Burger Hut in Birmingham

Tried this place out yesterday after my mates told me about it and was quietly impressed the smash burger was on point loaded fries were pukkah definitely worth a try n prices reasonable too can't go wrong 5 stars from me

No photos sadly. It was dark. Tried this new smashburger joint out. I enjoyed my visit. The staff are really friendly and chatty and i liked this. Engaging with your customer is a winning tactic. Theyre going on just eat soon and will expand their menu too. We ordered two 6oz smash burgers. Both were enjoyable. My personal preference would have been to have the meat cooked a bit less. Our burgers were cooked well before the chips then we drove for about 8 minutes before eating them. So this was mainly our fault. The meat was a wee bit bland but fortunately no herbs were added to the meat. Maybe some cracked black pepper would give a nice kick. However we both really enjoyed our burgers. They use 3oz patties here so you get more for your money. The fries were 3/8inch and therefore much bigger and better than your normal skinny french fries. They also do a decent range of loaded fries. These guys have only been opened about a month. I’ll definitely return and try them again. I like the set up. Its a bit like Phat Jo’s on the Stratford Road, but closer to my house! Literally on a street corner, serving yummy burgers. Theres a good scene for smash burgers in Brum so you’re gonna need to stand out soon to get the business. Hopefully they will continue to improve here and keep strengthening the business.

BEST smash burgers in Birmingham. Having tried the double cheeseburger with cheesy fries I can honestly say nothing comes close to this place, you will not be disappointed. Will be paying a visit again for sure.

Amazing food as well as incredible staff. The best smash patties I have had in Birmingham, this is my go to place!
