I’ve been here loads of times now and it’s always gorgeous. Never once had an incorrect order or anything wrong with the food. Very friendly staff too.

Great food has been delivered consistently from these guys for as long as I can remember ordering from them. Chicken tenders, their spicy firestarter ( if you're brave enough) and biscof cookie dough (freshly from the oven) are favourites I recommend.

Wow!!! My boyfriend had the mac and cheese burger and I had the honey tenders with fries and mac and cheese balls. Amazing!!! We also ordered the dubai chocolate strawberries and they were wonderful. 10/10

The smash beef burger is the best burger I’ve ever had the chips was seasoned well, so well cooked. I also had the Dubai chocolate cup I thought it was nice but needed more pistachio cream there was a lot more chocolate but over all so impressed how nice it all was 🤩

I ordered food from here today and it said it would arrive in around 45-50 mins which I was fine with. Over an hour and 15 mins later it still hadn't arrived so I rang up and found out the issue and was told 30 ish minutes which I was semi frustrated from the long wait but was fine with. When it finally arrived I opened up my order to find that the dip I had ordered which I had paid for wasn't included and the burger I selected to have no onions had onions on it which if I was allergic would have been very bad luckily I'm not. Which this was annoying considering the order cost me £30 overall. The food was nice and arrived warm but the onions along with my frustration ruined the meal.

Holy moly - this burger was BANGIN'! Most places skimp on ingredients - this thing was like holding a breezeblock 😅!! Oozing with cheese sauce, flavour and huge pieces of chicken. I actually ordered the Double chick Cheeto, but was given a single. When I approached the server he kindly said he'd sort it out. He then brought me a whole new double and more chips. Absolutely amazing service. I go to burger places all over the country and this place is insane value for money and the taste was amazing! Can't recommend it enough. I don't think I saw the chicken and smashed pattie one on the website otherwise I'd have ordered that so that's what I'll be getting next time! Thanks for an amazing burger and amazing service!

First visit here, ordered 2 signature burgers as meals.The Burgereater and Cluck in ell. The burgers were absolutely amazing chicken fillet on burgers was crispy on outside and soft on inside just like it should be. The chicken smashed patties wdre absolutely huge and had alot of flavour. Enjoyed every bite on the burger. The smashed beef patties were also spot on and had a very nice taste to them and were cooked to perfection. 1 thing I couldn't get over is the size of the burger. To top it off had some excellent customer service from Kadir. Really nice guy. Would deffo recommend this place and will deffo be going here again.

Gone massively downhill in the last few months. Used to be one of my favourites but recently they have started skimping in really stupid areas, like the cheese in the Parm burger, 2 in every 3 times you order it, it has barely any cheese on it and what's the point of this burger without it?

I normally don't leave poor or negative review but this time I did because of the owner's very rude and bad attitude. I often order food from burger eats but 2 days ago I got a terrible experience ordering meal from burger eats. My food wasn't delivered while my family was waiting next to my entrance door. They closed their shop at 11 pm, so didn't get any answer of my phone call. Next day I called and the burger eats owner spoke to me, he was blaming me and told I lied, his driver knocked my door. Also accused me that I purposely did not open door. My kids were waiting and crying for meal, then how should I lie while I didn't even receive the order after paying by card? The owner is very rude and no manner how to talk and behave with customers. He has no respect to customers. I would never ever order anything from burger eats anymore.

First time trying and it came fresh, taste amazing and come hot, really enjoy tea tonight Also have a fussy daughter who enjoyed the chicken popcorn and wings will defo be ordering again

Ordered smashed chicken burger from uber eats. It arrived and it looked like no meat I'd ever seen before. Tried the burger and it wad extremely spicy. Only had two bites and I've been ill all night. I hate leaving bad reviews but it was putrid. So bad the cat wouldn't eat the chicken.

My favourite takeaway by far I order 2 /3 times a week the steak &cheese loaded fries are the buissness I've tried most things on the menu but those soy and honey tenders are my fav washed down with the amazing biscoff milkshakes 10/10 always I mostly have it deliverd but last night I went into the store in person great staff great food great place

The burger was succulent, cooked to perfection, you can taste the quality, lettuce and bun was fresh. Loaded fries were a great side with the burger, made lovely and the tenders were beautifully cooked , we picked barbecue and peri sauce very nice! The jar cheesecake also was very lovely.

Staying in the hotel across the road and came here after arriving too late for the restaurant. I had the Spicy Chicken & Beef burger (came recommended) and the nice guy serving through in some spicy chicken wings for me too try. Both the burger and chicken were unbelievably good! Also huge portions, could easily feed two!! Great food, great service. Well done.

Update, ate in today which I never have before and tried their buffalo chicken burger, after trying many fried chicken burger joints, this place has topped them! Im surprised I have never tried their chicken burgers before, consistent in their food quality every single time, and that side of honey soy sauce was divine. Customer service is always brilliant. Just a nice bunch of staff. ---------- Customer service absolutely brilliant, will go the extra mile for their customers. The chips, really really nice. Got smashed beef burgers and loved it- would definitely come back here. Husband usually doesnt compliment places, this is one of two places in manchester he has though. Thats saying something for me

Nice quick burger, ordered spicy (as per suggestion as I asked for whatever was spicy) but slightly let down by the heat level. Spice could be a lot but maybe that's just me who loves spicy food. Customer service was good and staff were friendly. Nice clean facilities when I visited however parking could be a small issue but I suppose you can park on the side streets.

Yes, you read that right – a real, human phone call in the era of automated messages and chatbots. This man, with his unparalleled people skills reassured us that our feast would be fixed. And true to his word, he managed to sort out the chaos, and we were fed with the deliciousness we had originally hoped for. So, despite the initial hiccup, Burger Eats gets a gold star for customer service. Sometimes, it takes a human touch (and a burger savior) to make everything right in the world. Classic smash burger was juicy and a decent size, taste was spot on. Spicy chicken tenders were cooked perfectly and spice level was just right. Cheesecake jars were soo good! usually I find cheesecakes to be quite heavy, however, was pleasantly surprised the Burger Eats Cheesecake was very light and airy and not over powering with flavour. Would highly recommend.

I had the flame spicy beef burger and it was delicious, the staff recommended I take off the chili which would be very hot and potentially spoil the meal so I appreciated that. Reasonable price for a gourmet burger.

Honestly amazing food, I had a P&J chicken fillet burger, without doubt one of the best if not THE best I've ever had. It's just a little to far from where I live to have delivery... Which may be a good thing coz I'd be unable to resist . I had another chicken fillet burger from what was probably my favorite before going to burger eats...the difference was remarkable, the staff were really friendly to and seemed genuinely overjoyed when I told them how impressed I was with my meal. Will definitely be making the effort to go again. Absolutely in a league of their own. Well done guys

The BEST burgers in MCR, hands down. From portion size to presentation & flavour, everything is perfect. Our go-to place for burgers.. We’ve told friends and family far & wide about their legendary firestarter burger. (The OG chicken smash one, now called Cluck in Ell) Their customer service is absolutely brilliant, going above and beyond for us with our last order. We cannot recommend them enough.

The spicy chicken burger is pretty decent. My partner had the normal which is underwhelming. I think these guys would excel better at their smash burgers. I had the cheesecake jar which was quality 👌🏼

When the shop was in failsworth, (dirty fries ) was second to non but iv found since you moved it's become dry hardly any sause on.. they just don't taste the same as they did which is gutting as it was my fave place to order :/

I have been waiting for 1 and a half hours for my delivery and still haven't received it . They mentioned it will arrive between 45mins to an hour, but half an hour ago I called and they said sorry we haven't sent your order out yet. This is completely unacceptable and will not recommend to anyone.

We ordered a buttermilk chicken burger (with fries and a drink), and The Burger eater. Both were absolutely delicious. The cheese was my only letdown on the buttermilk, however I would buy both again.

This place opened not so long ago but already the food has blown me away! The fries are super crunchy and stay crispy for ages. Great flavour on them. The chicken burgers are a perfect size, great crisp and the kids loved every bite. Smash burgers are just divine, don't proper and simple. Can't wait to try the shakes and desserts next!

Part of the order never turned up paid 30 quid for burger and chips bit of chicken. Customer service not great don't expect them to send out the missing order

This is about the 4th or 5th time I've ordered from Burger Eats. I would have ordered more, but on other food takeaway platforms, they don't deliver to Audenshaw. However, tonight I went through the website, ordered our food and my 13 year old daughter was ecstatic when it said your food has been ordered. The reason for her behavior, not one burger joint/takeaway can get anywhere near this place when it comes to Burgers or loaded fries. Amazing food, great taste, great choice. I placed an order on Uber eats, but by mistake I missed an item, I called the takeaway straight away, advised the staff I had missed an item from my order and to please cancel so I can reorder, lad on the phone said he couldn’t do this I would have to do it myself on the app, advised the order had already been accepted and there is no option of cancel, he still refused. I went back on the Uber app with no luck so called again, told the young lad in the past this has happened and other takeaways have happily and very quickly cancelled my order so I can replace with the missing items, he said well we don’t do that and cancel it yourself. After searching I managed to get hold of Uber and get the order cancelled only to find I had been charged the full amount for causing an “inconvenience” to the store and to compensate them. Basically that’s all they wanted all along, to keep the money a win win for them. Scammers!

Ordered food via delivery. Food was great until my daughter found a piece of plastic in her loaded fries. It's quite a big piece and luckily didn't cut her mouth.

Place is in the middle of one of the busiest roads into Oldham parking can be tricky but park on side streets. Service was excellent by the guys and the food although it does get messy they have hand washing facilities and a toilet. Anyway star of the show was there burgers and wow quality I must say every bite hit the spot. They also deliver. Cash and card payments available.

Beef burgers were 10/10 and chill cheese bites are amazing 🤩 drinks are always served cold. But the chips were disappointing they was dry and cold didn’t have a fresh chips taste.
