Burger King in Croydon

Good evening, the housekeeper did not want to collaborate with the communication since I speak Spanish, he asked me for the code and did not deliver my order. Now I have no food after 2 hours

It had taken 2 hours to come and then was completely frozen when it had arrived

I couldn’t eat my chips they was cold and also my sharing bucket I just had to reheat my burger because I was so hungry , but nothing else the food was cold the sharing bucket and fries was the worse everything was hard in the sharing box like not

Missing Vegan royale from my order and no one has still come back to me.

Told the driver where we were and he still delivered it to the wrong door u never got my food

I enjoyed the burger fries and drink of coca cola. Love the monster energy drink. drank only a little bit and of the coca cola, enjoyed my food it was hot and tasty. Will order the same thing again soon. 👍😋 Sauce doesn't taste nice.

2 drops should be aloud if in opposite directions, all my food is cold now.

Absolutely rubbish cold , stale, bacon not cooked. Ordered on uber eats , just eats delivered. Whoever sent that out should be made to eat the rubbish.

We got the wrong order, instead of apple slices with the kids meal we got chips

The order was missing a burger and the children's burger was Hard I therefore went down to the store to correct the issues where I was presented with rude and unbuttered staff who was not happy to correct the order and they tried to blame it all on just eat.

food never arrived and updates never came, I had to contact just eat 2 hours after ordering for them to sort it.

update went a few days ago june 2024. amazing plant burger good fries portions. yet i went to a burger king in wales the plant patty was so undercooked had a different texture made me think was eating meat. i dont even know but was horrible. Was like eating a different burger. Has put me of 2023The customer service is great. Also the plant whooper is the best.i had a few times and it looks like the photos on advertisment board's. Yet in other burger kings like Charlton branch the burger is small.

Food arrived stone cold. I saw on the map the delivery driver go in the opposite direction to my house and took 30 mins later to arrive. When I queried this I was told it was not his fault and I needed to complain to the app as they had given him 2 deliveries at once and what could he do about it? Very poor service and poor response.

Food was cold as took so long to get here. Driver did not take the quickest route and possibly dropped off other orders which meant by the time it got here my food was cold. Please refund.

Food is very hot and tasty , staff are so friendly and atmosphere is excellent. Other food shops are not so good as Burger King.

I have never had a problem here. My experience has always been good. Super fast service and food always fresh when I receive my order. Staff have always been very nice to me. Prices could be cheaper but apart from that I have always been happy.

I would like to report that the food was completely cold. The restaurant prepared the food in record time (4 mins).The driver picked up the food from Burger King at 7.31pm and, according to the map, was supposed to take up to 5 mins to deliver as the restaurant is very close to my house. The driver took a detour to a different direction all the way to handcraft road where he stopped for two minutes. The estimate delivery time once the driver left the restaurant was 7.35pm and the food was delivered at 7.45pm which was late enough for the food to be cold. Hopefully you can check the timings to verify and recognise that as someone who orders often (and never complaints) this is an negative experience and do something about it, maybe a refund or a voucher. The cyclist went to Thornton heath before he made my delivery. He said he had 3 deliveries before mine and took my food with him. It arrived freezing cold. I don’t want it

Food is great but the place is heavily outdated, it's like I've walked into the late 2000s, no app support so I can't order or get deals through there. I think BK should definitely invest some money into this place and bring it up to the standard of other more modern burger kings.

Food was stone cold, How are riders allowed to work without thermal bags?

I place my order with a set delivery time of by 20:35 as I was expected to be home at 20:25. The driver showed up early not adhering to my scheduled/preferred delivery time and had a attitude as he had to wait for me to arrive.

Delivery location showed rider in completly different location at time of due arrival. They must have made mulriple deliveries before ours, which would explain why the food was so cold by the time it got delivered.

The delivery driver picked up my with another order, he went 15 minutes in the complete opposite direction to my house on a pushbike, he then went back past burger king to drop my food. He had my food for 30 minutes before I received it, it was stone cold and inedible, just eat only refunded half the money for food that got chucked in the bin

Vegan is only vegan without cheese, come on guys, be better
