I had an awful experience in a burger box Longsight, I am an uber raider, uber give me 2 order in same location but one of their staff said I can take only one order, and he is very rude, this is ridiculous, plz be aware of their behaviour with Raider and customer, I am not only raider I am a regular customer in burglar box plz, it's happen at 20:14 Wednesday

They are very rude and misbehaving people. Gave wrong order and keep on saying i will through you out go away. they are very very arrogant. No respect for customer not going to visit again.

I had a really bad experience with Burger box longsight, I just visited there first time and ordered for hot wings meal, but the wings were really rigid and not fresh . When we complained about it to the manager, his behaviour was really harsh and irresponsible. He just asked to take your money back and he was talking rudely, really bad experience with the burger box , I never wanna go there again.

Burgers are really nice ( better than roccos 100%) , it has a unique spicy/tangy taste. They also have a wider drinks option . Only took 5-10mins max to make my order . However there are some negatives , first one being that the staff here have quite an attitude especially the lady’s at the rear entrance , always moody and have a rude way of speaking to customers . Cleanliness is deffo a big issue here as the tables are always dirty with sauce stains and crumbs .

Absolutely delicious waffle! The combination of chocolate and white drizzle was perfect—rich, creamy, and so satisfying. The waffle itself was fresh, soft on the inside, and slightly crispy on the edges. It looked as good as it tasted! Highly recommend for anyone with a sweet tooth. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

I ordered steak burger with their suggestion and it was exactly the same as picture in the menu and really enjoyed it. Although they are busy, staff response are polite. The only thing which can be considered is loud and harsh fan sound for sit in. Highly recommend and would go back again.

The waffle not so good- it's cheaper than most places and looks loaded which is kinda was, but dryyyyyyy bc not enough fake nutella The only thing that gives me the ick is that it's on the same road as Roccos where I found a dead fried cockroach leg 🤮🤮 surely the whole area must be infested ? I would have given these more stars But they over charged me !! I bought 3 burger meals. 2 normal & one spicy. At £5.49 each. The total should have been £16.47 ..But these thieves charged me £16.50 !! Just gonna say to people that watch your change ?! Make sure you get your proper change back . We ordered some food on Uber Eats from here, and everything was fine, they got to the last minute of it due to being ordered and it got cancelled. We had already waited like an hour and a half for the food as it was, just for the order to be cancelled. If you're unable to make an order, don't accept it, or at least cancel it earlier on in the process. Won't be ordering from here again.
