Food was amazing, you can clearly tell they fresh produce. Flavours were outstanding and will defo go again, thankyou Ramadan, great service!

Genuinely good burgers and you get good value for money here! I used to go to boo burger. The quality of boo burger declined and I was in limbo for a good burger take away. I think that this will be my new spot to order from!

When they say they have the best burgers in town they do not lie. The quality of the burgers doesn’t disappoint. To think burgerhood is slighter more expensive than a McDonald’s and the quality is so much better and more worth it. Always my go to burger place and that will not change ☺️

Ordered 2 burgers on Deliveroo and had no option to remove certain items off the burger.. so called them over 10 times just to let them know what I didn’t want on the burger and no one answered the phone.. fuming!!!

With a lot of takeaways in derby this place is truly a hidden gem and is a breath of fresh air , The hood burger is very nice I always ask the staff to give me a fried chicken Pattie in the hood special instead of the grilled one and it’s Devine, Parking is somewhat difficult to find there is street parking available which you have to pay for. I wouldn’t call it a family friendly place however due to its location you get a lot of interesting characters walking around and coming inside which can make for an unwelcoming experience. I paid for a 1.5 litre bottle of coke and I received a 1.25 litre which was a little disappointing. This is truly a place you should visit being a regular here I feel it’s very hit and miss the food always hits the spot but the service does vary from staff. Overall I would definitely recommend burgerhood you won’t be disappointed.

It's nice they included two sauces but I just wasn't impressed with the flavour of the sauces, very mellow. I had the mexican burger and it was good. I really liked the thick cut chips, you don't see places do it like that nowadays. Could have been seasoned a bit better though. I also had the cheesy jalapeno bites for £4.50. They were nice but not worth the price. Paid about £14.40 in total, so not a bad price at all if you're just going for a burger and chips.

I have been a very regular customer since the day Burgerhood opened, always rating their burgers and food and the chips have always been top class. Last night we ordered our favourites from burgerhood through Uber eats, when this arrived, our food was freezing cold, soggy, very dry and shrivelled chips and looked like it has been sitting on a hot plate all day drying out before sending it out to us! It was inedible and unsalvageable and absolutely awful quality. I phoned the restaurant straight away and immediately requested a replacement or a refund which the man in the phone instantly refused and through the language barrier then proceeded to tell me to contact Uber on a bogus number that is obviously for drivers and doesn't work unless you have specific delivery codes! I proceed to ask the restaurant on the phone to help me and that I don't want to contact Uber as that leaves me with no food and down on £25. He constantly refused and then proceeded to end the call. I couldn't contact Uber in anyway, so I finally managed to get a refund for my food this morning from PayPal. In the meantime last night we then went to BurgerBoi for some food as we were starving and this was absolutely amazing, red hot and significantly tastier and better. So you've lost a long standing loyal customer and I will never return. You couldn't resolve my issue and just proceed to not help and leave me to resolve my issue elsewhere and to eat from somewhere else. I am appalled at the service I received as a long time customer and think the customer service is awful and the food has gone badly down hill.

Food was ok. Very bland overall so the sauces they sent in the bag did help. Chips seemed old as if they had been sat there a while and had gone stale. Delivery driver must of been doing another delivery as he stopped for a good 5 minutes at a different location before delivering my order. Overall bland and disappointing.

Really good food and service at a reasonable price, my girlfriend's favourite burgers in Derby.

Ordered the hood special burger (chicken and meat pattie) meal. Was charged an extra £1.30 for a sprinkle of Grated cheese for my cheesy fries, instead of a cheese sauce. They will also charge you extra 50pence for any sauces you want on your chips! The beef pattie was cooked well, but the chicken was tough and rubbery. Average quality meal, i would recommend that you stick to beef burgers instead of chicken ones as they don't seem to know how to cook it properly.

This is my favourite burger joint in derby, the peri town meal is banging and the seasoned chips is the best around. Prices are very competitive, there’s places that charge more for a lot less food and quality this is why I always stick with these guys

First time at Burgerhood, very nice experience. Staff was super friendly and helpful and food was ace. Huge portions couldn't finish my food! Will be back in future in sha Allah.

No napkins or wet wipes in my takeaway. Taste really good though.

Best burger place in derby - quality meats and delicious buns and sauces. All burgers come with well seasoned chips, too. Their dips are also all delicious.

Used to be a regular via uber eats and in store for collection. Increase in price as others have mentioned did surprise me however I continued to order. I noticed the food quality has gone down and so has the portion. When ordering the chicken fillet burger the burger fillet is overfried and slightly rubbery texture when eating. The chips advertise with herbs I noticed have at times been plain chips or with pinch sprinkled. When newly opened this place was great with portion size. The chips have also been reduced massively considering the price increase. Overall the price does not reflect the portion. Its a shame this place was offering food for value. Currently a new burger joint for me has been Billy Buns.

First time trying burgerhood and absolutely stunned by the meal. Both chicken and beef burgers were served in the most incredible pretzel bun and chips came included! The chips had a fantastic seasoning and crazily big portion too. The tub of sauce was 10/10 just need more! 😆 We ordered for delivery and it came super quick. Piping hot and ridiculously delicious. By far the best and will be ordering again!

Took roughly 10 - 12mins for it to be made after ordering. The burger was good, it comes with delicious chips and sauce and they have range of varieties to choose from. Restaurant space is small though and not so cosy but one can make do with it or do take away

I’m a regular and the prices have gone up insanely you can find franchise burgers for cheaper around so not good at all! Service has gone down hill as well

Not how it used to be…. I’ve been dining at burger hood for a while now. The food is absolutely amazing… best chips I’ve had EVER. BUT - it’s not the same anymore…. The prices have gone… that’s fine but you’d at least expect more for what you pay. You now get a smaller portion of chips and it’s not brought to your table which they always used to do. I know I can just go grab it my self but it’s the little things that matter and make customer service stand out from others restaurants.

this time 2 months ago, this place was a 10 star all day! food was great, prices were even better and service was good too. They closed for a week or so and I came back (bare in mind i’m a regular here) the prices had gone up silly amounts, they no longer serve the burgers to you (you have to collect them from the counter), sauce portions have gone way down and the service is much slower. Have noticed it’s been much more quiet since the “revamp” so it can’t be just me. Expensive, and bad service. food is still good but probably not £9 worth for a simple burger and fries with a water. Time to find a new local burger joint!

From what I have seen it appears that it's closed down I just drove passed and it was closed there's no way that it wouldn't be open after 5 so unless there's a temporary issue with staff it seems as though it's closed down

Ordered two burgers for delivery, both came without onions and had dry, stale and squashed looking buns. They alse seemed to have been left on the grill for far too long as the meat was burnt horribly and felt like eating lightly apiced charcoal. At least the chips were nice, but I didn't pay just for chips.

Always the best. We have got this for more than 30 times and never had a single complain.

The food is nice The only real let down and why I give it three stars If you're eating in it's really cold the door doesn't seem to shut properly the owner should make his customers feel more comfortable But doesn't seem to bother or isn't aware of the issue it has been like this for a few months now. But anyway apart from that I would go again but would prefer to takeaway.

Great burger and seasoned chips, just a shame they're getting rid of the steakhood burger as the steak slices worked really well with the burger and sauces.

Not happy, we ordered a vegi burger and a normal burger. The delivery came and the box was labelled vegi. After we started eating it hubby realised his was vegetarian. I feel sick to the stomach that mine had meat. Appalling mistake guys!

Ordered from here prior and had an amazing burger. Just ordered two more burgers and received the Swiss burger with no burger patty inside. Called the restaurant to see if they could just bring me a burger patty back out and was told that he made the burger himself and the patty was inside. I have a photo to prove this did not contain the patty but was advised just to ask Uber eats for a refund. Absolutely appalled by the customer service as I really like their food and wasn’t asking for too much. Will not be ordering again. Will not let me add photo for some reason.

When I pulled up in my mk6 GTI I instantly sensed that the stupendous cuisine would BLOW MY HEAD OFF. The leng food I devoured was perfectly priced, not too cheap for me which is difficult, and the man who swept the floor (hasan) was a decent bloke and gives banging 10/10 trims. Certi burgers yuno how we do.

My new “go to” place for burgers. Big portion, well presented and the quality is spot on. The pretzel bun does make a difference and makes it more unique compared to other places.

Absolutely majestic. Burgers are literally on a other level. Pretzel buns! Who wouldn’t like that! The size of portions is perfect 🤌🏻 They truly have me hooked up on their chips and hood sauce, which let me tell, are not only cheap, but taste like the best chips I have ever had. Definitely recommend trying it out at least one - they even offer a veggie burger (which to me was mind-blowingly delicious). 100/10 experience, eating in space is not big, but it is a burger place after all

In Derby, you are second to none. Nothing is too much and nothing is missing on that burger. When it came to burger, you were not a second early nor a second late. You were right on time.
