Soup was tasty although tepid. Chicken wings were really good.

We did not receive the delivery. The driver may have delivered it to the wrong address

They call it mutton soup yet give only one tiny piece of meat. I took a photo of it at just half the size of a tablespoon. Terrible, was hoping to upload the pic but no availability. No meat, Rip Off!

I had the Sea bass and my sister had a Seafood plate, both were delicious. Very attentive staff, also they have a singer some Saturdays, so good to check before you go

Fabulous as always, my partner was away with kids and grandchildren on Sunday So papers, G&T and a bottle of Picpoul de pinet The best Homemade Humous, and as a chef for many years,the finest chicken livers, I have to say you will not be disappointed here in north Chingford or there Highams Park restaurant, I’ve been to both many times, always fabulous, brilliant for couples or large groups I’ve done both. What else can I say, staff, food and ambiance excellent Thank you again, see you all soon Richie X

oxtail taste was not the best but was ok

delivered early with care. Food nice portion and tasty with lovely portion of vegetable on the side included. Value for money. Price of food realistic and not inflated.

14 of us came along for a staff treat. Really enjoyed the food lots of it and the atmosphere was great. Service was amazing. Thank you guys

Beautifully decorated, friendly staff. Disappointed that the brunch menu isn’t available on a Saturday. I have a small appetite so the portions were big enough for me, but they aren’t generous. we shared a meze, had a main and one drink each which came in at £30 a head. Everyone enjoyed their choices and the food was tasty, and well presented.

My food has not been delivered and I have not been updated by the courier. This is not good. I have been waiting for 3 hours.

Visited for breakfast, but a wasted trip. Opening hours say 9am on Saturday, but closed when we arrived at 9.45am and still not open when we’d finished eating elsewhere an hour later.

I found the staff hostile especially the female, inflexible. I would not recommend this restaurant. The food was lovely but the staff were rude which spoilt the event. The behaviour made the mood dip with guests in a hurry to leave.

Quite a small portion for what was meant to be a large. I found the oxtail a bit fatty to but the taste was good

was not keen on the food, meat had no flavour, not a fan of cinnamon. in soup, the oxtail lacked vavavoom

Really disappointing lunch for my uncle & dad's birthdays. One order of calamari & one of sea bass were so overcooked they were barely edible but staff paid no attention to our complaints. My relatives had loved the same dishes when ordered last year but were extremely unhappy with what they were served today. Everything else was ok, but generally overpriced for what it is. We won't be going back.

First time i have ordered and i can certainly say a great tasting westindian cuisine

Stew chicken is extremely sweet. I know you have to cook in large batches, but please reduce the amount of sugar used to brown the chicken.

Admittedly not busy as early lunchtime but attentive friendly staff and food amazing when it arrived. Not local but would gladly return if in the area again.

Amazing food, great service!! We were around 30 people that they had to deal with, and the waiting time to get our food was absolutely decent . Definitely will be back when we got the chance

The chicken was pink, the curry goat was just fat no meat, the rice and peas taste like water and the mac and cheese was greasy and bland

2nd time ordering: The oxtail was really good, falling off the bone, large portions etc. But I also got the fried wings again, they were good last time but today...they smelt a bit off....so now I'm not sure. After a taste test I didn't eat them.

Portion was disappointingly small for a large meal. There was nearly any gravy with the curry making the rice dry despite asking for extra gravy on the rice. Fried fish was dry and tasteless. The chicken wings were dry and tasteless despite been drowned in overly sweet sauce. I will not buy from this restaurant again.

Always excellent food from Sea Breeze!

We were looking forward to our visit only to be disappointed! The service and starters were fine but the main course of lamb tagine was terrible! Instead of tender lamb neck pieces I was presented with 2 large bones and very little meat!! I suggest that lamb neck should be served "off the bone" I scrambled around to find any meat at all really - it was a plate of bones!! Perhaps its because a tagine is not Turkish anyway?

Impressive 10/10 no faults at all

Let down by another local restaurant ( Booked but closed), we managed to get a table at Breeze--- and were very much not disappointed. While we trawled through the menu, we sipped quietly on a great vodka and lemonade and then I ordered a starter of scallops on a bed of 'mushy' peas, served with flat bread; Mme went for Borek: 'spring roll-ish' cheese and spinach with a chilli sauce. For my main, I opted for the lamb cutlets = 4, ----.which arrived with a giant bowl of well seasoned salad, a mound of rice and pearl barley and a hot [ discarded - chilli] No one asked me how I wanted the lamb cooked- I'd have said " rose'"- but I needn't have worried, they were cooked -- Turkish fashion --- to perfection Mme went for an avocado and rocket salad, with tubs of mayo and another spicier dressing---- demolished! We ended with leisurely coffees and wandered slowly back home

Ordered curry goat, tasteless. Ordered a large as was planning to also have it next day, its going in the bin. Rice was nice.

Fantastic food as always. Sea Breeze never disappoint on taste and quality. Extra special thank you for swapping my drink for a portion of yummy plantain.

Flavour and good portion size😍😍

Overpriced restaurant with mediocre food. The taramasalad was a bowl of taramasalata with a slice of cucumber and and an olive in the middle. Scallops were over cooked and tasteless. We sat at a table next to electrical sockets and wires. I caught my elbow and made it bleed on a piece of wood partition as it was sharp. Live entertainment, a singer, was excellent.

Jamaican takeaway that tastes nice and fresh!

We just had a lovely meal tonight in lovely surroundings. The staff were extremely professional & pleasant.

Our second visit, this time with friends. Food again was excellent and the service is great. Just the right balance between attention and allowing us to enjoy our meal. Great decor and atmosphere. Will certainly visit again.

The decor is lovely, the calamari was amazing, the vegetarian Mezze was 10/10… I wouldn’t recommend the lamb, it tasted nice but it wasn’t the best, everything else was great… The staff are lovely. Well worth a visit

We have been here before and have always been happy. We were here again on Mothers Day and we had a good time despite all of the negative feedback below. When we stepped in 10:50 for our 11:00 reservation the restaurant was absolutely packed and we could see the staff running around. People were complaining of the wait however that did not put us off. We sat down and waited patiently. As we could see how busy it was, whilst we were waiting for our parents we went ahead and decided what we would order. Our parents arrived and around 11:30 waitress came by an asked us if we wanted drinks. We gave our entire order in one go as we could see how busy the restaurant was and kept the order simple. She made us aware of the wait as they had staff shortage on top of being absolutely packed wth bookings. I saw groups walk in and insist on waiting for a table without a booking even though they were told the restaurant was fully booked. It was Mothers Day afterall and we were there to celebrate and catch up aso we were in no hurry. If were were in a hurry I suspect we may have left as well. Witnessing the complaints and walk outs around me I saw that those who decided not to take up their booking were refunded their deposit. Our food arrived later than expected, we did wait a long time but in fairness given how swamped they were we were not suprised. Our food was great quality as always and we were not rushed to eat our food. When we received our bill there was no service charge and they kept some items off our receipt and we had them on the house. I suspect this is because the management felt bad themselves about not being able to deliver the good quality service they always do and wanted to show some good will. Overall we had a good time but I can imagine not everyone was in the same mindset or had the luxury of not being in a hurry as we were. That being said, given the circumstances on the day beyond the teams control do not just judge this place based on the negative comments in realtion to Mother's day. This is not to slander the experiences which were not positive but to try and give a balance to experiences form the day. If you had only one bad experience at this place and it was on Mother's day, they really are worth trying again.

The service when I went was appalling. My whole meal was ruined when I asked for some more pitta bread as my main was being served. Before I could react, the waiter walked off with the basket containing the remaining bits of pitta from the first serving, which would have kept me going, and didn't come back when I called after him. It took 15 minutes to bring back a fresh serving by which time my meal, which I hadn't touched, was cold. I complained to another waiter and he said that the young man that I spoke with was just a table cleaner and shouldn't be serving customers, yet he was. If my own waiter was around and visible then I would have asked him. He was barely visible for the entire meal. They are letting the restaurant go down hill because they just haven't got the staff that they need to have in place to function. I won't be going back.

It's very local to us but as we've lived here for rather a long time, we have our established favourites and have resisted this relative newcomer. Today though, we popped in for a lunch. We will be going again, that's for sure. Excellent service, very tasty food: grilled octopus and salad- a hot starter really, but ideal as a lunchtime snack; Mme's hot mozzarella and tomato baguette served with chips and salad. Evidently a great deal of thought- and money- has gone in to making sure it's "just so." We have already booked for a weekend family meal -and I'm looking forward to investigating the rest of the impressive menu

I celebrated my dads 83 rd bday in sept 2022 and my 50 th Jan 2023 at the Breeze station road . Great service as always , tasty food , professional service , flexible ,life entertainment. All my guests were absolutely satisfied and will definetly visit again . Thank you for making my celebrations so special . LJS

Staff are always friendly and food always good. On the expensive side unless you do a set menu, but then the portions are smaller. Wish they would also bring back the chunky hand cut chips. They were lovely!!

Never been before and checked menu online before we went. It included a set meal of any hot or cold starter and any main except steak. Sounds a good deal. The waitress was unfriendly and one of our party asked for sea bass it comes with chips which he didn't want. He asked for an alternative but was told he had to pay for any alternative. He asked to see the manager but the waitress refused and said that's the rule. We went for the set menu but when the bill arrived we were charged full price and the same waitress said we didn't ask for the set menu. I didn't think staff should argue with customers! The food itself was good but the attitude of that waitress has stopped us going back.
