I made a reservation though the website (a form to follow in), never got any response from them. After a few days, I called the restaurant to make sure my friend and I were booked in. The person over the phone said that they don't take bookings for 2 people, just walk ins. So my friend and I went today and it looks like it was all full. Despite me telling them that I tried to book and no one replied to my booking request, that I called in and they told me to just show up, they didn't even attempt to accommodate us (and there were clearly tables outside). Super disappointed and that's definitely not a way to keep customers

This is my second time at Bursa restaurant, and I loved it! My first visit I went for their Turkish breakfast, it was by far the best Turkish breakfast I’ve had in London. We also had the cheese pide and Lahmacun which were both delicious. You must try their Turkish coffee and pistachio baklava, it’s perfectly smooth and flavoursome. We decided to go back as we’d heard so much about their grills, we ordered the Iskenderun and mix grill platter for two, the meat was cooked to perfection and juicy, the bulgur was so tasty and the bread was freshly made. We had a great time and would defiantly go back.

We had a fantastic time with the Mix Grilled Platter. The meats were perfectly grilled, flavorful, and the service was excellent. A delicious and enjoyable family dinner.

This spot is really good value for money and tastes great. The service was excellent and they really catered to our needs. My friend has many dietary restriction and they were happy to cater to it.

First of all , I would like to thank the great manager, Mr Mahommod , for taking care of us , specially my mother who was tired, he arranged for us a suitable table for our group, and the food was delicious, the size of the restaurant was huge , the location was easy to find , this Turkish restaurant in the hart of london was a great gime , we will visit again and again , thank you Bursa restaurant

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant, which claims to be a Turkish establishment but falls short in every aspect. As someone who has enjoyed Turkish cuisine extensively, I can confidently say that this was the worst experience I’ve ever had in London. The food here bears no resemblance to authentic Turkish dishes. It was not only poorly prepared but also lacked the rich flavors and quality one would expect from Turkish cuisine. Additionally, the service was abysmal, adding to the overall negative experience. I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. It’s a waste of both time and money, and certainly does not do justice to the delicious and vibrant culinary tradition of Turkey.

I went twice and both was very nice, i went lunch time, lived the iskander kebab so much and i went for breakfast, loved the selection. Breakfast the Turkish way

We was 4 of us and we had the breakfast and the breakfast was huge and absolutely amazing we couldn’t finish it and the staff were really friendly we really love it and enjoy it i recommend it big thanks to the staff and the chefs as well Definitely will be back

So, following the promotion of this place by several "influencers" on social media, I thought I'd go give it a try. Being half turkish, couldn't wait to dig in to the turkish breakfast. There was 4 of us so we ordered the breakfast for 2 twice. For the good: food came quickly despite it being 1pm on a Saturday and fairly busy inside. The warm stuff like the menemen and cigara borek were hot, tasty and authentic. Really enjoyed those. Now for the bad: and its a long list unfortunately. If this place calls itself turkish, i didnt see any turkish hospitality that everyone is well aware off! The staff, especially the male waiters are actually quiet moody and unfriendly. You ask for something, he just threw it at the table. Not welcoming. There was a very small amount of bread given. Again if anyone goes to turkish restaurants usually bread is refilled for free on tap! How are you supposed to eat all the stuff if you dont have bread? The simit, they give you ONE quarter of a simit per person! One quarter! For £15? It's not acceptable really. We asked for more bread, it took ages to come. The male waiter charged £1.50 for extra small bit of bread. When we spoke to the female waitress to complain she said no we don't charge for bread! So which one is it? Do you charge or not? Or maybe cos we were complaining she just said no its free? I dont know. We ordered 2 sets of breakfast for 2 which comes with a pot of tea. We were only given the one pot. Eventhough we could see others getting a pot per 2 people. We had to ask for the second pot as at first they said oh no one pot is for all of you. We shouldn't have to ask, what is part of the breakfast should be delivered. After raising our issues with the lady waitress mentioned above, im sorry i didnt ask her name, she was the only one trying to at least make up for the mistakes. The male waiter was just giving us side eye. I think this place does have a lot of potential but there needs to be a change of attitude of staff, so they're a lot more friendly, welcoming and hospitable. People will come back again and again if they feel the warmth of the staff. Add bread free of charge! I mean literally everything on the breakfast menu is dippable, you cant eat it without bread. The slices of sucuk and hallumi are tiiiinnyyy. Tiny! You can see they have paid a lot of influencers to promote the place and i guess it is working in spreading the word but if you want repeat business you will have to impress the paying customers too. Be generous and customers will be generous in spending their money too.

Fantastic Turkish breakfast. Excellent food, great service, friendly staff. £29 for 2 people, large portion & very tasty. We’re not local but will definitely pay another visit for an evening meal next time we’re in London.

I would give this place a zero if possible. Terrible customer service overall but even worse if you have a child. We ordered the Turkish breakfast for 2 - the food came swiftly but they placed the tall teapot at the edge of the table which unfortunately fell during the course of our stay. Despite this accident they did not offer another pot of tea as a replacement and then proceeded to charge us for this. To make matters worse they insisted we pay 90p for some bottle milk for our baby. This was charged separate from the main meal - not sure why when it was ordered first. They do offer some crayons and an colouring book but this has been reused between children! Awful customer service. Average at best food -the sausages are dripping in oil and burnt. Steer clear. If you want a good Turkish breakfast there are far better places to go for a lot cheaper. Dreadful. Waited 30 minutes between ordering and actually receiving any food. In at 12.30 so lunchtime. Drinks arrived 12.45, but they 'forgot the tap water.' Food didn't arrive until 13.05. Just before they deigned to serve anything I was told/shouted at that they were busy serving breakfasts. Hence people around us who ordered after us getting served first. My order was a massively complex chicken wrap with rice. I received a wrap with chips. I didn't want chips. My friend ordered a chicken Byriani. My wrap tepid. Bland. Dreadful. I didn't want so didn't eat the chips. My friends byriani was tepid, dry and again bland. The best bit was the Pide bread. Rotten service. Bland tasteless food. There are far better places to eat on the Edgware Road. Avoid !

My wife and I go to this restaurant regularly, we have taken friends as well, the food is always fresh, tasty, reasonably priced, and the service is fantastic, they really make a fresh of you. Probably the best Turkish restaurant in London.

The food was great, some of the best boba ganoush I hav ever had. The vine leaves were great as well as the mixed grill skewers. The service was great and fat service. The inside of the restaurant is on the smaller side, but the service is great and they do a lot of takeout food, which shows me people appreciate the good food! Highly recommend.

We were delightfully surprised to find a restaurant serving Iskender Kebab in central London (Edgware Road/Connaught Street), and it was the best example of an Iskender Kebab that we have ever eaten outside of Bursa (Turkey). NB, Iskender kebabs are not the same thing as...

This was a great find after a night at the theatre , it was very friendly and the food was amazing. At the end of the meal we were given some Turkish tea and the most delicious turkish delight!
