Burger King in Salford

Chips were bland but everything else was lovely xx

Food was freezing cold. Chips inedible! Burger ok but cold and rubbery. This was due to the delivery not the actual food. Driver collected food then proceeded to drive the wrong way stopping and going a few times before coming to me after me messaging him. Very disappointed in my delivery. Wasted money as most food went in the bin. I don’t understand why the driver has collected food then go the wrong way obviously for another order!

Came a hour past the promise time, was wet and freezing cold, the delivery driver drove with the bag open, turned up and demanded the code then drove off

Rude delivery driver. Came outside the hotel waiting for him and he didn’t get out his car he was flashing his lights at me then proceeded to shout out the window for me to come over. I’m a young woman by my self and it’s dark I was very uncomfortable walking over to his car. He then said next time I needed to be quicker coming over to the car. I didn’t realise delivery drivers don’t get out there car now ?! Or was that just this man

The food here is up to the standard of the Burger King name and just what you would expect and delicious. The service and atmosphere however.... Atmosphere is the place feels like a prison canteen with large transparent sheets over the serving area - sure the area might not be the best but you have security and surely a best solution could be found? The service leaves a lot to be desired - ordered through the app and saw what I realised was my order sitting there for 10 minutes not realising I had to announce myself. The guy serving there could clearly see me standing around with no one else there - maybe using his brain to ask me if I've been served instead of rudely exclaiming (after I was super polite asking if that was my order) that I need to announce myself to pickup.

Food was very cold drink on its side at the bottom of bag good job it was slushy

The 2 bacon cheeseburgers were cold, however the fries were hot indicating that the food was already cold upon leaving the restaurant.

I had a great experience at Burger King! The vegan Royale and , the fries were hot and crispy, and the service was quick and friendly definitely coming back!

half a portion of cold fries. ordered a double whooper got a single. Order nuggets with bbq sauce didn't get the sauce. everything was cold

The bag came with half full drinks and no straws, how are you supposed to drink a slush with no straw?Portions arrived smaller than advertised on description(small)

The worst burger I even try in Burger King!! I order the Angus peppercorn burger , but it got not peppercorn sauce!!!!!

tge driver was sat ouside my adress for 10 minutes and the procided to take his time knowing himself he was late, the food was cold and was not kept in a warmer bag!!

Went through the drive thru this evening, 2 stars given for service as although the guy that took & packed our order was polite, one of our burgers were missing. Fault on our behalf as we didn't check until we were over the mancunian way! But either way, he should have been thorough too - paid £28+ for a missing burger 😒 Didn't give me a receipt either. So had to stop at McDonald's to make up for it. Burgers that we did receive were very short of salad & sauce - usually enjoy & prefer burger king to McDonald's but this visit was disappointing.

I'm editing my review after one and half years of being their customer. I understand the difficulties of rush hour and being tired, but that's not a good reason to make food incorrectly or incomplete. You can see what I ordered vs what I received. And this wasn’t the first time , it has happened to me several times. The only order you can be sure you'll receive exactly as promised is the Whopper or Double Whopper. When they introduce limited time items, you have to expect this kind of experience. I will update my review if I see that they fix this issue.

The delivery time kept being revised upwards while I waited. It's pretty obvious that the food was made when I ordered and then left sitting for over an hour while they tried to find a delivery driver. By the time the food arrived it was stone cold

First of all, the delivery was supposed to be at 9:30, which was delivered at 10:30. I asked the delivery man to call me after reaching the hotel. He did not pay any heed to that. Overall, Not satisfied at all. Will consider changing delivery app now.

Really lovely staff helped us order our food and were very sweet and accommodating even though they were busy.The food was amazing and the restaurant was actually really clean and well kept, will definitely be coming back 👍🏼

Best part of 10£ for chicken burger fries and coke, which you have to figure out how to pour yrself. Ketchup you have to ask for. Place is just about OK but you get a sense it is inferior to McDonald's

order a BURGER king and they don't give you the burger !! don't answer the phone either.

Order said it had been delivered but never arrived had a call from the driver complaining it was too far and needed more money this is unacceptable!!!!

Good restaurant, car park a bit small and disabled spaces full of delivery drivers. Food is good, would like to see something festive and vegan.

Food was delivered on time but all of it was stone cold raised a complaint through just eat and got a partial refund. Though would have preferred a total one! When you pay near restaurant prices you should be able to get basics like hot food right.

The Fanta drink was half filled they sent a vanilla shake rather than strawberry. The lettuce on the whopper was brown the onion rings were cold and hard as a rock. I threw everything out as it was cold and uneatable.this is the second time I have had a bad order from this place. Will never order from here again

After waiting for 70 mins for my order I called to find out that the driver who was supposed to pick up my food had issues with his application. I have asked for the order to be cancelled, as was going out, and received a msg from a driver an hour later that he is at my door with food. He marked an order as delivered although no one was home and no food was left

Food was as expected. Pretty good from Burger King. Delivery guy seemed to be cycling around for ages and the street really isn’t that hard to find

Pouring with rain, wasn’t clear online that only thing open is the drive thru at 1am. When I tried to speak to the girl that worked there she was rude and said she couldn’t help me and slammed the door in my face before I could speak. Not coming here again.

Ordered at 15:30pm said it was delivered at 18.00 but wasn’t and the time is still going up for delivery. Went into the restaurant for them to tell me it had been sent at 17:30 and to cancel my order on the app

the courier was great delivered to the right place best thing u did was put a code so order come right address but my food came freezing and my Ben and Jerry's ice cream was like water I could drink it the restaurants need to prepare orders when the couriers get there not before because this results in freezing food and waste of money because it is ruined so has to go in the bin so not happy with the restaurant food quality

the only thing delivered was the fries and kids drink rang them and they hung up, never ordering from them again

I placed my order at 19:30 with the expectation of the food arriving by 20:15 latest but the order didn’t arrive until 20:48. I wasn’t able to receive the order as I had to leave my accommodation to go out. I tired cancelling the order as it was so delayed but I wasn’t given the option. I would please like to request a refund as I wasn’t able to get my food due to the long delay after the app said it would take between 25-45 minutes.

I didn’t receive my food but I got charged for it. I know mistakes happen but I’d quite like this order getting refunded
