Top service, top burgers. Not a complaint

Banging burgers. A little bit on the expensive side but as they say 'you pay for what you get' and it was definitely worth the few extra £££. I've tried the tikka and Spanish fries also and they were also on a whole different level I don't know how they made chips taste so good 😋

I rarely leave any reviews but in this situation I need to do it. I was your customer for a last year and I have always loved your food. Today me and my partner ordered £40 worth food delivery. We have waited for nearly 3 HOURS! (Yes, I understand it’s Saturday evening…) Food was delivered so cold that fries turned hard and portions smaller than normal as can be seen on the 2 photos. I want to add that I called your store after 1,45h of waiting and asked how long is gonna take. Woman on the phone said 15 minutes. No it wasn’t 15 minutes, I teas 45 minutes :( I am not a typical Karen but tbh guys I am really disappointed.

Had food from here tonight, absolutely beautiful, the big mac sauce is amazing

Oh my wow! This place is amazing! Just saw it driving passed and me and my partner said let’s give it a try!!! Wow best thing we ever did the people working behind the counter are fantastic so lovely even brought our food to us for such a small restaurant I would 100000% recommend this place to anyone!

We had gone here for food and the staff were very friendly, music and atmosphere was on point and the food was absolutely outstanding, not a bad word to say about it, needs to be noticed more, the fries the chicken burger and tenders were all fresh presentation was amazing, some of the best food I have ever had and there chipotle sauce oh my lord!

Cracking place for a bite. Atmosphere and owner absolutely brilliant with myself and family. Had 2 smash burgers, 1 chicken burger and 2 chicken meals along with some extra loaded fires....Mexican ones are really good. First time here and definitely won't be the last. Not local, but will go out of way to visit again. Highly recommended 👌

Amazing burgers and the loaded fries are incredible too! We loved the food we had here including some seasonal sides like the deep fried pigs in blankets. The Spanish burger was our favourite but very closely followed by the tikka fries. It is very well priced and the staff are lovely too! Definitely one to add to your list to visit and be sure to check out the monthly specials!

Awesome food such good price for the quality and portion size and very grateful for them reading my note and even letting me know inside the box which was no sauce!

Ordered i can't choose box. I did have to wait a while as they were busy but can totally say it was worth it. The burgers were the best I've ever had the chips were also amazing! The pizza fries to die for. The tikka fries honestly the best ive tasted by far. Definitely will be ordering here again!! I'm not one to reveiw places but I was so blown away I had to!

Delicious food me and my partner couldn’t decide what we wanted as it all good so good so we went for the “I can’t choose Box” Service was super friendly and gave us a drink on the house which was a super nice touch! Will be coming here again!

WOW! 😲 That were one of the Best Burgers 🍔 we ever had in Swansea (huge competitor to Albert's Hall ones!) 🥰 Totally tender, fresh and juicy meat - very tasty. Chips and 'Mac' sauce been pretty good too! I've heard about this place couple of times but after bad experience with one local independent Burgers Place treat those opinions carefully. Now, I feel I was very wrong and definitely need to give it a go and get order something on place.

Ordered here last night 35 pound food was terrible burgers burnt bun burnt tasteless chips were like carboard wish I had got 20 pounds worth of Mac Donald’s would at least of had a drink or milkshake with it avoid this place well over priced and tasteless not worth the money at all

we tried this place but we were really disappointed, the wait was over 45 minutes, the packaging was poor, all the burgers tasted burnt and one in particular was completely black which after the second bite I couldn't eat it was too burnt. the chips were raw white with very little bacon on top, the onion rings were good but with more than £60 spent I expected to eat something more. I won't recommend this place.

Was in two minds whether we should go for a burger joint or a grill restaurant. Definitely made the right choice going to burger freakz! The food was lovely and delicious. The customer service was exceptional, Ryan really made me feel welcome and at home. He gave us complimentary items on the house and also rounded down the total. We came to Visit Burger Freakz from London, the staff are absolutely exceptional very friendly and kind especially a man called Ryan. The food was fresh and tasted so delicious. We ordered Double Cheeburger, Mother Stunning Burger, Chicken tikka fries and chicken tenders. The food I can’t even write it how good it was, will deffo try come and visit again.

Recently moved to Swansea fancied a burger. Had spain in a box, banging. Burgers, pattys and buns SPOT on. Dirty fries fantastic, great quality onion rings. Will deffo order again.

Order through Uber eats never arrived, no contact number working and Uber Eats also couldnt contact the resteraunt

Very disappointed placed order two hours ago and still no delivery both contact numbers are off and can't get through to anyone for delivery.

Wow, not only was the burger amazing but the owner was super friendly too….. I was there today to clean the outside of their building on behalf of the landlord and the owner of this place offered me some water and to try one of his double cheeseburgers… 🍔 It’s the best burger I’ve tasted to date, soft, tasty and full of flavour. All I can say is WOW! The best burger I have ever had. The best way to finish off the day, being a family of foodies we love trying new places and BurgerFreakz is one place we keep coming back for more. The burgers are 10/10, loaded fries 10/10 and tenders 10/10. Service is quick foods fresh and hot (ordered and delivered within 45minutes). What more can you ask for than amazing food and amazing service. Having tried burgers in high end restaurants and various country’s, BurgerFreakz burgers are top tier. Every time I’ve had a meal, everyone eating has enjoyed. The quality of the meal is amazing. NEVER had a bad meal, can’t think of one thing to complain about. You won’t regret eating here. I’ve sent many family and friends here to try their food and everyone has had the same reaction. Ordering is really simple I have ordered in the shop, on Ubereats uk and when I was unable to order on the Ubereats app I rang the restaurant and the gentleman on the phone was happily enough to put the order through over the phone. Each way was simple, easy and quick to do. Wish I had a photo to show the food I’ve received, but it’s never been left on the table long enough to get a picture before someone’s eaten it. You won’t be able to beat them … BEST BURGER ABOUT!

Delivery, can only speak via experience, ordered at 17:05 delivery was 18:45 totally unacceptable considering they say delivery within 65 minutes, don’t get me wrong the food is lovely 100% delicious, but if they say on Uber eats delivery is anything up to two hours at least the customer can make their own minds up. If I was to offer any advice, be truthful to the customer

We absolutely love Burgerfreakz! The share box was fantastic—great value for money and incredibly delicious. The food was hot, fresh, and of amazing quality. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, and the sides were perfectly cooked. We especially enjoyed the onion rings and the generous portion sizes. The staff are outstanding; the first time I ordered from Burgerfreakz, they brought my food to where I was working across the road, saving me the wait in the shop, and even included extra nacho cheese sauce! Their customer service is exceptional, always friendly and attentive. We are definitely looking forward to trying more items on the menu! Burgerfreakz has quickly become our go-to spot for a satisfying meal even though we live in Neath, the drive is totally worth it. Highly recommended!

This place is outstanding! Tonight we visited for the first time after winning ourselves a free meal. We opted for the bacon triple sharer box which included 2 triple bacon cheese burgers, bacon and cheese laoded fries, and the most amazing home made onion rings. It tasted better than it looked.... and it looked OUT OF THIS WORLD. We also had the Filthy Senorita Burger which had grilled chorizo, loaded American cheese, with garliic mayo & chilli... WOW! The cheese dips are a must... dipping your beautiful burger in to that warm gooey dairy is like HEAVEN! You'd be bonkers not to give this place a bash.

Well this topped off our Saturday night, a visit to @BurgerFreakz in Swansea 🍔 This is a hard one to beat! Excellent customer service, food quality is unbeleivable and they do not mess around with portion size👌🏻 We ordered the “I cant decide double bacon cheeseburger sharer” which comes Chicken Tikka fries and also pizza fries. And also an amzing chicken burger. Il be honest i thought pizza fries was just just a gimmick as im not a huge fan of loaded fries, but damn i was wrong they were amazing, that good id have them on their own any day of the week! The burgers were immense, pattys with suculant and very tasty, perfect amount of sauce and toppings, and banging bacon 🥓. The chicken burher was moist and so so tasty! The customer service was lovely even though I only picked up the food, the food itself was lovely and the portions were perfect, got a sharer box with lots of sauces and can say all the sauces complimented the food really well, especially the cheese sauce, it tasted amazing with all the food. The burger was very nice and juicy and the chicken was nice and juicy. I highly recommend this place

£55 order, I’m no food expert but honestly I don’t know what all the hype is about the burgers we had where very average and honestly nothing to shout about ( they where home made ) but I’ve had better in all honesty, a portion of seasoned fries for £4.50. The box wasn’t even half full, the pizza fries honestly £8????? I don’t think I’d be happy if they were a £5, chicken tender’s probably iceland ( my opinion ) kids meal £7 and no drink? The meal itself was satisfactory in portion size for a child. this is a genuine review and the quality of food doesn’t reflect the price it’s me who chose to pay the amount for the x2 burgers, fries, pizza fries, kids meal and chicken tenders, if I was satisfied you wouldn’t be reading this well over hyped

The burger I received contained raw meat with cheese and no vegetables, making it inedible. Additionally, the loaded fries were overly oily, and the cheese was not even properly melted on top. The overall lack of quality and attention to detail in the food was truly disheartening. I hope that Burger Freakz takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their food quality and preparation processes for the benefit of their customers."

Food was really good, but really disappointed that we ordered food for collection at 10.40 and had to wait another 25 minutes for our food. :/
