Was OK food wouldn't recommend the chicken burger very bland

We order from here very regularly and we are always very happy with the food and the service. Always fresh lovely food and lovely friendly staff too.

Lovely food and the chilli sauce is very hot, pizzas are delicious, I eat from here a couple times a month and they haven't failed me yet.

Basement kebabs is one of the saddest excuses for a takeaway i have ever encountered. They had no Chicken. No kebabs and the wrap i did manage to get made me want to weep. If your constipated and need to flush yourself out this place would be great. If your looking for something tasty you'd be better off searching the bins outside coop

Saw this take away whilst out for work and got myself a double cheeseburger with fries and can of pop. Was fast and efficient and very tasty would definitely call in again

Ordered a domed wrap and it was stone cold. Phoned them and they said it was the salad that was making it cold but the diner meat was basically freezing. Bought a “fresh” one round and it was half the size and also barely lukewarm. Won’t be ordering from here again, they don’t care about customers and whether food is hot or not. Would avoid!

The garlic mushrooms taste of water not garlic the chips were reheated and hard not nice at all and the garlic bread was all wet don't think it was cooked I wasted a lot of money as it all went in the bin

Its diy kebab at this place. Never ever had to build my own kebab before. Salad at the bottom, kofte meat on the top, and the unsliced pitta on top of the box. I've always had my kebab made for me previously, everywhere I've been to. And then to make it even worse, no trace of any chilli sauce on the kebab. I wasn't even asked if I wanted any sauce on my kebab!! The shop was very busy, so maybe they are so popular and busy, they can afford to cut corners and drop standards. Fair enough if thats true, but i won't be heading back there for a while! Sorry.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star but had to to leave a review. I speak fluent Turkish and the owner doesn't think that us English understand what hes saying. On the 2 occasions that i have encountered this place once in the shop and once on the phone. He said to me on the phone that he would f my mum and the previous occasion he was saying similar things to unwitting customers. I would avoid this place like the plague.

Worst experience for a take away twice in a row! Both times it has been freezing cold, food was awful! When complain. No apologies and refuse to do anything! Would avoid this place like the plague

Was looking forward to this kebab all week , arrived with no sauce , rang n complained and sauce arrived 2 hours later kebab all dried out by then , will go elsewhere in future got shouted at in a language I didn’t understand , paid extra so could have delivery , shame really

Me and my girlfriend are new to the area and though we would treat ourselfs to a takeaway, I had a chicken wrap , she had a pizza . Both tastey but we weren't expecting to be up all night with food poisoning and the runs , I would not recommend you go there !!! Keep away
