staff are always helpful and lovely! always my first choice when we go into town

I want to make it clear that this review is for the staff, not the company or the corporate environment in which the company forces them to work. Every staff member is wonderful. They care so much about making sure the customers are taken care of, often to their own detriment. Every single person working there will help you with candour and genuine interest. They'll recognise your needs and help you find a drink that suits you. Tip them if you can!

What's happened to this place? This company? Truly awful, no atmosphere, staff are useless. Surely these bars will start to shut down soon?

We regularily go here for the pizza and beer flight offer. Always been good.

Was in BrewDog today. Sat outside in sun, lovely. Very disappointed by the state of the tables. The bit we sat at had been cleaned but rest if table and table behind us was covered in bird poo. I pointed this out to the server as we were leaving. He said they try to keep onto of this.Sorry I disagree when we sat down server took previous customers glasses away and made no attempt to clean the table. While we were there there were no birds. New customers arrive in the table behind and asked to get the bird poo cleaned from their table. That table had also been sitting for over an hour in that state without being cleaned. Very disappointing won't be back. Prices did not reflected the standards.

Very cool location! The building itself is impressive! We found the staff very helpful with suggestions, and as with every Brewdog you can ask for a taste before you decide. Kid friendly (up to certain times in the evening, check website for hours usually it’s up to 8pm or 9pm). Loads of board games you can borrow to play. Always dog friendly. Great selection of alcohol and none alcoholic drinks.

It's a Brewdog. Updated review. In on a Monday afternoon and into the evening with a table of 8-10 people. Other then the other 3 customers we were the only people other than staff. The bar person was incredibly rude and shouted across our table that "your the only table in here no need to be loud"

Always great beer in here. The staff are Faby Dooh. Lots of great mates there!😎👍👍🍺🍻🌈😜. If you enjoy unusual and different flavoured beers!! This is the place to be. If yi like Tennants , John smiths. This is no fir YOOZ!!!👍👍🍻

Excellent atmosphere and excellent service. Especially from Al. That dude bends over backwards to make sure you have an enjoyable evening. Genuinely, ask him for anything.... ANYTHING! * but yeah, great evening out with good food and excellent range of drinks. *I mean... anything

Loved this place bar staff lovely and great choice of beers meals were great and we didn't have to wait to long for the food. This place is dog friendly as well so we were catered for would highly recommend a visit ( PS hope you like heavy metal music lol

Looks like we got unlucky: took 45 minutes for two pizzas to arrive. They seemed a bit understaffed, but very friendly nevertheless. For the beer: was told they were out of 1/2 pint glasses so had to size up. Pizza was decent, but they initially forgot an ingredient.

My wife and I went for dinner for the first time. We love the beer, but haven’t ever eaten there. We’ll definitely be back!! We had a pizza each which were both excellent. Loved the beer for a long time, now we love the food too.

Thanks to the bar tender tonight for making us so welcome and explaining all the drink flights etc. The pizzas were perfect.

despite reserving a table for 15:30 Thursday 04/01/24' arrived to find closed. later told do not open until 16:00 through January, it would have been nice to be advised to save a wasted journey.

Food was tasty but the vegan dogs are small. If it wasn't for the vegan 241 offer you'd get two stars for that

Nice and cosy place with good beer.

Walked through the rain. 23.22 refused to serve drinks as the tills are closed. They decided that there is not enough clients despite many upset customers. Manager advised me not to come back, if I’m not happy about the situation

Popped in for lunch as knew it’s dog friendly. Bar staff helpful and food acceptable. OK for pizza and hotdog. However if I had visited the toilets before ordering food I wouldn’t have eaten. They are grim, and not properly cleaned. As an establishment that serves food, the restroom facilities should be of a higher standard.

Had a deal that was for 2 pizzas and a beer flight each. The vegan pizzas were amazing and trying all the beers was really interesting(even though I’m not a beer person). Staff was friendly and knowledgable, will definitely be back and recommend it to others. :)

Small update, so nice sitting in the sun having beer and pizza. OK, It's a Brewdog pub, do I need to say more? But I will add that the staff are very nice (espicially if you pop in yourself for a quick pint they almost seem to make a point of having a little chat with you). Food's good too.

The vegan and vegetarian pizzas we had were amazing! Excellent 2 for 1 deal. We'd definitely recommend!

Great pizzas, fantastic beer. Bar manager selected a superb beer flight for me - all incredible. Longish wait for pizza but didn't really notice due to excellent beer selection!

Always have a great experience in BrewDog and this was no exception. Very relaxed atmosphere. warm enough to sit outside on a quiet Street. Yet again BrewDog staff were very friendly and chatty. Had a lovely hallumi pizza. Recommended for a nice lunch while in Dundee.

Our first stop on our initial visit to Dundee and it did not disappoint. Very friendly staff helped us curate an eclectic flight of beers. The food options are limited to pizza but they perfectly compliment the draughts.

Booked online on Saturday morning and when we arrived there was a table but not sure the booking had been noted as there was no reserved sign but no issue as we got a seat. Other than that food and service was excellent. The staff were friendly and brought water for our dog, A lovely night

City centre location behind the McManus galleries in Dundee. This is a large site with lots of seating inside and out. The interior is very 'au natural' with exposed stone walls and plenty beautiful timber also naturally displayed. The bar, as you would expect is very well stocked with lots of choice including non alcoholic choices. The food choice is dominated by pizza with a few starter options. In general other would be something there for everyone food wise. The staff are warm, welcoming and so friendly. We were served with a smile and quickly. We ordered a pizza to share and olive pot to go with it. The food arrived quickly and the pizza was one of the best we have had in some time - absolutely beautiful with a super crisp and flavourful base, toppings bumping up the flavour further. Super. The mix of olives with garlic and herbs and oil added to the whole experience. A site well worth seeking out close to the centre of Dundee.

Nice beer, quick service. Would have liked to have been able to book our table for more than the 2 hour limit on the booking site but as it happened we were lucky and weren't moved on!

Drinks were nice, didn't have any food. The table we sat at had obviously been cleared of plates but the table itself hadn't been wiped and was bogging, had to use 3 napkins to clean it.

We stopped in for lunch. We had a great pizza and I had glass of Lefty Scissors IPA. Both were great. This is a nice Brewdog in Scotland's fourth largest city. Very clean city by the way.

The extractor fan is a pipe that is only 10 feet high and emits sickening odours of deep fried???, it is not a welcoming smell to bring in customers, think the extraction pipe needs to be at least double the height it is at , then I would consider entering, just ask the taxi drivers at the rank outside, they are sick of the smell also!.

Lovely bar, great drinks, highly recommend. We'll definitely be visiting again while we're staying in Dundee!

Very nice, enjoyable place. The staff were extremely nice. The food was good as well as the beers. My family and I had a couple of pizzas and a cheese board - all really good. It has a really nice seating area outside and it is a pet-friendly place. Definetly recommend.

The worst espresso martini I've ever had. In fact worst cocktail I've ever had 🍸....even the barman said it's from a tin and glass only half full...sorry definitely won't be back here 😖

Not accepting cash is a deal breaker. Pocket full of cash and cant get a pint..?? Im pretty sure declining cash is illegal too. Very slippery slope.

A great selection of fantastic beers, what else would you expect. The menu offers classic pub food, just what is needed to accompany a few nice pints.

I can’t fault the beer, but there is no service. You are forced to order on the app, first took 15 mins to arrive, second 20 mins. Bar wasn’t busy and the staff were casually chatting behind the bar. Complete waste of time.

Another great brewdog after glasgow the other day. Pizza was lush. Felt a little sorry for staff who seemed rushed off there feet at times with some not very understanding customers. In our eyes the food, drink and friendlyness of staff was great 👍

Lovely atmosphere with friendly staff. Pizza was divine although losing a star for an hour's wait for it. The toilets were not up to standard either.

A flying visit to Dundee meant stopping in the Brewdog in Dundee for a quick none alcoholic drink and the staff were pleasant. The pizzas on other tables looked lovely and if I am staying in Dundee in the future I'll definitely be back for food and a proper drink!

Good beer, great pizza's & friendly efficient service.

Service was fantastic, couldn't fault the staff or the premises, loved every song played also. Pizzas were good, salad was ace and flights were spot on. Situated behind the Mcmamus gallery with seating indoors and outside. Menu basic, meaning that there is only a few options but the pizza toppings are varied and all quality ingredients.

Had coffee and a gluten free pizza for lunch. The pizza was fresh and crispy. Unfortunately the coffee was not hot. I do realize this is not their speciality. Extensive range of beers and other drinks,both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Friendly staff and very accommodating with our Bernese dog.

The standard for all craft ale bars: Excellent guest beers, solid house ales, good food and clean surroundings. Staff are knowledgeable and eager to help, clientele are friendly people, good music and dogs everywhere. Since 2020, they have good outdoor seating area with canopy coverings with heat lamps with an app used for both table ordering and delivery.

Nice pub in the heart of Dundee (opposite the back of the McManus hall gallery). Nice outdoor area of the weather is nice (it was). Looks pretty decent inside too...

Nice quirky bar with large selection of craft beers available. The inside of the bar has a very hipster/industrial vibe going on and is a nice place to chill or distract yourself for a few hours. There is a large offering of varied beers and the staff will happily pour you a taster if you feel like being adventurous but don't want to be disappointed, they also have a few ciders and their in house spirits available. They have a selection of takeaway drinks available and some novelty items such as teas and tshirts. Their food selection is limited to bar snacks and pizza both of which are very nice but a larger food menu would be appreciated. Pets are welcome both inside and outside which is nice. The service speed was varied from around a few minutes to almost 20 minutes for a beer but overall the service was good.

Place is totally spotless! The staff made you feel relaxed and totally at home, the food looked and smelled amazing can wait for my next visit!! Would definitely recommend "BrewDog Dundee" to all who visits the area! 👌

Great place, awesome staff, doing a really good job at staying Covid safe. Good spot for a quiet bite to eat in town now as since there's no booze being sold inside, it's pretty quiet.

Good choice of drinks alcoholic and non-alcoholic, food is pizza and salads which suits us. Give it a go, the staff are great and passionate about the items on sale.

Great bar good social distance procedures and great beer

Firstly, the staff was incredibly welcoming and nice. The pub has a great atmosphere - it's very cozy, neat and original. Moving on to the food - the vegan pizzas were absolutely amazing. I recommend vegan spicy meaty, as it's my favorite so far, and if you enjoy spice, you will definitely love it! The Hero was also good, as it's quite light, and the staff even offered extra vegan cheese. The ale is delicious and of high quality. I am not a fan of ale myself, however, the drinks we had here were great! We are definitely coming back here. The service, environment, food and drinks - everything was outstanding.

Open during the day with a cool and pleasant atmosphere. Don’t order a hot chocolate from their app as they don’t actually have a coffee machine (? Even though we were able to order and pay for it). Food selection is not great either. App is a faf. Asks for a ridiculous amount of details for the sake of buying a drink, we already did T&T on entry. Beer was nice.
