for coffee so not a "full" breakfast by any means, and not even a tea thrown in as an apology for the bread. We will not be returning.

Rather expensive. Also a limited range of drinks for children. Central London prices (£3.85 for a bottled milkshake?!) which may explain why it seemed rather quiet.

Most disappointing, The wait staff seemed very friendly but there were at least four people giving them orders so the place seemed rather confused. After we were escorted to a seat we felt somewhat abandoned and after about five minutes had to get up, walk to the desk and ask for menus. My wife’s French Toast arrived and was accompanied by 8 berries and a single tablespoon of whipped cream, only one side of the slice of bread had been immersed in egg. My Hot Chocolate was so watery that I left most of it behind. In fact we had eaten half of our meal before we could flag down a staff member and enquire about our yet-to-arrive drinks only to be told that the bar was very busy. Well that certainly made us feel better. We eventually left our half-eaten food behind, paid the bill and left, never to return. Until the quality of food and service improves I would recommend avoiding this place.

Lovely room with very friendly wait staff. Buffet presentation was lovely and food good. Would recommend staying at this Hotel when in the city.

First visit here and I have to say my blueberry muffin was the best I ever had. Proper sweet blueberrys inside. Incredible and a lovely moist muffin. I ordered a coffee but their machine had broken but the tea was fine. Plenty of it with decent crockery. Recommended for me with outdoor seating also

Pleasant spot for a tea break. Great choice of teas - we wanted decaf and Earl Grey and both were lovely... and in a proper large cup and saucer. There was a good choice of cakes although we resisted the temptation.
