Bow Bells in Ards

A new coffee/tea shop to me, discovered on a dander in 'Ards, very nice place.

Dropped in for a tea and coffee, although busy staff were super efficient and the drinks were nice and hot.

Called in today sunday lunch ,turkey was so tender ,veg well seasoned rhubarb tart the best ,also lemon meringue ..and great happy staff

Good food service good tables cleared as soon as customers leave them. I think that's great

Had a large fry at £10.95 and it was the best fry I've had in along time, all great quality on your plate and good amount. It's a must try if you love a great fry.

Visited today and the food was very good the pulled beef hot sandwich was lovely, very nice large latte and staff helpful The surroundings a bit bland but you go for the food I suppose

A lovely experience. Only one spoiler. When sitting outside on a bright day, the reflection of the sun on the metallic table tops is blinding. Other than that well done .

The cinnamon scones and cherry scones are delicious. Great coffee too.

Absolutely excellent food, great service and surroundings.

Have eaten here a few times now, food is nice and portion sizes are decent. Afternoon tea is amazing here. Recently got a few toasties for takeaway, they were okay - a bit small and very little cheese, couldn't really taste it. Two toasties and two cans cost nearly £16 which I thought was quite pricey. Service is always good and staff are very accommodating.

Nice place, but it's a bit shabby at the moment and in need of some TLC.

Large coffee is smaller than elsewhere. The food is good varied and competively priced. The staff are both helpful and cheerful. The madame croque is good to share.

This place is great. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the food is delicious. There is an open floor plan with easy access for wheelchairs. However, like many places, there is a slight bump at the door.

Friendly staff, food was OK. But far too warm inside the place need air-conditioning or something.

First time visiting for a cup of tea and a bun. Really enjoyed it. Will definitely go back 😊

Called in to have elevenses with the family. We had 2 scones and 2 croissants with Nutella and cream and 3 cappuccinos. The scones, coffees and croissants were lovely. It is a good idea to pay for it all at the checkout so that you're not hanging around for the bill. It was quite busy too so that's always a good sign.

Delicious coffee, amazing, huge sausage rolls and great service.

Meal was lovely but service was just okay. We went to sit down and was quickly told we need to order first. My elderly mum has walking difficulties and had to sit down. Why can't they do table service and get your order from the table. . It was very crowded and not much room between tables. They don't allow room for prams, walking aids, mobility scooters and even dogs that are allowed. Whilst I think it's lovely to see dogs in what about people who have allergies to dogs that are already eating. Needs to be thought through I feel a bit more.

Amazing local coffee shop great atmosphere and staff are friendly and very accommodating.

First time here, serving staff very helpful and friendly. Only had coffees and traybakes so couldn't rate food accurately but what we had was nice. Seemed quite busy so atmosphere was good.

Service system doesn't appear to work. Get rid of order at counter. Secondly, coughing into your hand several times at the till and then handing me a glass with same hand put me right off... Don't think I will be rushing back.

The food was delicious and hot on arrival to our table. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Will be back again

I haven't ate a lot there other than sausage rolls (pork much nicer than beef) but I intend to in the future
