Staff was very nice god service. Food was very hot.

Bad service staff working without hats hairs are everywhere I been asking for mamager lady who said she is manager she dont underdand English.Avoid this place.

Paid sauces missing after being told to park when it was quiet. Barely any peppercorn sauce on the burger. Chips not salted and no salt provided in the bag. Interesting the reviews left that are 5* as well, especially recently all at the same time with the same last name…

The employees are very welcoming and the food was served in due time

My past few visits have been disappointing, fries have been recooked, cold and unworthy of any food establishment. Money saving tactics like reheating fries more than once is disgusting. Not to be sexist, but when it's only the boys on behind the counter here, the food is always cold and served way to quick. The women are far more conscientious around food quality, they are attentive to customers and tbh far more disciplined with their behaviour and topics of discussion behind the counter. I now avoid the restaurant when it's only guys working.

Used the drive through, No listening skills. Poor communication,I had to repeat my order almost 4 time. Rude.

The Orders were fresh and hot, while the drinks were cool and chilled. Amazing speed of service and a great location for the business. Can't wait to go back again.

Delivered on time, all food hot. Chips were cheese and bacon (for a hefty up grade charge) and we are still looking for the cheese! Although there were bacon bits they could be counted on one hand! Milkshakes were also sickly sweet which went down great with the kids but even they struggled to finish them

very bad service asked for a plain cheese burger and got it with sauce and a burger meal thing only got the burger and drink and ordered 6 chicken nuggets drink and chips and only got 4 chicken nuggets and chips my order was very incorrect and outrageous very disappointing

I recently visited Burger King and was pleasantly surprised! The service was quick and friendly, and the staff were polite and attentive. I ordered a Whopper and fries — everything was hot, fresh, and super tasty. The bun was soft, the meat had a rich flavor, and the portion was satisfying. I also appreciated how clean and comfortable the dining area was, with plenty of space to relax or work. Great value for money — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Food was roughly 20 minutes after initial ETA. If it’s going to take longer that’s fine but just say that. Stating a short ETA then extending is very annoying. The food was lukewarm by the time it arrived. If it was on time I would have understood as I am a reasonable distance away from the restaurant, but the extra 20 minutes makes me wonder if the food was sat waiting and getting cold.

The chips don’t travel that well but overall for a quick dinner thumbs up 👍🏻

Always think BK have a great selection of Double burgers, easy to add extra pickle and their fries are great. Coffee has improved in last few years, not as good as Macdonald's coffee but the food is miles ahead of McDonald's. Always good and filling

My drink from there yesterday tasted like washing up liquid. Been in there 4 or 5 times and everytime there has been something bad about the experience. There was a woman waiting by the till for a few minutes before anyone spoke to her. They basically refused to serv her and directed her to the order points, which she couldn't work out how to use. Its weak, very weak service. Against my better judgement I went in again today months after writing the above review. The drinks tasted awful I don't know why the drinks machine is so bad in there.

Food is freezing! Slush is water, ridiculous

Totally wrong order, which may not seem like a big deal but it is when you have three young children waiting for their food and when it arrives they cant eat it.

Three times I’ve ordered a whopper with no tomato ketchup and three times there’s been tomato ketchup on it. Why put alternatives if they are ignored. How hard is it to understand ‘ no tomato ketchup’. Thought to myself ‘ can’t happen three times’ That’s my last time ordering and you need to do something about it.

ordered our food at 6.05pm told us delivery time is 6.30pm/6.50pm, didn't arrive until 7.23pm. 1 drink was missing and all food was freezing cold.

I’ve given Burger King way too many chances, and every time I think it can’t get any worse, they prove me wrong. I’ve been to this location numerous times and have had the same frustrating issues—missing items, incorrect orders, or entire meals just forgotten altogether. I’ve always let it slide, thinking maybe it was a one-off mistake. But today was the last straw. We placed our order around 10:30 pm, and once again, they completely messed it up. So, we decided to return it and ask for a correction just before closing time (11 pm). What we got back was nothing short of a disaster. The food was ice cold, as though it had been pulled out of a freezer, not freshly made, and at that point, it was too late to complain again. This experience was absolutely disgusting. The lack of attention to detail, the poor quality of food, and the utter disregard for customer service is appalling. I won’t be coming back. Enough is enough.

My food was never delivered. The courier had my food for one hour and never came to my door . Very bad service . I have used just eat multiple times .

Had a vegan and a chicken royale as a meal, including fries and drinks, and both were great. Especially the vegan one was top notch as it didn't look much different from the ACTUAL chicken royale, both in taste and look. Also the staff there is really cooperative and fast.

Got my food from here. The staff was friendly, and I got my order in the blink of an eye.

Never get the right order, and it is not the first time for I have BK. MISTAKES 2 original fries, ordered 1. I have ordered a capri sun juice what I don't have. LUCKILY PLANTIE WATER IN THE TAP.

Ok so- depending on time of day visiting- tends to be slower service- which wouldn't be an issue if the food was always hot. Overall not bad but if I get take away from beach branch, which is further away from my house, why is it consistently hotter when I get home 🤭🤷‍♀️

Burger King gives a wide option and variety of food. Customer service, food taste are awesome. Staffs are helpful. I would recommend everyone to visit the place to a have good food

Unfortunately the food was stone cold and the drinks half empty. The strawberry frozen drink tasted off. Quality of the burger was way better than McDonalds, but the fact it was cold put me off. It’s not something I would order again, especially at the prices.

First visit, it was OK, quite difficult to order food and a drink, as they don't offer meal deals, so we had to order each item Individually! Unless we got it wrong?

When ordered delivery said 30 minutes. Then when ordered said it would take 50 minutes. Time kept changing and it took an hour and 5 minutes before it was delivered.

3 portions off chips where cold and I ordered 9 chillie cheese bites and was given 6

Just did the drive through at Berryden, could hardly hear the Indian woman that took our order, not clear or loud enough, was a bit abrupt when we got our order, got home opened it up, all 3 drinks were like water, no fizz at all, looked like the ice had melted. Chips were dry and tasteless, daughters burger was burnt. I don’t believe the person pouring the drinks or cooking the burger never knew what they were serving. Will NOT be going back there any time soon.

Second time I have ordered from this Burger King requesting not tomato sauce and no lettuce but they obviously don’t look at the instructions . Very disappointed and won’t be ordering again.

Went the other day the ladie behind the till can't speak atm word of English. I wanted to pay cash which they said was fine but had to pay card cause the till was closed 2 hour before the shop shuts. Driver need to start to read the note, I put in instructions to stop the driver going to an old lady who lives at a different 17. Happens all the time that’s why I put a note for the driver!!!

I asked for extra mayo and extra lettuce and there was barely a scrape on it. Lettuce was brown and like jelly. Juice was roasting hot ☹️ disappointing, especially after a drive from Glasgow
