Have regularly ordered from here for the last five months and never had any issues with the food or the service all food is hot and fresh tastes amazing would have no problem recommending cafe Louise to anyone

Local cafe. Use it very regularly for morning breakfast rolls. Keep meaning to go for some lunch but never get the chance.

The all day breakfast is so good and well worth the money you get so much and even a buttered roll aswell the sausages that they use are delicious we got our order delivered and it was still really hot when we got it highly recommend this cafe no problem so go get a breakfast I guarantee you’ll luv it

Soup is always lovely and perfect consistency and the salt and pepper chips are spot on 👍

First time ordering here , lentil soup no taste atol rubbish..tuna pannie rubbish , cheese was white mozzarella was all over pannie was just rubbish only thing was nice was the links for the kids, so least they enjoyed theres! Not be ordering again! Disappointed!!also butter roll was soaked in lurpack look like salad cream was squirted all over it.. yuck!!

prices great in comparison to blantyre and hamilton deli's...food fab...prices are good first time I've ordered will certainly be back. I've tried them all and pleased I stumbled across this wee gem this morning

Didn't show up at all! There was a road closed and delivery driver refused to follow the diversion. Didn't get our food, but refused a refund. When we called to figure out the situation, the person on the other end of the phone shouted and said we refused the food which we didn't and wouldn't give us a refund and would deny any claim for a refund. Disgusting customer service!

No cheese on the toastie, soup was like dish water

food was late, spring rolls where soggy, sponge cakes we couldn't eat as they put a tub of hot curry sauce on top of them and its taking the icing off them!

enjoyed the food. I would order again, if had the time to wait, but the it’s the second time me and my boyfriend have ordered from here snd delivery time has been so much later than described. From ordering I received the food over an hour and a half later. It also said delivered on just eat yet didn’t come for another 25 minutes.It’s disappointing as food is fab but completely puts you off when you’re waiting that long. Did call the restraunt but was just told there busy and nothing else said.

Salt and pepper box was nice. macaroni was the smallest portion not good value for money

40 minutes on a Sunday is a very reasonable time to wait, food arrived hot and was great quality, very soft black pudding was great, loved it

Waited over an hour for my delivery even though I stay less than 10 min drive away and was cold when it arrived, would not recommend and will never order from here again.

Food was lovely sadly couldn’t eat wrap as there was cheese on it and I didn’t ask for cheese as I’m allergic although didn’t go to waste someone else had it.

Lentil soup was homemade and so nice. Baked potato had loads of cheese and melted nicely. Coleslaw served on the side to make sure it wasn’t soggy by the time it arrived. Will definitely order again.

The salt and chilli chicken box was ok, a bit soggy. Delivery time is super quick. Would try here again but would order something different

I usually enjoy my food from here, however today I ordered chips & gravy…the gravy was so watery that it had spilled on other items and that my chips had turned to mush on arrival. I had to bin chips and salad roll so was a total waste of money. I also ordered 2 cans of juice, I received 1 and it wasn’t even one that I had ordered. Disappointed. Think I’ll be giving the place a miss for a while.

First time ordering - food portions were big, food quality good, but it was so strange - my rolls and egg and potato scone were piping hot, but the rolls and bacon and lentil soup were stone cold

Great food, delivered hot and tasty. Only complaint was no menu choice when ordering tea such as milk, no milk, sugar, no sugar...etc. Waste of £2 as I got sugary tea which I hate. Won’t be ordering hot drinks again without same selection choice as food!

Cafe Louise stepped in with less than 2 hours notice & catered for us after we had been let down at last minute for a funeral wake. They were sympathetic, professional & couldn’t do enough to help us. Lovely staff, food was delicious & cakes were amazing! Thank you so much from all our family x
