I’ve used this branch 4 times now and everyone items are missing. When you call up they say they will give you the items next time. However, when you ask for the missing items they refuse and say they have no idea about the order.

I have tried it with my wife and kids and its our new favourite. Quality of food and pricing is absoluetly incredible Burgerbox Longsight. Access from both sides and easy parking on the back. Seating is available in the back but usually full. I ll recommend take away. Sitting and eating there with kids is bit of a hassle. Loved their grilled items and twin box meal is perfect for me and my wife.

Best spicy dipped wings, good quality burgers and one of the best grilled chicken available in the area. Staff is very nice and friendly. Highly recommend

Me and my brother went to the takeaway yesterday we ordered 2 peri peri burger meal they were dry and the taste was bad we are there regular customer when we call them we told them every thing but they said we cant do anything there behaviour was not acceptable im not going there again

Rude staff member, started arguing with a customer over nothing and made extremely bigoted comments and caused a scene. The worker was just arguing in front of 10-15 customers to this customer who just wanted a Rubicon drink. Terrible service, I think the staff management should reconsider how staff treat their customers. Completely ruined the atmosphere, I just wanted to enjoy my meal.

This is the 3rd time this happened I asked for an order and it was wrong, if your staff can’t speak English and has no manners, hire new staff. A brother named hamza took my order I asked to make sure there’s a lot red salt on the chips, there was barely any, I call the shop asked why my order was wrong, and he started shouting he said “what do you want me to do”, “next time I’ll see what to do”. Even though it’s 3 times in a row they keep making wrong orders absolutely disgusted
