Excellent BK and food was great! Far better than McDonalds! It's more expensive than their competitors however their food is better, more flavour!

As I don't like using the machines to order my food. I politely asked if I could order at the till. As the place was empty, I was told no, it's just the machines. So after a silent pause from all behind the counter. I said thank you for your help and left. The wee van across from the entrance makes a cracking bacon cheese burger.

Been to this branch many times and never been disappointed, food is always hot and fresh, went through drive thru last night and was served within 2 minutes, the young girl was lovely her name was Nicole, will definitely be returning once again!

Great Food, Uncomfortable Vibe I’ll start by saying the food was exactly what I came for—hot, fresh, and just the kind of comfort you expect from Burger King. No complaints there. The issue? The atmosphere created by the staff. There’s a difference between being efficient and being cold. The server seemed visibly annoyed to be dealing with customers, like every order was a personal inconvenience. Eye rolls, dismissive tone, and that look that makes you feel like you’re being silently judged for just existing in the queue for your food. It’s weird to enjoy your meal but also leave feeling a little embarrassed for even showing up. Fast food shouldn’t come with a side of attitude. I’ll probably be back for the food, but I’ll be hoping for a shift change.

Good food, a bit pricey but the staff are judgemental and rude. One woman did not call out my order number and just expected me to know it was mine, and was condescending when I actually managed to get it. Proceeded to call out everyone else’s order number after that. Very judgemental atmosphere.

Great service from staff here at the port. Supported at the order station. Order placed. The meal was freshly made and really enjoyable. Service was ace. Greeted with a smile and was asked to relax ,take a seat and they brought my meal over,table service. Restaurant was spotless

When I was in today for a quick bite to eat a staff member came out to help me on the self service machine as I'm absolutely hopeless wse technology .but the staff member couldn't be more helpful 💯, really made it quick and easy to get my food . And the whopper burger I got was lovely 👌😎

The food was really cold, the driver couldn’t find address then walked from the top of the street! Ridiculous drivers don’t even know where they are going. This has happened before and all you’re offering is delivery money back, which by the way is a disgrace!! Tried to call the restaurant no answer!! Very disappointed I would like a full refund! I’m not paying for something I don’t eat. Absolute disgrace!!

delivery driver was very professional asked for my code at door ( not many do this keep this employee ) and had a great smile

I ordered the Whopper meal, and it was served fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. The service was impressively quick, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Definitely a place I’ll be visiting again for a satisfying meal.

order hasn't arrived and app saying its been delivered at 15:55 and the time is 14:58. absolutely shocking

The service at this burger king was absolutely fantastic! The staff were very nice and accommodating to my specific requests. I got my food correct to what I actually ordered and it came super quickly! It was hot and delicious! Absolutely recommend this burger king! 10/10 dining experience

Forgot my juice and 4 of my dips,

Not been here in a while due to a lot of negative experiences. Thought I'd try it to see if things had improved. Went in and straight away was informed no ordering at tills, orders now through the Electronic ordering boards as opposed to the checkouts. Might be worth the hassle for some but lack of being order through a person at checkout is just madness.

Had a BK meal here tonight with my son and his girlfriend. The service was excellent, with the manager offering to bring our food to our table when ready. The meal was fresh and the restaurant and toilets were spotless. (Was in nearby MD's 3 weeks ago the place was filthy, the staff unhelpful and the toilets disgusting). A nice pleasant atmosphere here in BK Greenock. Will definitely go again. Well done to the manager and his happy team.

Disgusting ordered 4.45 should have been 15-30 mins , left shop 5.10 and not delivered until 5.45 everything was stone cold , about 15 chips in a large fries that cost £3 odds burgers freezing and also chilli cheese bites freezing absolute waste of £22 couldn’t even eat it will never eat from there again

Over priced for the Aberdeen Angus steak burger it was a dreadful anaemic looking thing disappointed so drove over to McDonald's bought a cheese burger and put it in Aberdeen Angus burger and it was spot on won't be using port Glasgow burger king again

Can't believe I'm actually leaving a 5 star for this restaurant. Usually it's a grumpy woman manager bringing down the morale. But Jordan, the assistant manager - is an absolute credit to you. So polite, well mannered and couldn't be anymore helpful. A manager that's also part of the team. Promo for Jordan, get the old morale killers down a peg.

There was items missing from my order so I had to ře-order so paid twice for the same meal. Ridiculous.

We bought a Kids Meal the Cheeseburger was cold and tasteless and the Chips were Luke warm also the Toy was three Crayons also we got a Whopper Meal and the Cheesburger and Chips were Luke warm the prices are very expensive for this we didn't notice this until we parked the Car to eat them it is our first and last time at Burger King as there was no excuse for this as Burger King Drive Thru was empty we were the only People there this is a disgrace

Today I was certainly pleasantly surprised by the attitude of one of the staff, so much I asked her name, her name was Megan. Myself and my son was sitting at a table and he was struggling to finish his meal. I was offered a bag to take it away in, then I was helped to tidy up. Well done Megan, you went the extra mile. Great customer service, thank you.

order arrived on time .food was little cold. very pleasant man. only problem I had using Just eat I had made my order for McDonald's was charged £19.76 went straight to my door was no delivery there .call Port Glasgow McDonald's to ask why it said delivered when it wasn't to speak to the most rude guy who's name was Paul not very helpful at all very rude I want be ordering from them again not even got offered another meal to replace my lost delivery will still to Burger King from now on

the fries and the burger were cold, if they delivered mi e first instead of possibly delivering others then the coldness of the food might be beaten or at least warm.

The delivery was fast, as for the food i loved it the cheese fries were lovely the plant based burger was perfectly assembled and the chili cheese bites are great as usual

Terrible saying they double check bags before delivery well there definitely not doing there job right. missing 3 items order was over £40. unexceptable.

If I could put no stars I would. Worst Burger King I’ve ever hard. Onion rings were brick hard and could literally snap them in half. Brown off lettuce , soggy chicken and chips were like rubber. Absolute joke of place.
