Found this by accident on a day trip to Galashiels. Love to support local businesses and this one hits the mark. Warm and friendly welcome from the owners. Beautifully made coffee and the home baking was to die for. Ended up buying another to take away. Will definitely be back the next time I am in Galashiels.

Arrived just before closing time with 6 adults, 2 dogs, 2 bikes and a baby. Brilliant food, service and very friendly staff. Could not have asked for better service. Everyone was catered for even the dogs. Would highly recommend a visit to Bulldog bakery.

Il locale si trova in una delle stradi principali del paese ed è molto carino al suo interno. Mi hanno offerto dei dolci da tale attività ed erano buoni, uno era un po' troppo dolce a mio parere però sentivo comunque la lavorazione di qualità.

I would like to thank the owners for this unique place. The cakes, all handmade, are delicious to say the least. A choice of Coffee, I tried one with the Hazelnut syrup - Fantastic. The fact that you can sit in with your pooch is an added bonus. I don't know anywhere in Galashiels where you can buy coffee, hot chocolate, bakes & breakfast rolls etc & be able to sit inside, usually I have to leave the dog outside whilst I grab coffee, it's great that I don't have to do it here. I discovered some great local craft stuff which the owners sell as well as their Goodies ! - Thanks all at Bulldog Bakes - super friendly staff

We love to go here for the cakes, especially the blondies. Dog friendly too. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.

I loved this place, it’s what you would find in a city, all recycled and different. Lovely coffee and tray bakes, would recommend.
