Burger King in Croydon

They didn’t give me portion of chips

Ordered a double whopper with cheese, missing from the order. Peppercorn burger arrived, but stone cold as well as the fries and onion rings

Took almost an hour to arrive, chips rock hard and not cooked. Burgers were okay. Delivery guy rude and took ages to arrive, too busy taking on the phone…..

Food was freezing. Chips undercooked.

They forgot my large fries. I ordered a meal and 20 onion rings. I received the meal onion rings and the free onion rings plus my drink. But the spare large fries is missing

My order was never delivered despite the app said it was delivered at17;36

The burger smells very foul Nd i cannot eat it

WAS DISAPPOINTED AS FOOD WAS COLD. COLD DRINK WAS RIGHT NEXT TO THE FOOD, WHICH WOULD NOT HAVE HELPED.

I enjoyed my food it was so good and mostly It filled me up, enjoyed one of the Monster Energy Drinks the black can one not had it since 2022 drink was cold and too good.

cold, forgot sauces. I prefer this restaurant to the other fast food burger chain who always serve cold food. Please don't let your standards slide, I know you can deliver hot fresh food.

Ordered a family bundle, but no ben and jerrys ice cream was delivered. The main reason we ordered that bundle. No way to claim for that missing item. What a joke.

Took an hour to be delivered and arrived stone cold, had to be binned due to poor quality. Burger King and JustEat not interested as they have their money.

The new vegan royale is amazing I like Praveen he is very nice I wish they would update the shop it is in serious need of a facelift, got posters up from 2006 and you can really tell

It took over an hour to receive food that should have arrived within 10 to 20 minutes. This wasn't the driver's fault, it took ages at the preparation stage while driver was at restaurant. Leave me wondering what advantage there is to ordering in fut

i ordered a bundle meal, everything was ok with the exception of the onion rings they were the worst I have ever had and was clearly not fresh at all they were hard and cold, I dont appreciate being given something that was clearly sitting around for awhile, I wouldnt accept them if I went in store so why should I be given them when I order from home.

we order from here all the time and hardly run into any issues however the chicken steakhouse was completely dried out like it was cooked in the morning and then reheated to be used in the evening absolutely abysmal again

The burgers are so full of flavour with just the right amount of toppings, that when i fancy a burger, burger king is my favourite choice.

The burgers are seasoned really well and taste amazing. everything from lettuce to the sauce compliment these burgers, just the right amount of each giving a amazing taste every bite.

I ordered a double cheeseburger with no onions and no pickles as my 6 year old son is allergic and it has arrived with onions in it!

Ordered from the Church St branch as they are normally a much better standard than the branch at East Croydon. The driver was at the restaurant for nearly half hour and the time kept going up so I knew there was going to be an issue. Watching the map the driver then delivered other jobs before heading to me. All of the food was stone cold. This keeps happening with Just Eat recently so I will not be using the app again until they stop allowing multiple drops nowhere near each other

Good evening, the housekeeper did not want to collaborate with the communication since I speak Spanish, he asked me for the code and did not deliver my order. Now I have no food after 2 hours

It had taken 2 hours to come and then was completely frozen when it had arrived

I couldn’t eat my chips they was cold and also my sharing bucket I just had to reheat my burger because I was so hungry , but nothing else the food was cold the sharing bucket and fries was the worse everything was hard in the sharing box like not

I enjoyed the burger fries and drink of coca cola. Love the monster energy drink. drank only a little bit and of the coca cola, enjoyed my food it was hot and tasty. Will order the same thing again soon. 👍😋 Sauce doesn't taste nice.

Absolutely rubbish cold , stale, bacon not cooked. Ordered on uber eats , just eats delivered. Whoever sent that out should be made to eat the rubbish.

We got the wrong order, instead of apple slices with the kids meal we got chips

The order was missing a burger and the children's burger was Hard I therefore went down to the store to correct the issues where I was presented with rude and unbuttered staff who was not happy to correct the order and they tried to blame it all on just eat.

update went a few days ago june 2024. amazing plant burger good fries portions. yet i went to a burger king in wales the plant patty was so undercooked had a different texture made me think was eating meat. i dont even know but was horrible. Was like eating a different burger. Has put me of 2023The customer service is great. Also the plant whooper is the best.i had a few times and it looks like the photos on advertisment board's. Yet in other burger kings like Charlton branch the burger is small.

Food arrived stone cold. I saw on the map the delivery driver go in the opposite direction to my house and took 30 mins later to arrive. When I queried this I was told it was not his fault and I needed to complain to the app as they had given him 2 deliveries at once and what could he do about it? Very poor service and poor response.

I ordered food my food went to another delivery that was completely opposite way in another area then sat their for over 20 minutes without moving before heading to mine to come on a slow electric scooter with stone cold food I’m fuming waste of my money Burger King can’t go in the microwave the time just kept pushing back so I couldn’t do a nothing about

I have never had a problem here. My experience has always been good. Super fast service and food always fresh when I receive my order. Staff have always been very nice to me. Prices could be cheaper but apart from that I have always been happy.
