Great food. What can I say. Only had the ribs this time with the Bonochi Garlic Bread and it was fantastic. Definitely be back on Mother's Day. I just wish I had a bigger appetite so I could try everything on the menu all in one night........oh and the food is probably half eaten in the pics because it just had to be dived into and eaten. Thanks gals and guys. See you soon and again my compliments to the Kitchen/Chef.

Expensive! Paid £15 for ribs and received 3 ribs but in a bucket load of sauce! Pizza was ok but again there was too much sauce on the pasta special! Tiramisu tasted wet as though it had just been defrosted! Didn’t feel we got value for money and probably wouldn’t use again!

I must say it's one of the nicest Italians I have been too in a long time. Food was fantastic and the staff was so pleasant and friendly. I would highly recommend a meal there.

We visited here last night to celebrate my wife and daughters Birthdays, we were greeted and seated quickly the lady was lovely and friendly, gentle music playing in the background, we quickly had our drink orders taken once our full party had arrived, shortly after we put our orders in, food came out quickly and I have to say it was next level, amazing foods full of flavour, I am the fussy one who often complains but everything was amazing, the ribs fell off the bone, the cheese bruchetto was stunning and the peppercorn chicken was outstanding, service throughout was superb, they even put a candle in my daughters cake and played Happy birthday another little touch which made us enjoy the evening more, I have to say I had never heard of the place before last night and I live nearby, I can't reccomend it enough, I will definitely be back.

Got a last minute booking on Saturday night, there were 6 of us. I had the ravioli al spinach, it was absolutely delicious. My only criticism would be, I’d love to have just had a bowl of this and not the greenery that it came with. I do like a bit of a side salad, but I was a little disappointed with how much of my plate was taken up with this rocket side salad. I was hungry for pasta, which I devoured, but I felt a little short changed. It didn’t matter, I tucked into the cheesy garlic bread and the tomato garlic bread which filled the gap. We didn’t have drinks, just table water, service was excellent, our waitress was v friendly and helpful. The place itself, is very intimate and cost. Highly recommend a visit here. I’m sorry I didn’t take any photos!!

We visited last night for the first time and we very impressed. Lovely place and staff and the food was amazing, delicious! We will definitely go back again.

We visited here on a whim because the place we had originally booked was to be honest a let down. And I'm so glad that the other places was rubbish. The food here was top notch and delicious. The staff were attentive and honestly, they were just lovely. The restaurant had a lovely relaxed atmosphere and one of the winning factors was that the chairs weren't all rammed in, they were spaced generously which didn't trigger anxiety about being close or disturbing someone else's dinner. Very much worth a visit. Will be going back.

Random visit to Stockport, picked this restaurant out of a number on Google maps, we were not disappointed. A warm welcome, delicious food, attentive service, nice atmosphere.

First time trying this place and I did not regret it. I had arancini to start and ham and mushroom pizza for main. Food was so delicious and flavourful. I’ll definitely be returning to try the pasta.

Me and my husband visited here last night upon a recommendation and wow the food was absolutely outstanding. So fresh and so delicious. I think the best Italian food iv ever had. Service was 5* and you are made to feel so welcome. What a gem of a place ✨️

Went last night for the second time. Food is amazing along with the service and atmosphere. A huge hidden gem in Stockport that everyone should try. Will be back

Fantastic restaurant and local business. It would be great to see more dine-in restaurants like this around the area.

Mediocre Italian, that's the best I can say. Not cheap either. Bit snug in the back room, may as well have been sitting with the two couples either side of us, but service was good and it's smart enough inside. £78 for two with a bottle of wine not too bad but £2 extra for gluten free dishes seems a liberty as it as shouldn't cost a penny more.

The food here reminded me of a hug from my mom- warm, comforting and from the heart. I had an absolutely fabulous experience at Bonochi. When I arrived, it was almost closing time and I was the only one there but they still welcomed me and offered me the 5 star experience. The server was so friendly,sweet and attentive. The foood??!? OMG! Some of the best Italian food I’ve ever had and one of my favorite culinary experiences in the UK to date. Like I mentioned, I was the only person in the restaurant at minutes to 10 (closing time) but the chef took his time. The meals didn’t look nor taste rushed. Everything was fresh, hot and flavorful! I absolutely loved it. 10/10 highly recommend

Food was brilliant and the staff were lovely, friendly people. We were here for my girlfriends birthday meal and it was delicious. Was quiet in there, but I suppose that's somewhat expected on a weekday evening.

This was, without question, one of the best Italian meals we have had the pleasure to enjoy. We had wanted to try this small, local restaurant for some time, and tonight, we were only left wondering, why we had waited so long. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The service was excellent. When we arrived, there was a large party leaving, who went out of their way to tell us how wonderful the food was and that they had brought visiting family there especially. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and cannot wait to return. A real hidden gem!

Great food and the scallop starter was *really* special, friendly staff that are there just when you need them (like with a couple of little plates when they see you sharing starters), relaxing atmosphere - somewhere to go for quality food and wine!

Attended Bonochi on Saturday 17th Feb for my dad's and brothers birthday. There was 11 of us in total and I can not fault the food, service or atmosphere. Highly recommend for all occasions.

Wonderful experience for christmas day at Bonochi today. For a party of 15 everyones food was fantastic, super tasty, fresh and hot. Staff were so kind and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The atmosphere was relaxed. Perfect christmas day experience 🙂

A lovely little Italian restaurant serving excellent food, not the biggest of portions and a little pricey, but excellent food. Well worth a visit then decide for yourself. I'm going back again anyway.

Organised a 70th birthday meal. Great communication prior to the meal. Was able to set up the table early Staff so attentive and amazing Food was so good! Really amazing front of house who ensured everything went smoothly. Table is 15 all food was delicious and hot. Great atmosphere Would highly recommend

I see some people talk about the price in sone reviews being expensive. Well I say you pay for what you get and we got treated very nice and got served great tasty food. Definitely be going back. The service was good, then again we were alone in the restaurant. My starter and main were extremely salty and I'm a person that likes to eat with salt, so much so, I put extra salt on most of the things I eat, here it was over the top, so not healthy at all. The wine was OK, but nothing to write home about. All in all not worth a bill of over £100 for 2 people.

Food was amazing and the staff were lovely. Had the ribs and calamari to start. The ribs fell off the bone and were really tender. Calamari was cooked in light batter and was very tasty. Can't remember what my main was but the chicken was very moist and also cooked to perfection. I will 💯 be back

The food was really good. We got a cheese garlic bread, chicken con pollo and the risotto. It came out really hot and was very tasty! We definitely recommend and will come back again!

Lovely food! The atmosphere and staff are great too. We had two starters to share (which we always order because we love them!) which were the fried zucchini and olives, and then for mains we had spaghetti con burrata, the lobster ravioli (ravioli di aragosta) and the king prawn spaghetti (spaghetti con gamberi). For dessert we had an affogato and the hazelnut truffle. Everything was delicious!
