Worst experience ever. Cold food, Royal chicken was burned and the cheeseburger was horrible(we've bin it). Sprite had a terrible taste and I always drink Sprite when I eat to Burger King. We had previously bad experiences in this restaurant but we thought maybe it was just a coincidence.

Worst burger king in the country bar none. Burger was dryer than a nuns v**ina. Management was rude and staff were terrible

staff with attitude and can't be bothered style. food somehow seemed to be inferior to bk that i buy in a normal bk. unless they are going down the save as much money as you can route by making portions smaller that most places are doing. i won't know until i go again and that will probably be at the airport next week. not a fan of bk really anyway but i do like a chicken royale. this one just seemed like a slightly cheaper version of what it once was.

We never expect amazing food from fast food chains but when you order two of the same meal you at least expect them to look the same. One of the burgers looked squashed and dry. Upon returning to the counter my partner was mocked by the ‘shift manager’ Josh for wanting to exchange it. When he told him he could be seen taking the mick instead of apologising and laughing it off he was rude, antagonistic and completely unprofessional. As my parters carer (he has a disability) I later approached the staff to get Josh’s name. He was then also rude to me! I could go into details but let’s just say this man is not fit to manage himself let alone a food establishment. We won’t be eating there again!

Rude staff, after an item of food was over cooked to the point of being inedible they refused to bring out a replacement to the seating areas, even though though there were 6 members of staff on and they were only serving two sets of customers, “we don’t do that” was the response given by the girl serving. They also didn’t apologise for the overcooked food, they did however replace it, but unfortunately not only do we have to get up mid-meal to complain but we also had walk back across the food court mid-meal to collect our replacement. Just poor customer service. There was no surprise that the food was completely overcooked, the blonde female server literally didn’t even look in the bag, she just threw it straight in the bin when it was taken to the counter, which shows that it’s clearly a standard they are used too. Although we were told that “we don’t do that” in reference to leaving behind the counter, we then saw two members of staff come out from behind the counter (with one sliding on his bum over the counter) to socialise with members of the public in the food court.

Having read the reviews I was hoping for a good meal. Not had a Burger King for many years. Ordering from the menu illuminated behind the counter was not too difficult. I had a normal cheese burger and my partner had a whopper. I asked for it to be freshly cooked and hot. Seating is in a food hall with plenty of space. Site toilets are clean. Meal was hot and tasty and the chips were hot. I preferred the chips to McDonalds thin version. So we enjoyed our meal.

Having not been to burger king for sometime I ordered 2 burgers on my stop off home. Both burgers were cold and tasteless. Needless to say with ever growing competition it is likely that I won't return and more damaging tell my friends.

We were doing the rounds of the shops and were in need of something to cool us down. In the food court there's a Burger King - the ice cream sundae did the trick. And only 99p!

I had an Angus burger at midday day on a Saturday... It tasted like it had been cooked alot earlier and been left. Wife had a chicken royal... Brown lettuce. Child burger meal.. Sold chicken burger.. Cooked too long. Not cheap and small drinks compared to Mcdonald or other bk restaurants Next time subway

Nipped in during the dreaded shopping trip was very clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and food is consistent.

Just like many other Burger King outlets I've visited up and down the UK this branch is overpriced and the service is painfully slow. We ordered two kids meals and asked for "Fish Fingers" meals. We were immediately informed that they didn't have any fish fingers. Given we have a halal diet our kids can only ever have fish fingers or the vegetarian burger meals, so the choice is very limited anyway. Funnily enough its not the first time have been told that they don't have any fish fingers. Surely this meal can't be that popular. We asked what toys were available with the meals and were again informed that they didn't know. Anyway we eventually received the food after what felt like an age. Be warned that the portion sizes are very small, and that the food is barely edible. Also be warned that the food court where this branch is located is very congested and you'll be lucky to find any seating. This is the last time I'll be eating at Burger King and recommend you steer well clear.

Grandsons favourite place to eat not surprised this was were husband wanted his birthday lunch and food excellent as always

Useful place to eat when staying at Travelodge next door, as Little Chef closes 3 pm, very quick service and polite staff, tables available to eat in. Very clean.

They have the title of screwing ever thing up,on my visit ever thing was about the same temp as my ice cold coke. The whopper was stale and cold as was the cheese burger and fries now that's an achievement!!!! Well done all

On visiting Mcarthur Glen with my 10 year old son we decided to eat in Burger King.We waited quite a while to place our order and the staff member seemed very disinterested. No initial welcome,hello or anything seemed to be more interested in other peoples orders than ours.After putting the order on the tray she turned away and never made a comment.I'm not entirely sure if she was actually running the shift because when some other staff members came back she made some sort of unfriendly comment to them.The food was tasty but the attitude really spoiled the meal.I don't think i would be tempted to eat here again.The eating area was clean with people wiping tables etc.

A small team of staff took our order, and we were asked to take a seat. The restaurant was clean although quiet. One staff member asked us which sauces we would like and the children got a paper crown whilst they waited. The food arrived quickly, tasty and hot. I've worked as a manager in fast food and I was pleasantly surprised how fresh the food tasted. Quiet restaurants can quite easily fall into a cycle of neglect and poor standards, happy to report not in this case. Many thanks 👍🏼
