Visited last year with our pooch. Will be back in a couple of weeks with pooch and grand daughter. Loved the outside area with dodgy cushions. Food was great we were extremely replete!

The place to go for a fantastic cappuccino and a spot of breakfast! We stopped here on our hike of the Welsh Coastal Path to get warm and refresh! It was very cosy with lovely staff! Diolch

Food was amazing such a lovely little cafe.

Tried again today at 1.15pm … empty … were greeted with “we stop food at 2pm but we are having a break on ordering food for 40 minutes as we e been really busy! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 so had driven 12 miles AGAIN only to be disappointed … closed on a whim .. just not consistent anymore 🥲

Great cafe, nice food, nice people, reasonably priced

We didn’t eat here so I can’t comment on the food. My friend asked where the toilets were for her and her son whilst I was queuing to order food. She was told in an un friendly, nonchalant manner there were no toilet facilities and advised to go to the bus station or Wetherspoons. Off she went whilst I continued to queue, moments later the woman in front of me who had just ordered, asked for the toilet key and was given it. I didn’t bother continuing to queue and we went across to Wetherspoons to eat the food as well as use the toilets.

Absolutely a joke was told when ordered food it would be half hour wait. Now waited 40 mins and still no food would t recommend this place to anyone at all

We visited twice during our stay in Pwllheli. The staff are friendly and efficient. The food is lovely. We had the avocado breakfast and the rocket breakfast and both came quickly and were tasty and filling. Love visiting an independent and would highly recommend.

Breakfast was delicious! French toast was to die for. Dog friendly and a really cosy atmosphere. Nescafé or bean coffee. Oat and soya milk. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Will be back!

Free sausage for the dog, cushions for the dog and blankets if eating outside.

Had breakfast here and it was really good, possibly the best tasting sausage I've ever had. The cakes have generous portions and look really tasty, much better than we have back home in the coffee shops

Certainly recommend. Ahead of train to Pen-y-chain had small breakfast and bacon bap with hot drinks. Loads of space inside or outside near the train platform. We had sandwiches to take away for our walk. Ham n Cheese Baguette and a Cheeese Bap both freshly made and no skimping on the filling which includes salad. Free parking is available if you drive past the cafe and near the wetlands nature reserve. Less than 5 minutes walk.

What a little hidden gem. Lovely cafe with lots of train memorabilia around the whole cafe. The price was very reasonable and the breakfast I had was delicious. Definitely worth popping in and having something to eat

Pancakes, bacon, maple syrup to die for, everything lovely and hot, set in the nostalgic old train station rooms. Defo recommended.

Worst cafe in Pwllheli (coming from a local perspective). Best part of £6 for a bacon and sausage bap. Bacon wasn't fully cooked (IMO) and the sausages are really low quality (the type of sausage that has a meat content similar to that of a vegan sausage!). Very low quality products used but high price tags on all offerings. Service is diabolical, no one seems to know what's going off. You'd be better off at cafe Sol or Wetherspoons. Avoid at all costs 👍

Found this gem today. What a quaint little place. Dog friendly, free sausage. I had a fry up which was the best ever. Staff were so kind and chatty. Defiantly back next week 😍😍😍😍😍

We absolutely love it here. Lovely hot.food cooked fresh, friendly staff and dog friendly inside. Highly recommend.

A real gem. Clean, spacious, very friendly, lovely food options and table seating through under the station glass roof with dog beds etc. Today we had broccoli and Stilton soup with very large sourdough rolls Very tasty and I would recommend. Vegan soup choices also available. Table service. Great atmosphere. We didn't have cake or coffee on this occasion but will be scheduling a return visit very soon. Doggy sausages and ice cream available. Nellie had her dish brought to her and devoured both sausages with great enthusiasm. Good value. Our two lunches and Nellie's sausages came to total £11.60.

What can I say? An Ivor and a Rocket every time please! Lovely food and lovely staff.. my hubby looks forward to his Wednesday breakfast at Buffers.

Came here before our 2hr drive home. I had pancakes with banana & maple syrup very nice, freshly cooked pancakes (not packet ones!) Cup of tea was spot on and very good value. 👍

Real traditional cafe. I had their pea & ham soup ( stew?) with Sourdough & a pot of tea. Tasty, filling with friendly service & plenty of seating options including space of the old railway station.

Super dog friendly and great breakfast! After a early beach walk, we were looking for somewhere for a breakfast that wasn't a company chain and that would accommodate our baby and a dog. What a lovely find this place was. They have dog beds set out in the back with water bowls and blankets. The lovely lady brought him a freshly cooked sausage too which was a lovely touch. My husband ordered the full English breakfast and I had poached egg and avocado with a latte and cappuccino respectively. The food was freshly cooked, hot and nicely seasoned. The atmosphere was relaxed and we didn't feel rushed. We will definitely return for another breakfast before we leave at the end of our holiday.

Lovely little cafe you can sit outside and watch the trains

For a down to earth cafe, where there’s plenty of seating and dogs are made to feel at home with dog beds and blankets, it was perfect! Also the food is just what you want. Big menu with choices for kids, well filled baguettes and bursting sausage and egg baps. Very friendly service. Will come again.

Still waiting for a bowl of soup after 40 minutes. Nice place but rather fed up with slow service

Absolutely banging. Ordered two coffees and two bacon, sausage and egg baps and some pancakes. Most delicious coffee and HUGE breakfast bap, really tasty sausage. Staff are lovely and a huge bonus is the set up for the dogs - cushions, tie hooks and water bowls. We sat in the outside bit where there were blankets and hand made cushions to make the metal seats more comfortable. Honestly really well thought out and a lovely place for breakfast. Highly recommend

Extremely dog friendly and great breakfast

Had a coffee and herbal tea to start and a fab bacon bap for lunch and they cut the fat off for you, service was quite quick considering how busy they were, the staff were lovely and the place was very quaint with it being the old ticket station, you could eat out on part of the old platform too, they welcome dogs too which was a god send as it was hot out.

Loved this place, they did gf sandwiches and other items plus dogs were made to feel very welcomed.

Zena was lovely gave the dog some sausage and asked about her was lovely to be welcomed with the dog.we sat outside were there were beds for the dogs. Food was delicious we had the jacket potatoes food came fairly quickly would highly recommend this place. Staff were warm and friendly

The staff make this cafe very welcoming. The blankets on the chairs to make them more comfortable is very thoughtful. The owner is currently having to work around Railway Station building works which must be very difficult for them and must put off potential customers. Finding a toilet was the only issue. It's not very clear where there is one because of the building works.

Just been in this morning for brunch. Lovely, quirky cafe with indoor and covered outside eating areas. Great selection of breakfasts, veggie and vegan options too. Best hash browns we've had for ages- sausage and bacon great quality. Good lunch, sandwich, cake options too. Food was delicious 😋. Staff friendly and helpful. Definitely visiting again.

A GREAT PLACE THAT IS MORE THAN DOG FRIENDLY. THE AREA AT THE BACK IS COVERED FROM THE ELEMENTS AND A BLANKET ON THE CHAIR IF YOU GET COLD. THERE ARE SEVERAL DOG BEDS FOR YOUR PUPPER YOU EVEN GET A BOWL OF PRECUT SAUSAGE FOR THEM TOO . THE FOOD IS PROPER HOME COOKED STYLE, AND THE BACON IS QUALITY THICK CUT. EXCELLENT SERVICE. I CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR BREAKFAST OR LUNCH WITH OR WITHOUT YOUR PUPPER.

Food reasonably and priced accordingly. Can be very busy so expect a little time for freshly cooked food not dinged. Dog friendly so bring the mut for a treat.

This place is must for breakfast

A great little place that more than welcomes dogs, they provide water, beds and even sausages for our furry friends to snack on! As for the humans, there's a great menu to choose from, staff are friendly and helpful and I've never seen an untidy table even at the busiest of times and the Gluten Free carrot cake is always a favourite choice for us.

We went here after bad experience elsewhere and we where glad 🙂 what a lovely little hidden cafe. All the food freshly made, and staff very welcoming. Definitely worth a trip if you go to Pwllheli as you won’t be disappointed. 👍

Looks fantastic. Just (02-08-22) had the Ivor breakfast which was recommended by the young man behind the counter and it was so delicious would highly recommend this place to everyone. Sadly I would no longer recommend this place to anyone my advice is if you want breakfast go to the pub across the road

Hidden gem. To look at it, you wouldn't expect to find a high standard of meat and vegan meals in such a place, but we were happily disproved. Food clearly cooked to standard, with the exception of the time it arrived at the table - two meals coming about 10 minutes between one another. Vegan breakfast burrito was well seasoned and decent price for portion size. Corned beef hash was well cooked and filling. Staff were lovely and attentive. Would highly recommend.

Very dog friendly, great choice of breakfast, opens at 8.30. Food is lovely and even a sausage for your dog. Cushions and blankets for you and dog beds too, all under cover inside or out.

Set within a train station it has that vibe, slightly dirty and underwhelming, but it's all compensated for by lovely staff who are very happy to help; dogs allowed in the covered outdoor area, which is warm enough and brightly decorated compete with dog beds and water bowls; food is delicious and plentiful.

Lovely breakfast here this morning. Lovely staff who were so accommodating in getting us served super quick as we running late to catch a ferry. Great selection and reasonably priced. Tasty as well... recommend the corned beef hash!

Had a lovely lunch here. Very generous sizes, gluten free sandwiches were gorgeous. Also had gluten free cakes but didn't have room. Went back later but unfortunately we didn't realise that they closed at 2.30 so missed out. Very dog friendly, gave our fur baby a sausage which she was very grateful for. Staff were very friendly and helpful too.

Quirky place, lots to look at on the walls. food was very good, with a great choice of meals on the menu. The staff gave us and our 2 dogs a lovely welcome.

We had a breakfast here 1 morning personally I prefer my sausages and bacon grilled, for us it was far too greasy. Sorry guys but it's not for us. Although we never asked but they may do grilled breakfast.
